As an italien doing keto, this was the best recipe i've found so far. Thank you so much for sharing . Instead of using tomato sauce i used peeled tomatoes and seasoning .added more 0g carb cheese to the sauce and lot of parmigiano and it was amazing.

If you want to make it more like a normal lasagna you can use mortadela as a replacement for the pasta.
