My brother just bought a 2023 K1600B Grand America. I rode his 2006 R1200RT for the first time. That Grand America has ever bell and whistle you can think about. After our ride he pulled up information that told him about everything such as speed, lean angle and other stuff. He is still learning all the features. Thanks for the video.
Great ride. Thanks. Noticed you were riding with the winglets open which is why you felt wind on your chest or shoulders. They can be closed. I have a 2022 K1600B and it's the best bike I've ever had. I love it!

I’m currently on a Harley Road Glide Ultra and I love that bike but the performance specs on these K1600 B’s are making me want to do a test drive, too. Nice video. 👍🏼
I am 62 riding 48 years straight. Had Yamahas back in the 70's, GW in the 80's and Harleys. 90's soft tails, road kings, classic, 2008 till 2022 I had 3 ultra limited. Bought an Indian road master and got rid of the limited after 5 months the Indian out road it. I road a k1600 GA then the bagger, OMG, bought one a week later the bagger. took me 45 mins to put the Indian for sale. I'll never ride another bike again, performance, comfortable, touring, sporting, I have a Russel all day long seat on it, OMG, can ride 12 hours like nothing......cry when I have to get off!

I recently test rode this bike; it's a beautiful bike and nice performance. What I didn't like was all of the wind buffeting on the face and back of head; also the stereo sound was inferior.

You know I didn't even notice it but yes they can be closed for less airflow to the body.

I didn't like the foot pegs placement. And placement of the optional hwy boards felt cramped.

How does the wind protection compare to the road glide?
I didn't find a big difference, this comes with a better windshield right out of the box but I would say the RG is better in wind management.
Only put your left foot down on sport bike. Then the pegs won’t be in the way.
It still digs in because it is right where the feet lands in mid controls. In sport bikes the pegs are further back so there are no issues.
