Once i quit candy, soda/energy drinks and sugary stuff in general. I stopped craving it! I wont say that will happen for everyone but if you know the harm sugar does to your energy and body. Then it will be much easier mentally to stay away. Not saying you can¨t enjoi something once in a while :)
I only eat a serving or 2 at a time.
A bar of chocolate doesnt give 1000 calories.... heck , u only need a average of 1200 calories a day 😅
1) 98% of people need more than 1200 calories a day. 2) looks like a damn big chocolate bar 😂
I would rather work to be able to run and lift instead of loosing weight

Excellent vid. Only thing I'd say is hike the KB in between legs from the ground not from the air. That's how the first explosive swing will generate 🔋 power.
What about the butt its a hip hinge not a drive our butt all the way back i keep seeing UA-camr do this not you of course but others influencers
