    Three quick comments: 1) Your channel is the best on UA-cam for kettlebell. 2) Your slow-motion shots are INCREDIBLY helpful for technique questions, and 3) I just finished one of your workouts, and felt like I wasn’t activating my hips enough in my H2H swings. I just realized you counterswing your opposite arm backwards, and that’s what I’ve been missing. Now it feels much more natural and powerful at the same time. Hope that helps someone else.

    Man, im impressed with KB workouts. It looks so natural and anatomically make sense. While watching this video, i went "That looks like natural movements. A bit like everyday movements, to strentghten motions u perform on a daily basis. All of a sudden, weights in gym seem robotic and 'artificial'." Ive unsubscribed from gym, subscribed to channel! Is it possible to make a minimalist workout system for physical preparedness? I know Canada's air force had a system called 5bx. It was designed for everybody on base and off to stay fit so if shit hit the fan, they could survive or get the job done. Could you make something like that? Maybe people want something super simple, and will keep them healthy and strong. Like a full body workout mixed with cardio and mobility. That would be dope.

    Also - great content !

    • @skriabinfly
      @skriabinfly 8 місяців тому +2

      I prefer single KB for 4 big reasons: 1. Cross-body pulling hits back and obliques more than a straight swing. 2. More natural stance and natural (narrower) width between knees for single. 3. Double KB snatch is impractical and far more dangerous to put two heavy weights overhead than one. 4. Less equipment needed for single KB because one is less than two ;) Just my opinion! GL 💪

    • @findingthereal9052
      @findingthereal9052 5 місяців тому

      It’s part of Pavel’s hard-style method. At lock-out the body is under tension, the forced exhale is due to the core being tense, if you breath out all nice and quiet you may lose your “kime”. It’s the exact opposite in girevoy sport which is all about reducing tension to a minimum.

    • @findingthereal9052
      @findingthereal9052 5 місяців тому

      He probably added it due to amount of people coming to learn KBs who had zero core activation and gluteal amnesia, etc, when they swing they hyperextend at lock out and end up with lower back pain after training.

    I don't believe I'm coordinated enough to do that swing footwork. The swing moves faster than my brain and my feet. I tried it once and almost fell.
