No, it was a mobile gacha game. Unless you mean Twilight Venom, in which case yes there is a Wild Arms anime, and while I haven't seen it it's generally considered kinda meh from what I know
As a fan of the series since the very beggining in 1997, I find this an awesome tribute to the series, seeing our beloved characters interact witch each other, but the game itself should never be existed, we need a proper Wild Arms 6, not this crappy mobile thing.
Hard to say if they'll ever revive the series with a proper game exploring the full potential of the series... sadly even this mobile thing is gone now... but let's not lose hope. Who knows if we'll at least get a remaster in the future since Chrono Cross is getting one this year
Rudy will definitely be a key character, but Britney (goggles girl) is Million Memories' protagonist proper. The opening and the prologue previewed in the livestream strongly indicate that Rudy will end up being brainwashed by Mother.
