- 4 Kettlebell Exercises To Increase Punching Power (Knockout)! Punching power is a trait that all combat athletes strive to have. Knockouts are exciting and frankly the quickest way to end a fight BUT one aspect to the knockout punch is the power behind it. This not only goes for strikes to the head but the body as well because arguably, knockouts can be caused by perfect timing and other variables, but body shots benefit more from punching power. So in this video, I go over 4 kettlebell exercises that increased punching power!

Excellent vid. Only thing I'd say is hike the KB in between legs from the ground not from the air. That's how the first explosive swing will generate 🔋 power.
