I would love a big episode on band work! I have a ton of weights and bands at home, but I can’t use the medicine ball like that unless I want to blow holes in my drywall hahaha

2 years later, I still use this drill as part of my training. This has been a very useful drill for me. Have you already made a video on how to increase speed and power on your kicks?

Look up Rachel Varga on youtube! She’s a very successful Aesthetic Nurse. Definitely doesn’t seem like she sacrificed her career goals at all. Quite the opposite actually!

Thank you very much for all of the information you're putting out there! Will definetely incorporate these exercises in my training.
For future videos I would be very interested in a complete band workout. I really like the emphasis on training the movements you do during Kickboxing/Muay Thai. Maybe even incorporate the legs if possible? Any kind of future exercises videos are very much appreciated but if I had to choose specific areas, it would be chest/triceps, core and legs.
One more thing I've been very interested in is a stretching video or even a stretch routine for after working out, in the morning or whenever you seem it fits. Your high kicks look amazing and I would love to be able to kick like that. Maybe even a strength training AND stretching video for higher kicks? I feel like my muscles are lacking in certain areas when lifting my legs above a certain point.

Yes to videos with resistant bands and Kettlebells and medizinballs. I love those with focus on kickboxing.
Hi Gabriel yes will like a video on using bands for legs to and maybe a shadow boxing
Any tips or drills to improve upon ones high kick? I have become decent with leg kicks, as well as ones to the center, such as the liver and the ribs. However, I don't feel as confident at all about my high kicks. They take longer for me to even try to get off, and they lose their speed and power whenever I go higher than somebody's chest. A video on this would really help. Thanks for all that you do man. ✌️

The most effective kettlebell exercise I have ever did for punching power is Clean - and then straight punch to swing - clean - repeat.

Leg/lower body exercises for faster & stronger kicks please. But also how to gain/maintain flexibility.

So would you mainly suggest both compound and isolation strenght exercices? Basically circuits or 15 more reps, right?

Due to space, I only have access to a standing bag, more specifically a Versys standing bag. How would you practice kicking boxing combos on a bag like that?
If I could give an advice, dont deadlift in running shoes or any soft shoes. Bare foot will be much better due to lack of stability in joints.

I don't really like roadwork as much as I do shadow boxing for rounds, but I still need to get my cardio up because I gas out in sparring (I'm a beginner). Will running on the treadmill be just as effective as roadwork, and will it help improve my cardio for my sparring sessions? I just saw your treadmill routine video that you put out a couple years back and I'm thinking of doing that 3-4 times a week if it can replace doing roadwork. Looking forward to your response!
Yes. The treadmill is great for running routines.
I've had to utilize treadmill running routines only (2-3 weeks) when I've done trips to very cold places and don't want to run outdoors.
I don't feel like my cardio diminishes at all.

Hey I am not trying to compete just get in better shape but since this is a fitness video I want to ask, do you think boxing and yoga would be enough to cover all of the general fitness needs.

Hi Gabriel, when using the mitts, should I choose just a few combinations and master it? (I see a lot of kickboxers just do the same drill over and over again, what is the reason for this?)
