Everyone is truly different. Most people say you ovulate 24 hours after LH peak… this is not the same for me personally. I usually ovulate 8-12 hours after I find my LH peak. I start cramping and have a ton of fertile CM. My cramps usually last for about 30 mins.. then 2 hours after that I become very dry. Just wanted to put that out there because there are women missing their window because they think they have a lot of time after LH peak which is not the case for some of us.

@@premomfertility Cool sounds like I am indeed going through the normal progression of CM changes except it s happening on the earlier side of the range. Its like i hardly get any dry days immediately after my menses and it immediately goes into early stage fertile CM from as early as day 7-12. I dont like the idea of an early ovulation but maybe its perimenopause,stress, or new diets .... the last 2 cycles were regularly short at 24 days. Unlike 2 cycles ago where it was still variable between 26-28 days for the past 20 yrs or so. If you have any material on how to lengthen the follicular phase that would be great.

I’m currently in luteal phase and focusing on lowering my stress and eating progesterone boosting foods w a little estrogen boosting foods, only a little bc I believe I’m estrogen dominant and cortisol dominant for my progesterone. But I’m still trying to keep estrogen going during this phase so I can try and get to atleast 25 days but hoping for more. These past few months have been 19-21 days. Ive never seen such egg white 😢 CM . I only notice a whitish discharge that sometimes can dry and crack on the underwear. I only see the egg white consistency at the ending of a period or during sex. I lost a baby 4 months ago and I cant say what i did right to become pregnant cause i struggled for years. I'll give anything to become pregnant again 😢 . This is the FIRST TIME I’ve seen someone talk about the thick glue type of mucus! Everyone is truly different. Most people say you ovulate 24 hours after LH peak… this is not the same for me personally. I usually ovulate 8-12 hours after I find my LH peak. I start cramping and have a ton of fertile CM. My cramps usually last for about 30 mins.. then 2 hours after that I become very dry. Just wanted to put that out there because there are women missing their window because they think they have a lot of time after LH peak which is not the case for some of us.

Day 7 and I got that sticky tacky one like you said, except this tacky glue is pretty stretchy too so I can’t tell if this may instead be EWCM appearing too early ….though it’s very light yellow rather than white tho…is this normal or the sign yet another potentially short cycle like I did last month 😢. @@premomfertility Cool sounds like I am indeed going through the normal progression of CM changes except it s happening on the earlier side of the range. Its like i hardly get any dry days immediately after my menses and it immediately goes into early stage fertile CM from as early as day 7-12. I dont like the idea of an early ovulation but maybe its perimenopause,stress, or new diets .... the last 2 cycles were regularly short at 24 days. Unlike 2 cycles ago where it was still variable between 26-28 days for the past 20 yrs or so. If you have any material on how to lengthen the follicular phase that would be great.

I’m currently in luteal phase and focusing on lowering my stress and eating progesterone boosting foods w a little estrogen boosting foods, only a little bc I believe I’m estrogen dominant and cortisol dominant for my progesterone. But I’m still trying to keep estrogen going during this phase so I can try and get to atleast 25 days but hoping for more. These past few months have been 19-21 days. my last period ended on 1/31. i had unprotected sex 2/2. my ovulation timeline was 4-10th(ovulation date was the 8th). i’ve had discharge that’s slippery and stretchy before so i’m not sure if i should be worried about pregnancy…my partner(who had a vasectomy) sperm test came back clear. for the record my next period is supposed to start on the 23rd

Im feeling very discouraged and confused. According to my digital ovulation test I’m at my peak today but I do not have ewcm. It’s been more of the creamy/lotiony type of discharge. I believe I experienced a chemical pregnancy last month so I’m not sure if that could be affecting my hormones.
