Why didn’t gopro just make gopromax grip with elgrande size? I mean gopromax grip is great but needed a bit taller , elgrande is perfect but cmon gopro why did u make it with adhesive mount🥶 i hope gopro release a new invisible stick soon. Thanks for the review 🙌

I've been using the max pole for snowboarding and I think the new software update really helped the stitching of the hand, still not perfect, but improving
If i use the gopro 9,will the pole still be invisible in the video?ty

The smaller thumb screw comes in the GoPro Grab Bag gopro.com/en/us/shop/mounts/grab-bag/AGBAG-002.html
Shorty also comes with a small screw (although different design than thumbscrews).
Not sure about the Insta360 pole. You might need the tripod adapter mount gopro.com/en/us/shop/mounts/tripod-mounts/ABQRT-002.html

The GoPro Max Pole is the same as the Fusion one. Often you get the Fusion Pole cheaper.
Also: You can connect a Tripod onto the bottom of the El Grande!

El grande is where it’s at for the best angles but in order to get the mount itself to be invisible you have to replace the ball mount which you can order off of eBay or Etsy (aftermarket) it was 30 bucks but well worth it.
What did you replace the ball mount with? Do you have a link? Thanks
Would also like to know what you searched on Ebay/Etsy to replace the ball mount?
Unless El Grande has been updated, I would remove the standard head and replace with one you can lock the Max directly in to it

is there thread in the bottom of the max pole to screw a ball mount in ? for motorcycle mounting for exemple...
I have the Fusion/Max grip and it does NOT have a quarter inch screw hole at the bottom.

I don't understand why GoPro sells a grip that doesn't work with the Max? Why do these poles still mess up the stitching in 360 even tho they are designed by GoPro? Blows my mind that they can't figure it out.
The Fusion/Max grip DOES work with the Max but it isn't as long as consumers want.
