Creating *marketable* player skins is easily the biggest mistake they've ever done, it's gonna be hard for them to back peddle - it's not like they're ever gonna do that as it's very clear that they would rather change the maps themselves or adding contrast effects to the game instead...

The introduction of new agents posed a problem in the professional scene because some agents had unique color palettes (i.e. very dark green) that allowed them to blend into the environment on overpass as if they have camouflage. My understanding is the female Astralis team would be okay with slight adjustments to the default models’ figures and new voices. Think back to during CSGO how you were given a default T or CT agent with a random skin color. Did pros ever voice concern when one default T agent was dark skinned and another had white skin? I highly doubt so
