How many pounds of meat do you get out of an average sized kangaroo? How many kangaroos do you eat in a year with 10000 calories per day? If it were only beef I would imagine roughly 3 cows per year.
@@jailhousestrong thank you coach. As I mention, I'm 44 yo male, consistent training during last 2 1/2 years, focusing on powerlifting. Early intermediate. My main concern is recovery from the overall volume. Each training session has b/w 46-50 sets.Would you recommend lowering the volume-dropping 1 exercise for lifters over 40? I admit that so far, during the 1st 4 week phase, before gyms lockout, I was doing well. My 2nd q : you mention 30 secs b/w sets, but what about rest time b/w each exersise? it is tough to run around equipment and compete with other ppl when gyms open. 3rd: as a long time plan, you many times per year do you recommend lifters over 40 to follow 8x8? Thanks a lot!oh, and pls, I'm eager for a video about maintaining strength as much as possible while training at home!

@Coach Bryant, where can I post a question about your jailhouse 8x8 book? It's a great read, I'm worried about the total volume-I'm 44 yo.
