  • This week on Baller BBQ I'm showing you how to make smoked shrimp on a pit boss pellet grill. This is a super easy shrimp recipe and is really delicious. Smoking shrimp on a pellet smoker is really fast, this recipe only takes about 20 minutes to cook. As far as smoked shrimp recipes go this bbq shrimp recipe would be one of the easiest. You can always grill shrimp but throwing then in a garlic butter marinade and smoking them in a tray is just so much juicier. Enjoy!

I haven't seen the dried coriander like this before. The butter and lemon make a sauce and it goes perfectly with the shrimp. Yummy.

I wasn't impressed with the way they turned out. The shrimp release liquid and make the sauce thin and like water.

Hi Jay, yours may just need a little more time to evaporate some of the liquid. You should end up with a thin garlicy sauce.

You are far from being a Pit-Master.
    Pit-Masters use real spilt wood
