Every character in Arcane is SO damn well written, and the emotions they managed to show on digitized faces just blows me away, the teeth and lips animation just.... wow. Seeing this come out when jinx vi and ekko were my favorite characters originally anyways, I lost my shit. Good thing i found this song though, bc it *is* my shit lol

I wonder in what context you mean this because ekko being a character of color is very much a factor in his characterization and style not so much much in the world of arcane but as a piece of media in our world it is definitly a factor. It's very interesting your mentioning this about ekko and not other character of color like Mel who I would argue would fit this comment much better. Like would this type of music make sense for a white character? Not really.

What I'm interpreting you comment as is that 8n the show itself ekko being black is never commented on the make a point and not everyone from the lanes is a person of color or something like that. Which I agree more black characters should be in shows without their race being a huge part of their character but with ekko his style abd context expecially are definitely drawing a parallel between the lanes and impoverished neighborhoods that some of black culture revolves around.

Im sorry but communication in this time is kinda weird, i mean Arcane is a combination of future tech and old ones. Weapons : they use old ones like muskets, and other long reloading weapos, Communication : they use scrolls like ancient times
