Nice work Josh! Quick question - where would you recommend a beginner lifter start? Is there a program or book you think someone with less than a 1plate bench should start? Thanks
@@kevinames2816 Not bad. 200cm. But in weightlifting, size doesn't matter that much. Only for certain lifts is it an advantage to be a little taller, but for other lifts like deadlifts it's better to be smaller. It depends. The world's strongest man Eddie Hall is only 193 cm tall and the world's strongest woman Rebecca Roberts is only 6.3 or 190 cm tall. The shortest guy ever was Darren Sadler with just 5.8 or 173 cm. In this sport, it is not the size that plays a major role, but rather the passion and love that you put into it. But I'm sure Tom got it.
I love all the animals around cheering him on and keeping him motivated. Good friends!💪🏾✊🏾😏

Nice! Is the workout plan (or principles) in the book?
Impressive!! What supplements is he taking and how can I get a copy of his program?
Is there a neck training head gear you recommend 50$ or under?
Where can you find thick rope like the one he uses for hammer curls?
Damn, how tall is this guy?
He’s 6 foot 7 inches
