Josh I have started using your program and man I sky rocketed in my deadlift, and bench. I was at 275lbs on incline bench after the lockdown. Now I’m at 425. My deadlift is at 600 again. Thanks man you kickass.
I think I speak for everyone who is following this bench series in saying that we would LOVE it if you could make a video or provide a specific layout for what the other workout days in the week look like. The Iron Monk just praised and accredited a lot fo the progress to those other days so it would be amazing to see what you have him doing specifically!
These damn videos have true pain raw lifts just fuckin gets me in a barbaric mindset love the vids been watching since I was I'd say 13 or 14 I'm 20 now its crazy
If you dont have the equipment to perform dead bench, can you substitute it with a long 5+second pause at the bottom in order to reduce some of the eccentric stretch reflex? Thanks
