"Smite the corpses, Smites the ashes, Smite all those who raise a hand on Dame Aylin!"
Remember the 5 P's Pally - Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. 😂 Check your potion levels, make sure all your buffs are on and ready to go, and ensure you have appropriate spells for the situation. I'm kinda surprised that you thought Dame Aylin would just go without a fight?
Honestly though, just glad you didn't end your Honor Mode run right there. Kudos for getting Minthara out of an obviously sticky situation. You did well to keep a cool head toward the end of what is obviously an extremely difficult fight.
Wholesome isn't how I would most of Dungen's interactions.
Last Friday I was looking for something to watch while eating, and found your honor mode run. I binge watched it all weekend lol, and I was worried for a sec that the day i finally caught up was the last episode xd good escape 😅
Of COURSE Astarion gained inspiration.
Not seen that before. It was freaking insane. AC 24 is no joke. Dungen and Astarion's weakness is definitely having a low attack bonus.
Those angels are very OP. I think some things that could help a lot in this one would be firstly the Slow spell, getting rid of that reaction seems key. Then Mind blast, hold monster (not that Pally has this one yet), just some good aoe damage spells and finally having you weapon attacking characters actually able to hit things. Seems doable, but really nasty anyway. Having the AI allies not be totally useless would be nice too, but apparently that's hoping for a bit much on this one.
Great episode. Very glad to see the bumbling adventures of Dungen and friends continues.
Those Angels are so OP it is actually crazy! I tried doing this on my solo honor mode and I similarly had to gtfo lmao
That Dain Alin would have probably be a good moment for Shadowhards divine intervation what would honestly be wery funny Selune saving Shadowhards ass so she can imprison her daughter
Ahhh what an incredible episode again!
All caught back up now, and what a time to do it. That was somehow even more bonkers than the title suggested.
havent seen that before, but it seemed after reading all of the like 1-100 damage buffs they had and the constant invuln buble in play.... there was maybe only one thing to do in that situation, in playing off the invuln. perhaps one team member, or even the wizzards group left out and all others do what needs to be done, or an inner sanc. rough go, future pally's problem i suppose.
What a great series. I thought you were done for there
I love the playthrough pally! Great work!
That was so tense! best episode yet
That was super close Pally ! Nice escape !
Enough preparation and you can make pretty much any fight on Honour Mode easy. It's alway the fights you didn’t expect to be a problem that get you.
This was definitely the episode to use Shadowheart's Divine Intervention....glad you're alive, though
Gonna be honest...was rooting for Aylin here. See ya Lorroakan!
It would have been hilarious if the run ended there.
Holy cow.
Silence or Slow would have been nice in this fight lol. But then again so would just doing your basic start of the day stuff like buffing lmao
that was tense
Holy shit that fight!
So glad I didn’t read any comments first cuz damn the suspense was real!!! HOW DARE YOU SO BRAZENLY RISK OUR BELOVED DUNGEN
Bruuuuh, I was sweaaaaatin for you! It was lookin bleeeeeeak
Hey Pally are you planning on doing anymore Total War Warhammer 3 co-op campaigns? They are really fun to watch
new cutscene
Using an action to heal just a couple of hitpoints is not the best way to spend your turn.... If you think about it, the only heal that matters is the one that prevents death, so healing word downed allies is much more worth wile than healing the same target for 2 to 12 or something. also invulnerbility orb does not prevent repulsor, she just saved against it. Although the second Invul was cast on her so It would not done anything?
The repulsor was really good though. Set up having 2 of the angels next to each other, prone, unable to react and not in the invulnerability. The real mistake was not continuing to go for the kill on them. Astarion had the right idea and tried pretty hard, but needed the rest of the party to follow up with more of the same. It was his one slim chance to win.
If you're looking for efficient turns and strategies, Pallys playthroughs are not where you want to come to watch lol.
This is more for the ride and watching him panic and lose all gameplay mechanics when things get sketchy lol, respectfully
Is this the hardest bossfight in the game???
Nat 20 and nat 1 out the gate lol
Basically how the video started to how it ended kek
So intimidating is the only way to get this hidden fight? if you just bring her in normally, he just magics her away, never summons buddies.
Yesh!
Sheeeesh
Just got my golden dice last night on my first honor mode run. Pally be aware you can skip the courtyard fight by using invisibility potions to skip straight to the brainstem, which will teleport the rest of your party to the final fight. Good luck!
He has invisibility as a cantrip
@STNJ_YT Doesn't really change the overall meaning of the comment.
MFpallytime, I have to ask, since I see no reason for it, but why did Dungen betray Dame Aylin? You even call her your friend, but then you try to turn her over to the wizard.
pretty sure it's because this is the evil playthrough.
hi
nice video
Bro you had Sleet Storm the entire fucking time and didnt use it until the end of the video!?!?!?!?!
Wow congrats on somehow making it through that barely, you definitely would have deserved to lose the run with all the insane mistakes you made and basically no prep work. So hopefully this is lesson to be learned to stop just winging it so it makes for better videos, and actually look some things up and prepare a little otherwise what is the point if you just lose to something avoidable. A couple extra hours of looking up and planning could save the many episodes and hours that already went into it.
