This was a very interesting talk & would like to know from the viewers here. The last smartphone you purchased was bought Online or Offline? Also why did you select that medium.
*6:35** I am watching this in 2020 and Guruji actually made a correct prediction. OnePlus is a flagship level brand now and sells at a much higher premium than before.*
*_Can someone please tell me_* what is the price of *LG G6* in offline market. It is priced at 39-41k at amazon.in but I've heard that offline stores are offering better deals.
i know right? LG G6 has tons of features with original design but all Oneplus fanboys say is OP5 is fast with fast fingerprint sensor with fast charging haha. and I'm like bhai tu rehnde
@geekyranjit is there any problem regarding the service centre issues if we buy a phone from online market? because most of the people said there is an issue of service centre for servicing ur phone when it gets a problem
I always purchase the phone online because in online market there is always offers regarding some bank offer and obviously in online market the price is always low compare to offline market
I'm just citing the situation where I live (Ranchi). The online vs offline market difference can be seen here and it's a major one. People go for offline market and reasons are just comfort and I shouldn't add but less knowledge regarding tech. In offline market, the shopkeepers provide service for the phone. Along with that, they push you to buy tempered glass and cases luring you in many way and people actually fall for that. They even boot your phone and set up with all the apps then they give you the phone. And people actually want that. They produce demo and spare phones for full hands on experience before buying it. They even teach you how to use your phone. You'll see each and every shop here with oppo and vivo display board. And I would say all localities here go for that because they consult the shopkeepers only. This whole experience makes offline market truly big in my city. On the other hand, online market here is not that established. First and the main thing : "Will the product be good? What if it's defective? What if it's fake? What happens if something is wrong with the phone?" I had so many difficulties in convincing my father to buy Moto E in 2014. And it's the same case in every family here. And that's why offline still dominates over online in small cities.
Ranjit sir I am confused between online and offline online gives discounts while ofline gives that felling that if you have purchased any product and if it is defective there would be some one to talk about that
Hi Ranjit, I have had very bad experience while purchasing phones online. They dont last long and usually have multiple issues within short span of time. Usually the phones which I have purchased offline have lasted long and never had to visit any service center. Please share your opinion on the same.
hello ranjit would like to see the samsung galaxy j7 pro (2017) review. I have seen couple of reviews but no one has shared that whether this phone supports fast charging or not.
Another main reason people buy offline is because if the mobile gets damaged. We just need to go to the store and ask for repair. Where as online is troublesome and stress.
ranjit you are saying flipkart and amazon sell at very low margin then how they decrease there prices of phone upto 4000 in in offer like pre GST diwali sale etc?
Very interesting and happy to see all three of you together 😁 . I would always prefer 'online' when it comes to purchasing smartphones and the trend is surely favoring 'online'. I too agree with #Geekyranjit that there should be a hybrid product, online and offline, with different pricing which will encourage more people to go for online purchase.
I have always bought mobile phones Online only, but now i want to exchange my old phone to new one. I see that online retailers offer almost peanuts to my 64gb Note 5. i felt i am getting better deal in offline stores for exchange. Your thoughts on this??
This was interesting, i would like to ask one question. if we are going to buy offline product in online, those online people are showing lot price difference between MRP and their selling price. But if we are going to buy online exclusive product, there is no price difference between MRP and selling price?
I think the brands should sell their goodies online but they should also open the experience stores in cities because the customers can feel the product by taking it in to the hand. Xiaomi is the perfect example of it. It has opened the MI HOME store in Bengaluru by which Xiaomi can promote various products on both the platforms.
Well as far as I remember since the time Redmi 1s has been launched, I've been buying all my phones online. Now I'm looking to buy iPhone and I'm a little confused. The price between online and offline store is significant but I'm concerned about the authenticity. I know websites like Flipkart and Amazon are big and I've had good experiences with them till now. On one hand I'm getting home delivery whenever I want at a lower price and on other hand I've to pay a little higher if I buy it from the Apple store and somehow I feel that it's more genuine. Am I overthinking and worrying unnecessarily?
They sale in huge volumes and they use private equity money and offer big discounts to capature market share. Online offline wouldn't have much difference in future.
online means for me to buy online.so add to cart than do the payment or go to a store pick the product pay mi mastro card or by phone offline don t think we have it here
My budget is 15k and i want a good mobile phone under this budget. Will I go for RedMi note 4 or Nokia 6? When Nokia 6 would be available to buy in India?
nice to see all 3le legend in one video expect more video of this kind Sharing all knowledge (3) to India consumer to buy a value mobile or gadget ,tq , waiting for new videos
As Amit Sir said that Consumers should educate themselves to go for the online market, but there are many areas in India where online shopping is bit troublesome as there is no delivery of the products desired. Even there are limitations on certain states in India where you can buy products upto a limited price point.
is Redmi 4A available offline ? I jst wanna knw cz shopkeeper are selling it@ 7100₹ , and Redmi 4 which got available in offline market starting @7499/- is charged as per their will, when I asked they told me it's for 8200/- BTW jst asking is authorised legally to sell at that price ?
If I buy any phone through online will get the same warranty and service as I get in offline? I am talking about all the mobile phones which are available in the Indian market.
Man you should go out and do some search pricing. I guarantee you will find a much cheaper iphone or any other phone if you buy it offline. That's the reason people are going for offline purchases, not only the price is lesser than the online market, it provides satisfaction in terms of security regarding technology as its human psychology if you buy a thing offline it'll definitely be better than the one offered online.
ok so lemme tell u guys abt an incident i have lately bought a xiaomi redmi note 4 online purchase from flipkart and i was quite satisfied with the product the next day i walk into a mobile store for a jio sim the shop had a lot of vivo and oppo signs so i was casually talking to the guy at the jio counter and i took out my phone as the guy saw my device he started saying that why did i buy xiaomi i told them the specs and the guy turned a frown face and started mocking my decision he also said that vivo and oppo are quite better devices i just took my jio sim and walked out of the the store and they continued manipulating other customers so i just turned back and started a conversation with the vivo guy in front of the oppo customers then i asked them how much percentage do they get for a device sold so the guy tried to turn the conversation around but then i asked weather they get 10-15 percent for each device i talked with the guy for half an hour then i left i felt like i prevented them from selling more devices to the consumers i was late for class but it was totally worth it
the thing is return issue in the case of electronics, for example, if the product had a faulty part, the e-commerce websites say to visit the service center, meaning they claim they didn't know the product was faulty, whereas in many cases they do also, I saw once that my product that was sent from Bangalore went to Haryana before coming in UP, they should draw a graphic progress of the order state in google maps or something so that we can when the product was where
some cities offline store keeper are also selling online phones with some on price on it like xiaomi... u can get xiaomi with 1000 rs extra with offline
M a subscriber of both geek and gaurav.. good video....but it seems to be more valuable ..if you share ur comments in this subject one by one... instead of catching channel one another ...
I am very comfortable buying online. I want to buy Redmi 4 online. But every time i try its out of stock. Even when the i tried right when the sale started i wasnt able to buy it. I dont know what to do.
Sir why don't you give info on 30fps 60 fps shooting capacity of phones like I still don't know whether s8 can shoot 60 or not. If you have told then sorry but do this with every phone.
Here in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Xiaomi phones( Which are usually shown Sold out on e commerce websites)are being sold by the offline retailers illegally by charging 1000 rs extra! It is not the case with the Xiaomi only, majority of the popular online mobile phones are sold in the offline market at an extra cost ranging between 500 to 1200 depending upon the availability of the device atbe commerce platform.
I think in future or even in present all the thing such as cell n etc must be online there must be no offline product only offline which must left should be there service center so even number of service center will increase
i feel to buy online.but I want to test the product before buying if possible.I bought OP 5 now from Amazon but i will go at Nashik which is near Mumbai. But i can't see the any OP 5 product in showrooms and Malls.
Brands should sell phones online. They should make stores in every city or in major cities of every region. So that people can go, hold and use the for a couple of minutes. In this way people can actually decide if they want to buy the phone or not.If the customer really wants to buy offline then the brands should charge Rs.500 more than the online price like Xioami is doing right now with some of their phones..
Are sir.. In my town, the mobile dealers order the mobile phones online like from amazon, flipkart, etc. On the same price nd sell them on a higher price by increasing around 500 to 1500 cost.😔
I love the online market for smartphones with excellent buys, only a little scared about the repairs of some phones like Huawei which doesn't have a service centre in Goa.
also, good shops ( won't name them publicly) offer products that are online exclusive say moto g5 plus for 1k more, ( because Flipkart wasn't delivering in UP [[ but they were able to sell pixel s7, etc { same seller } ]] )
its ok sir, if you people think the product must be available offline and online market, but just place yourself in place of any mobile company, if it sells the phone in online market at lower prices and offline market at higher prices(including promotional expenses and commissions) , dont you think a customer will test a product at offline market and purchase it at online market , it would be a loss to dealers and they will not stock the company product and will not promote any product of such brand.
you're right bro because now there is increase in people who are buying the phones online and some people like to test the mobile before they move a step to buy... so both offline and online market are important for India..... PhoneRadar Last phone I bought was redmi note 4 via Mi store because in offline market they were charging almost 1000rs extra.
PhoneRadar Online
PhoneRadar i purchased the moto g4..its an excellent device for the price of 10k..total bang for the buck...its an amazon exclusive..
online and it is k6 power
PhoneRadar for phones like Samsung's flagships it is better to go offline as it is cheap there comparatively.

Sir, I was looking to buy the Lenovo P2 mobile, what will you suggest should I buy it or should I wait?
I can wait till August if you say so.
I'm just citing the situation where I live (Ranchi). The online vs offline market difference can be seen here and it's a major one.

Each and every point discussed is absolutely right and that will really help everyone in deciding whether they should buy online or offline

Sometimes, service centres refuse to accept warranty for the phones bought online...
first time listening gaurav urff technical guruji in english...
If I buy any phone through online will get the same warranty and service as I get in offline?
I am talking about all the mobile phones which are available in the Indian market.
Good to see even Indian youtubers collaborating !

please post a detail review of Nokia 6 versus oppo and vivo series smart phones..
I completely agree with what Ranjit Sir said at the end.
iam using a j7 2016 and i bought it offline and i think my next phone could be a online xiaomi phone i i could get it or it will offline samsung
i feel to buy online.but I want to test the product before buying if possible.I bought OP 5 now from Amazon but i will go at Nashik which is near Mumbai. But i can't see the any OP 5 product in showrooms and Malls.

its ok sir, if you people think the product must be available offline and online market, but just place yourself in place of any mobile company, if it sells the phone in online market at lower prices and offline market at higher prices(including promotional expenses and commissions) , dont you think a customer will test a product at offline market and purchase it at online market , it would be a loss to dealers and they will not stock the company product and will not promote any product of such brand.
Nice to c u 3 in the same frame! Maza aa gya!
We cannot deny the existence of retail chains in India that's the reason companies find it difficult to differentiate.
Oneplus and xiaomi are best in providing value for money smartphone... Specially oneplus.. Loving it 😍😍😍😍
you're right bro because now there is increase in people who are buying the phones online and some people like to test the mobile before they move a step to buy... so both offline and online market are important for India..... Before 3years there is a fear around the people to buy online because of some fake products and they don't want to be easily cheated but now our youngsters are become wise and technology is well devolped online stores provide people with good products in decent prize so they have developed hope around people that's the matter but even some people like to test the product before they buy it's all about their concern in future the chance would be 50-50 or it will be 60-40 if online sale increases rapidly....
product should be available in both the modes but there should be some discount for online mode because in case of small cities/towns the product delivery takes around 3-4 days. so there should be some discount for online mode as the customer has to wait for that time and while buying in form shop he/She can get it instantly.
Someone plz turn on the subtitles 😂😂😂
Since 2011 only the television I purchased offline. Grt experience.
