Doc... I saw Creamy Lil bit of watery discharge lil more amount than usual, 2 days after ovulation. is this indicates conception.. I am waiting for my baby... Could you please share something about this.. please
I hate that I'm in my mid 20s just now learning that CM is normal... I thought for the longest time that there was something wrong (like an infection or something) but was always too embarrassed to ask someone about it or even see a dr. It's not until now that I'm TTC and doing a deep dive into everything menstruation, conception and pregnancy that I'm learning how my body actually works
ecfog7120: ME TOO, throughout my teenage years I thought something was wrong with me this whole entire time. Last year, I (22, at the time) finally learned what Cervical Mucus was. I was just like you I was embarrassed to ask what it was.
This is the FIRST TIME I’ve seen someone talk about the thick glue type of mucus! I used to describe it like the glue that’s used in magazines to attach perfume (or whatever) samples, because that’s exactly what it looks and feels like. But when I asked other women about it they looked at me like I was crazy, and all I ever saw described was egg whites and I was like…”it’s not like egg whites at all, maybe I’m just misunderstanding it…”
Everyone is truly different. Most people say you ovulate 24 hours after LH peak… this is not the same for me personally. I usually ovulate 8-12 hours after I find my LH peak. I start cramping and have a ton of fertile CM. My cramps usually last for about 30 mins.. then 2 hours after that I become very dry. Just wanted to put that out there because there are women missing their window because they think they have a lot of time after LH peak which is not the case for some of us.
Hello, That’s great to hear! It’s encouraging that you’re seeing some improvements with your PCOS and supplements. Keep up with the methods that are working for you, and continue to monitor your progress. If you have any concerns or need further guidance, don’t hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider.
great explanation. I am regular in my cycle but I noticed this morning the raw egg mucus when using the bathroom but according to my period tracker calendar i should have ovulated last week not this week. Does it mean I ovulated later than usual?
Hello! Ovulation can happen later than expected. You may observe no/dry CM after ovulation due to increased progesterone. Since women may not always ovulate on the same cycle day, I would recommend you also track LH )(luteinizing hormone) and/or BBT (basal body temperature), which are the usual methods to monitor ovulation. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about TTC. Sending you the best possible vibes!
@@premomfertility hello..i have menstruation last month dec 1st week..i must have may period this january since there is no intercourse happen but i encounter this cervical mucus and now im 2 weeks delayed without sex.im already scared what will be the reason?
I came here looking for this comment bc my husband did the thing one day after I had this same type of cm but according to calendars I should have already ovulated. Guess I’ll find out in a few more days I’m so praying for a baby and not a period lol
After ovulation, many people notice a decrease in cervical mucus, but it can vary. Some might still have a bit of mucus, just not as much as during the fertile window. It’s all about listening to your body!✨
I’m having snot like discharge and my period is suppose to start this Saturday. I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle. How likely is it that I can be pregnant this cycle? I’m not symptom spotting but also don’t experience a lot of symptoms like I did last cycle. Could I be out?
I love how everyone that talks about this online and IRL mentions using an ovulation test as if anyone has been able to afford that for the last, like 30 years 😂 especially the last few years. I guess you would put aside $1 at a time if you REALLY wanted to buy one but still, that’s bills money.
Hello, affordability is a significant concern for many seeking ovulation tests. While some tests can be expensive, options like Premoms are reasonably priced. Additionally, community health clinics may provide more affordable alternatives. Exploring low-cost methods, such as tracking natural fertility signs, is also worth considering. Take care!
Hello, If the discharge is watery, it's most likely normal and caused by hormonal changes. Clear and watery discharge can increase at any point during your cycle, as estrogen can stimulate the production of more fluids. If you would like to book a consultation with one of our fertility specialists, they can review your cycle data and offer additional personalized support as. You can find additional information regarding these services through the "More" tab in the Premom app.
@@premomfertility I am having pregnancy scarce. After ovulation, my discharge is creamy, sometimes it's thick and sticky... But my cervix is low but soft
The discharge you're describing sounds like the creamy white discharge, which is typically thick and opaque. This type of discharge usually appears during the luteal phase, which is the phase after ovulation and right before your period starts. It's not necessarily a cause for concern; it's just one way your body signals the different phases of your menstrual cycle. 🍥😊🧡
The length of your menstrual cycle is the number of days from the first day of bleeding in your last period, to the first day of bleeding in your next. From this figure, subtract 14 days from the end of your current cycle to determine the approximate day you ovulate. You can also upload your test strips to the Premom app, as the app will read them for you and provide an ovulation prediction date for you.
Cervical mucus can vary throughout a woman's menstrual cycle and may change in consistency, color, and texture for various reasons. I'd like to share a blog for your reference, hope you find it useful🥰 premom.com/blogs/how-to-get-pregnant-naturally/how-to-get-more-cervical-mucus-for-fertility?_pos=1&_sid=0f519b924&_ss=r
Hello I had a chem pregnancy last month and so far up until now I haven’t had my period , I was active with my husband about 2 weeks ago and I’m now 4 days late and took a test 2 days ago and was negative. Is it possible I tested too early ? Or is this not normal. I’m trying to track my CM but I can’t exactly tell which consistency it is
Hello! It's certainly possible that you may have tested a bit too early. Ovulation can sometimes occur unpredictably, especially after a chemical pregnancy, and this can shift your expected start date for your period. If you ovulated a bit later, that could also explain the negative test result if you are pregnant. If your period doesn’t start soon or if you're still unsure about the test results, it might be worth consulting with your healthcare provider to discuss a blood test. Best of luck to you!
Hi, cervical mucus changes throughout your cycle, providing key insights into your fertility by becoming more stretchy and clear around ovulation, indicating peak fertility.
If you're experiencing sticky, clear cervical mucus throughout the month, it can be influenced by various factors, including hormonal changes, hydration, and overall health. While some changes are normal, if you have concerns or experience any discomfort, it's best to consult a healthcare provider for personalized guidance. They can conduct a thorough evaluation, perform any necessary tests, and provide guidance tailored to your specific situation. Best regards, Leyla Premom Support Team
Day 7 and I got that sticky tacky one like you said, except this tacky glue is pretty stretchy too so I can’t tell if this may instead be EWCM appearing too early ….though it’s very light yellow rather than white tho…is this normal or the sign yet another potentially short cycle like I did last month 😢. Ran out of opKs so I wasn’t able to test.
This could be an early stage of more fertile CM before it develops into fully clear, stretchy EWCM within a couple days. The yellowish tint may just be due lingering previous CM or normal cervical cells. Your health and fertility are important, so don't hesitate to speak with your doctor as well if needed. Meanwhlie, I'd like to share a blog for your reference: premom.com/blogs/cross-check-multiple-ovulation-symptoms/cervical-mucus-and-ovulation?_pos=13&_sid=e3837e2ba&_ss=r.
@@premomfertility Cool sounds like I am indeed going through the normal progression of CM changes except it s happening on the earlier side of the range. Its like i hardly get any dry days immediately after my menses and it immediately goes into early stage fertile CM from as early as day 7-12. I dont like the idea of an early ovulation but maybe its perimenopause, stress, or new diets .... the last 2 cycles were regularly short at 24 days. Unlike 2 cycles ago where it was still variable between 26-28 days for the past 20 yrs or so. If you have any material on how to lengthen the follicular phase that would be great.
@@Hllee6428this is exactly where I’m at right now… it’s been a year since this comment have you found anything that helped you extend your luteal phase? I’m currently in luteal phase and focusing on lowering my stress and eating progesterone boosting foods w a little estrogen boosting foods, only a little bc I believe I’m estrogen dominant and cortisol dominant for my progesterone. But I’m still trying to keep estrogen going during this phase so I can try and get to atleast 25 days but hoping for more. These past few months have been 19-21 days. Since then I’ve been diving deep in ways to support my body better in hopes all my hard work will show. ❤
During the luteal phase, the amount of cervical mucus decreases, and its consistency becomes thicker. This is due to the increase in progesterone levels, which cause the mucus to become more viscous and less elastic, reducing the likelihood of sperm penetration.
Hello, cervical mucus changes throughout your cycle, starting from thick and sticky to the egg-white type as ovulation approaches. To help improve the consistency of your mucus, stay well-hydrated and eat a balanced diet. If you’re concerned about the consistency or timing of your mucus, it’s a good idea to consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.
I’ve never noticed the egg white mucus im trying to conceive… My doctor recommended ovumine which i took but im on my 14th day of my cycle but nothing yet.. and ovulation test strip showed negative
Sometimes, not everyone experiences the typical signs of ovulation, such as the egg white mucus, even if ovulation is occurring. The absence of cervical mucus or a negative ovulation test on day 14 might mean you're ovulating later than expected, which can be normal. Since you're taking Ovamine, which is designed to improve egg quality and possibly support ovulation, it could take some time for the body to respond to it fully. Here are a few suggestions that might help: Continue tracking: Keep testing for ovulation beyond day 14, as ovulation can sometimes happen later in the cycle, especially for those with conditions like PCOS or irregular cycles. Stay hydrated: Dehydration can affect cervical mucus production, so make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Monitor other ovulation signs: Besides cervical mucus, you can look for other signs like changes in your basal body temperature or mild cramping around ovulation. Keep communicating with your doctor: If you’re consistently not seeing ovulation, your doctor might recommend other tests or adjustments in your approach.
It's normal to have thick brown cervical mucus before your period. This typically happens because your body is clearing out old blood from your uterus, which can show up as a brown discharge at the start or end of your cycle. If everything else seems normal, there's usually no need to worry. But if you ever experience any unusual smells or discomfort, it's a good idea to see a healthcare provider just to be safe. Take care, and best of luck with everything! 💖✨
Hey there doctor your sessions are good am 25 yrs old . just wanted to ask that my periods are unpredictable i sometimes have 35days to 42 but mostly 42 and am not sure if i have an egg white CM and as for the other Mucus i discharge them all but am confused i dont whats going on with my body does it indicate that something is wrong??
Hi there, It's normal for menstrual cycles to vary in length, and occasional irregularities are common at your age. Changes in cervical mucus throughout your cycle are also normal. However, if you're unsure or concerned about what's happening with your body, consulting with a healthcare provider can provide clarity and guidance.
Spotting during the follicular phase can sometimes occur, especially around ovulation. If it persists or you're worried, a quick chat with your doctor could offer reassurance. Take care!
Hi there, It’s not uncommon to see mucus in your period blood. As for ovulation, some people may not notice mucus every cycle. It can vary from person to person.
Hormonal fluctuations between estrogen and progesterone are what causes the changes in cervical mucus. Your cycle pattern is unique and every cycle can be different. So, track your mucus and log the consistency in the app now!
Hi doc. I am having sticky mucus on 9 dpo n go on... Is it sign that i am pregnant ?? My period is still 1 week away. Also i am taking progesterone and estrogen tablets.. so is this pregnancy sign ??
Hello, Sticky mucus at 9 DPO can be a sign of pregnancy, but it can also result from hormonal changes, especially if you’re taking progesterone and estrogen. Since your period is still a week away, it’s too early to confirm. Consider taking a pregnancy test after your missed period for more accurate results.
Hey! That egg white discharge is often a sign of ovulation, so it's very likely you're ovulating around now. The dryness after can mean the window is closing. Everyone's body is a bit different, but you might be right in the middle of your fertile period. Best of luck! 🌟
Thank you, I have a 28day cycle and I'm on day 10, supposed to ovulate on day 14, does it mean I ovulate earlier than expected, is it normal? Pls reply, been trying to conceive for more than a year now... Thank you
When you see the ovulation mucus, that's the beginning of fertile window, then try for atleast one week. It's not a must you ovulate on day 14@@vivianogochukwu8889
Hi there! I’ve had my nexplanon removed on 10/31/2022 and have not gotten my period. Should I be concerned? On 11/21 and 11/22 I noticed white creamy lotion mucus. Does that mean I will be ovulating soon?
It is normal not to have your period return immediately after taking off your nexplanon. There is still a chance that you ovulate before your period comes back. Egg-white CM is one of the peak fertility indicatiors. Also, I would recommend you also use the ovulation test kit or basal thermometer to track ovulation. Baby dust to you!
Yes, it's normal to see mucus after your period. Cervical mucus goes through different stages during your menstrual cycle, and the appearance of mucus after your period can vary. Right after your period, cervical mucus is often minimal or dry. As you approach ovulation, it typically becomes more abundant, creamy, and stretchy, eventually resembling egg whites (EWCM), which indicates higher fertility. This variation in mucus is influenced by hormonal changes throughout the cycle. If you notice anything unusual, like a significant change in color, smell, or texture that might indicate an infection, it's worth discussing with a healthcare provider.
Experiencing little to no discharge throughout your menstrual cycle, coupled with a lighter-than-normal menstrual flow, can be influenced by several factors, including hormonal imbalances, lifestyle changes, or underlying health conditions. If you have concerns, it is best to consult your doctor for profressional advice.❤️
My cycle type is irregular dr now i have missed my period for 5 days i did follicular study to knw my ovulation when to take pregnancy test for accurate result im really worried😢😢
Irregular cycles can sometimes lead to missed periods due to reasons other than pregnancy, such as stress, weight changes, or other underlying health conditions. Given that you've missed your period for 5 days, you can take a home pregnancy test now for preliminary results. However, if the result is negative and you're still concerned about the missed period, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional or a fertility specialist for further guideline.
I'm quite confused at the moment. I have been measuring my BBT for several cycles and it shows that everything is fine and ovulation is occurring. But I don't notice any cervical mucus. Is there a chance of getting pregnant if I don't notice cervical mucus? Is it necessary to get pregnant ?
While cervical mucus is a helpful fertility indicator, its absence doesn't guarantee infertility. If your basal body temperature (BBT) confirms ovulation, you still have a chance of getting pregnant. Not all women may experience noticeable changes in cervical mucus, and variations in mucus patterns can occur. Some factors, such as hormonal imbalances, medications, or dehydration, might affect cervical mucus production. Conception is a complex process influenced by various factors, and individual experiences may vary. If you have concerns, you may consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice. Hi Jamie, in a menstrual cycle it typically follows the pattern off “sticky- creamy- egg white- watery.” Not everyone experiences this same pattern, and it takes many women several cycles to really get the feel for observing it. Also, consider paying attention to the sensation in your underwear; many women observe a familiar “gush” of watery CM just before their fertile mucus presents itself. Here is a blog for your reference: premom.com/blogs/how-to-get-pregnant-naturally/how-to-get-more-cervical-mucus-for-fertility?_pos=2&_sid=4451b6e36&_ss=r
So is watery more fertile than eggwhite or is it what happens after your fertile window closes? I keep having watery discharge like she described, just feels like water on my fingers. I had my LH surge 2 days ago, so I’m not sure if this is still considered fertile CM or not.
Does CM turn back to white and sticky after conception? Because my wife had egg white stretchy CM in the first week after her period stopped and we have been trying for pregnancy.. Now the CM is sticky and milky white. Does this mean successful conception?
If your wife observed this egg white, stretchy CM in the first week after her period and now it has become sticky and milky white, it could be a result of hormonal changes post-ovulation. After ovulation, progesterone levels increase, which can lead to a decrease in mucus production and a change in its consistency to a more opaque, white, and sticky texture. However, changes in cervical mucus are not a definitive sign of conception. To determine if conception has been successful, the most reliable method is to take a pregnancy test. Alternatively, a blood test for hCG can be conducted at a healthcare provider's office for confirmation. Good luck with your test!🤞🤞🤞
Cervical mucus can be used to identify when you are most fertile, but it is hard to confirm the exact date of when you'll ovulate. To determine your ovulation day, it is suggested to use ovulation tests.
The last few months after my period I get like sticky chonks? kinda between tranpsarent and white. I can get like between 2 and 4 ''chonks'' during the phase but out of that it's just creamy until I ovulate. is it normal? I don't think that happened before so it made me confused haha
The changes in your cervical mucus, including "sticky chonks," are likely normal variations in your menstrual cycle. Cervical mucus goes through different stages, and variations are common. After your period, it's common to have a drier phase, followed by a sticky or creamy phase, and then a more slippery and stretchy phase around ovulation. Observing changes in cervical mucus is a natural part of monitoring fertility, and it can provide insights into your menstrual cycle. The presence of cervical mucus, even if it's not as noticeable or abundant, doesn't necessarily indicate a problem. However, if you're concerned or experiencing discomfort, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized guidance. Best, Leyla Premom Support Team
My fsh came 60. But from last two months my cervical mucus was all like this u explained.. It was super fertile.. I had also other ovulation symptoms. Does that mean I actually ovulated.. Plz guide as I want to get pregnant...
Hello! Signs like fertile cervical mucus and ovulation symptoms can signal ovulation, which is good for conception. To be sure, keep testing LH and monitor basal temperature.
my last period ended on 1/31. i had unprotected sex 2/2. my ovulation timeline was 4-10th(ovulation date was the 8th). i’ve had discharge that’s slippery and stretchy before so i’m not sure if i should be worried about pregnancy…my partner(who had a vasectomy) sperm test came back clear. for the record my next period is supposed to start on the 23rd
What means your ovulation timeline was 4 to 10th?your fertile window starts immediately after end of your period.. Because I'm also noticing on 9th day egg white cervical mucus..but period tracker app show my ovulation on 11 or 12..i think every month I missed my ovulation day.
Hi Mob, thanks for your question. It may difficult to determine if ovulation has occurred based on just the presence or absence of cervical mucus alone. Watery discharge can be a sign of ovulation, but it can also occur at other times in the menstrual cycle. Raw egg white-like cervical mucus is typically a sign that ovulation is about to occur or is occurring, but some people may not experience this type of mucus every cycle. Other methods such as tracking basal body temperature, using ovulation predictor kits, or monitoring changes in cervical position. These methods can give you a better idea of when ovulation is likely to occur. Best regards, Leyla Premom Support Team

Now I'm in 6 dpo...and feel lotion like white & pale yellow mucus...I felt this creamy white mucus every day post ovulation in this month...im taking progesterone susten 200 from the 17 th day of my cycle....is there any chance of pregnency?? Or creamy discharge means egg is not fertalized? plz replyy...plz help me...
Cervical mucus cannot tell you if you are pregnant or not. If you tried within your fertile window then there should be a chance at conceiving. Baby dust!
During early pregnancy, changes in cervical mucus can be subtle. There is usually an increase in the amount of cervical discharge. However, the change may be so slight that it may be barely noticeable.
Mam can I expect a kind favour,if possible kindly give some hint right after ovulation symptoms as I am much confused as per app I have had relation on give predicted date by app only that day had relation,, what I felt a day after that I was going through back pain and symptoms akin to period symptoms Kindly tell whether it was pre ovulation or post ovulation sign
Hi Siya, Thanks for your question. Have you taken LH tests to find your peak? Please note that LH strips are more reliable as the prediction is not always right. Our app will adjust your fertile window accordingly if your actual LH peak has been detected. And our app tracks your ovulation based on your LH peak, it is difficult to determine if you are at pre-ovulation or post-ovulation by only checking your symptoms. Besides, it is recommended to have intercourse during your whole fertile window pinpointed by LH peak to boost pregnancy chances. You can also add in BBT (Basal Body Temperature) to confirm if you have ovulated. Wish you good luck and baby dust to you.
What are those white sticky, stretchy like eggwhite but not slippery and clear, would that be still an Egg white or sticky? Please let me know so I can put it on my tracker app and it only has these options: “watery”, sticky”, “creamy” and “egg white”
The white, sticky, and stretchy cervical mucus you described is more likely to be categorized as "sticky" rather than "egg white". "Egg white" mucus is clear, slippery, and resembles raw egg whites, while "sticky" mucus is less watery and doesn't stretch as easily. Choose the "sticky" option in your app to describe this type of mucus. Kindly know that individual variations in cervical mucus can occur, and if you have concerns, consult your doctor for personalized advice. Be well🧡🧡
when you have EMCW, it means you're in your most fertile time, you can have sex. Meanwhile, please track LH level to pinpoint the ovulation day. When peak occurs, it means you may ovulate within 24-36 hours.
Hello, my period ended on Friday the 20th and yesterday the 27th I noticed I had clear jelly like mucus when I used the restroom. Was that me starting to ovulate? I was always under the impression that ovulation starts 14 days after the beginning of your last period.
Since every cycle may vary and your body is changing all the time, and we are not medical professionals so we would not be able to provide any sort of diagnosis of what you may be experiencing. If you have concerns, I’d recommend you consult your doctor for a more professional advice. Best wishes!
Not necessarily. Sometimes it does not come out, which does not mean you don't have it. Stay hydrated and focus on your LH and BBT results. Baby dust to you!
if you have EWCM, it means you're in fertile window, and you can have sex to increase your chances of getting pregnant. For more information, please visit this blog: premom.com/blogs/cross-check-multiple-ovulation-symptoms/cervical-mucus-and-ovulation?_pos=13&_sid=68ff190d8&_ss=r
💕hi Before ovulation (expected) i had a stretchy discharge, it was white and clear. Then one day i had clear/stretchy discharge and soon after, I had the clear/white stretchy discharge. I was in my expected fertile windows but was the clear/white/stretchy CM was normal? The only thing is that they both were very abundant:) thoughts?
Okay I had an egg white sticky cm for my ovulation and im now 4days dpo and my cm is very creamy (heavy amount) like lotion like usually this never happens im usually dry. Does this mean early pregnancy?
Cervical mucus changes during the menstrual cycle and after ovulation, becoming thicker and creamier. While some women may experience changes in cervical mucus in early pregnancy, it is not a reliable indicator. A pregnancy test is the only way to confirm pregnancy.
Cervical mucus is a good indicator of ovulation, but it doesn’t guarantee it’s happening. You can have mucus and not ovulate. For a clearer picture, track your cycle and consider using additional methods like BBT charting or ovulation tests. 🌸
Thanks for the question! Some kinds of lubricant may have adverse influence when the sperm swims to the egg. Be sure to look for a fertility designed lubricant (it’ll say this on the packaging) which are typically hydroxyethylcellulose based in terms of the ingredient list. Go and check the one you are using!
Despite your ovaries releasing an egg each month, the wrong consistency of mucus means sperm will have a more difficult time traveling from your vagina to the uterus. This doesn't mean that you can't get pregnant. It is possible to conceive with little or no cervical mucus, but it'll be more challenging. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞
Hey there! It's possible that the creamy discharge could be a sign of ovulation, which can happen around the time you had intercourse. However, it's not a definite indication of pregnancy. If you're concerned, consider taking a pregnancy test or consulting a healthcare professional for personalized advice. Take care! 🌸
Hi Doctor,i has sex 3 weeks ago but with protection, and after i week,i started noticing some creamy discharge, though my period is still till,21st of every month. Could this mean I'm pregnant please?
You can typically expect your period or a positive pregnancy test about 2 weeks after successful ovulation. If it has been 3 weeks since the intercourse, you can take a pregnancy test to see as there are not consistent trends with discharge/cervical mucus when it comes to pregnancy.
Typically, ovulation occurs around 1 to 2 days after the peak of raw egg white cervical mucus (EWCM) is observed. If you're trying to conceive or track your fertility, consider using multiple methods(OPK, BBT) to increase accuracy.❤️
Is it true after ovulation you start to dry up? I’m 11dpo & have been having clear discharge(sometimes creamy white) ever since my predicted ovulation day which was cycle day 19 the day we had sex. It hasn’t stopped since and my period is supposed to start in 4 days
After ovulation, you may suddenly have less mucus, and it'll get cloudy and sticky again until it goes away and you have more dry days. But this is also vary from person to person, so mind your own pattern!
I’m either ovulating or I’m about to my period just ended yesterday 😅 I have a 28 day cycle length I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on my first day of my period
It's less likely to conceive on the first day of your period. However, if you're observing signs of potential ovulation, it's crucial to be cautious and consider protection if avoiding pregnancy is your goal. Tracking your cycle can help better understand fertility patterns.
I woke up cramping real bad, went to the bathroom and noticed a long clear stretchy discharge. Then after about 15 minutes, it was a watery creamy discharge kept running out of me off and on. I started to assume maybe I’m ovulating or in my fertile window?

Im feeling very discouraged and confused. According to my digital ovulation test I’m at my peak today but I do not have ewcm. It’s been more of the creamy/lotiony type of discharge. I believe I experienced a chemical pregnancy last month so I’m not sure if that could be affecting my hormones.
I'm sorry for your loss. Please understand that not everyone experiences the egg-while cervical mucus when ovulating. Some may have creamy or lotiony discharge, and some may not have cervical mucus during their peak fertility. Trust your digital ovulation test, as it's more reliable, and continue monitoring. Wishing you the best on your fertility journey! 💕🌟
I’ve been trying to get pregnant but I’ve noticed as soon as the ovulation date and having sex during that time is done, after 3-4 days I get watery discharge.. is it indication of loosing of the egg or implantation?
The presence of watery discharge a few days after ovulation is a common occurrence and may not necessarily indicate the loss of the egg or implantation. Also, please kindly note that implantation takes place around 6-10 days after ovulation.
Hi! Semen can be discharged immediately after intercourse or linger for a while. Distinguishing between cervical mucus (CM) and semen can be challenging. CM is typically clear and stretchy during the fertile window, while semen is usually white or cloudy. Waiting a while after intercourse may help differentiate them. If unsure, tracking your cycle and practicing good hygiene can be helpful. Be well💕

But when I asked other women about it they looked at me like I was crazy, and all I ever saw described was egg whites and I was like…”it’s not like egg whites at all, maybe I’m just misunderstanding it…”
You're not alone! It's great you're sharing your experience; it may help others feel less alone. Thank you! 🌟

Thank you for sharing your comment! Wish you all the best!💖

amazing video!
great explanation.

Tnx for video
Thank you for being very descriptive. so does this mean after ovulation and before bleeding there will be no mucus?
After ovulation, many people notice a decrease in cervical mucus, but it can vary. Some might still have a bit of mucus, just not as much as during the fertile window. It’s all about listening to your body!✨
@@premomfertility Thank yo so much
I’m having snot like discharge and my period is suppose to start this Saturday. I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle. How likely is it that I can be pregnant this cycle? I’m not symptom spotting but also don’t experience a lot of symptoms like I did last cycle. Could I be out?
If tried within your fertile window then there is a chance of pregnancy, wait until 12-14DPO and test. Baby dust!
Take care!
Should I be concerned, my CM looks nothing like this during my cycle. It’s more watery, nothing sticky or stretchy. Nothing mentioned here
I read it could be watery when you’re ovulating or getting ready to ovulate. Take an ovulation test during that time to confirm 😊😊.
Hello, If the discharge is watery, it's most likely normal and caused by hormonal changes. @@premomfertility I am having pregnancy scarce. After ovulation, my discharge is creamy, sometimes it's thick and sticky... But my cervix is low but soft
J dont get the eggwhite discharge but i get the white sticky discharge and im scared
Pls I need an urgent answer, my last period was 18th of January, how do know my ovulation day for this month and March?
The length of your menstrual cycle is the number of days from the first day of bleeding in your last period, to the first day of bleeding in your next. From this figure, subtract 14 days from the end of your current cycle to determine the approximate day you ovulate. You can also upload your test strips to the Premom app, as the app will read them for you and provide an ovulation prediction date for you.
I had the creamy lotion kind but not after a period. I haven’t even had one in a long time so I’m just confused

On around what CD does your cervical mucus happen?
Hi, cervical mucus changes throughout your cycle, providing key insights into your fertility by becoming more stretchy and clear around ovulation, indicating peak fertility.
I've been experiencing sticky, clear cervical mucus throughout the month. What could be wrong with me??? I'm in my 30's

Hey what kind of mucuos is during luteal phase ??
During the luteal phase, the amount of cervical mucus decreases, and its consistency becomes thicker. This is due to the increase in progesterone levels, which cause the mucus to become more viscous and less elastic, reducing the likelihood of sperm penetration.
I have the thick sticky clear one what can i do for it to change to the egg type pls help me
Hello, cervical mucus changes throughout your cycle, starting from thick and sticky to the egg-white type as ovulation approaches.
Here are a few suggestions that might help:
Continue tracking: Keep testing for ovulation beyond day 14, as ovulation can sometimes happen later in the cycle, especially for those with conditions like PCOS or irregular cycles.
Please is it normal to have thick brown cervical mucus before seeing your period

I’m in my follicular phase and I’m noticing very light blood today (CD 12) and during intercourse 2 days ago. Is there a reason for concern?
Spotting during the follicular phase can sometimes occur, especially around ovulation. If it persists or you're worried, a quick chat with your doctor could offer reassurance. Take care!
How many days should you have that fertile mucus to be able to get pregnant or it doesn't matter?
The amount of days EWCM is seen will vary for everyone and that is perfectly fine.
Why do i see things like mucus in my period blood plus can i be ovulating without getting a mucus
Hi there, It’s not uncommon to see mucus in your period blood. As for ovulation, some people may not notice mucus every cycle. It can vary from person to person.
How much time is between each cervical mucus change?
I noticed the raw egg white discharge from morning till evening today and now I'm dry, does it mean am ovulating now or i will ovulate tomorrow?
Thank you

Hie there ..can l ask is it normal to see mucas after period every month
Im seeing no discharge at all throughout my cycle and when i have my periods its more like a light flow ..pls reply wht should I do
Experiencing little to no discharge throughout your menstrual cycle, coupled with a lighter-than-normal menstrual flow, can be influenced by several factors, including hormonal imbalances, lifestyle changes, or underlying health conditions.
Ooh 😮 I’m a fertile turtle 🐢 😊
Best, Leyla Premom Support Team
I’ve had incredibly watery CM before. Just feels like water on my fingers.
Cannot remember the timing in my cycle. Any idea what this could mean?
Raw thick sticky clear egg white like glue mixed with egg white CM after ovulation? I know I already ovulated I'm now 6dpo?
Cervical mucus can be used to identify when you are most fertile, but it is hard to confirm the exact date of when you'll ovulate. To determine your ovulation day, it is suggested to use ovulation tests.
@@premomfertility I know I ovulated last week Im trying to figure out if this is pregnancy CM

I only had watery discharge twice this cycle on day 12 and 16. There was no clear raw egg white mucus. Did i ovulate already or about to, confused.

Cervical mucus cannot tell you if you are pregnant or not. If you tried within your fertile window then there should be a chance at conceiving. Baby dust!
In my last pregnancy I was more of wet side not much of CM
It can definitely vary between cycles.
I just was wondering what the CM is like if you conceived. Does it go back to egg white/stretchy?
During early pregnancy, changes in cervical mucus can be subtle. There is usually an increase in the amount of cervical discharge. However, the change may be so slight that it may be barely noticeable.

Kindly tell whether it was pre ovulation or post ovulation sign
Be well🧡🧡
Is it normal to ovulate without cervical mucus
Hi there, Yes, it's possible to ovulate without cervical mucus, but cervical mucus can be a helpful indicator of fertility.
Today is the first day I’ve seen EWCM. Am I too late to start trying to convince?
when you have EMCW, it means you're in your most fertile time, you can have sex.
Ovulation day may vary from cycle to cycle. You can also take ovulation test to pinpiont the ovulation day.

A pregnancy test is the only way to confirm pregnancy.
hi update please. Did you take a preg test?
Does cervical mucus mean im for sure ovulating? Can u have mucus and not ovulate?
Cervical mucus is a good indicator of ovulation, but it doesn’t guarantee it’s happening. You can have mucus and not ovulate. For a clearer picture, track your cycle and consider using additional methods like BBT charting or ovulation tests. 🌸
I only ever have the creamy lotion type, does this mean I have non fertile cm? Will I have a hard time conceiving ?
Thanks for the question! Some kinds of lubricant may have adverse influence when the sperm swims to the egg. Be sure to look for a fertility designed lubricant (it’ll say this on the packaging) which are typically hydroxyethylcellulose based in terms of the ingredient list. Go and check the one you are using!
What if I don’t get egg white mucus
Despite your ovaries releasing an egg each month, the wrong consistency of mucus means sperm will have a more difficult time traveling from your vagina to the uterus. This doesn't mean that you can't get pregnant. It is possible to conceive with little or no cervical mucus, but it'll be more challenging. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞

Sounds like you're in your fertile window.I'd like to share a blog for your reference: premom.com/blogs/cross-check-multiple-ovulation-symptoms/cervical-mucus-and-ovulation?_pos=2&_sid=0c22e463f&_ss=r
Anyone else here in the tww? Im searching cm videos as im in my luteal phase (period due in 4 days) this month ive not noticed any possible signs but my cm is different. Usually after ovulation i go very dry. This time i was white lation until 7 dpo then it has been like EWCM very stretchy except thinner than earlier ovulation EWCM and larger quantities. It this a positive sign or is it possible ive ovulated late or twice in my cycle? Also 2 days ago i got this sharp stabbing pain in my cervix. Took me off guard. I was walking back from school drop off and it was lighting 😂 other than that i dont notice any symptoms.

Hello ma'am i have 25 days period cycle length.i have been noticing ovulation type cervical mucus on day 9..2 times I noticed like this..this month on day 8 at night we had sex and 9 th day we don't do in intercourse.and 10 th day at night again we were in intercourse..Today 11th day.i have cloudy and non sticky cervical mucus..i think my ovulation day over..We are trying for pregnancy past 7 months.so my question is can i get pregnant two days before ovulation? because on day 9 to see my cervical mucus type i did douch.will it take all sperm suppose if it present in the cervical mucus? Pls reply.
Trying two days before ovulation can result in pregnancy. Your fertile window will include the 5 days leading up to ovulation and ovulation day.
@@premomfertility ohh ..ok.. Thanks for your reply..But I did douch it 🥺.
Hey good morning did you get pregnant with the lotiony type?
I’ve been trying to get pregnant but I’ve noticed as soon as the ovulation date and having sex during that time is done, after 3-4 days I get watery discharge.. is it indication of loosing of the egg or implantation?
The presence of watery discharge a few days after ovulation is a common occurrence and may not necessarily indicate the loss of the egg or implantation. Also, please kindly note that implantation takes place around 6-10 days after ovulation.
@@premomfertility thank you for the reply
I can’t tell what is cm or what is semen when I’m wiping … how long after intercourse can you discharge semen?
Be well💕
Can you eat sushi in your two week wait?!
Hi, cooked sushi is fine any old time, but we don't recommend sushi with raw meat. Raw fish/sushi can expose you to mercury, bacteria and/or parasites.
Ma’am is it possible to ovulate 3 days after the last pill of clomid because I’ve been having egg white cervical mucus from the third day of the last clomid pill but today I got a gush of watery discharge that felt like pee in my pant, does that mean I’m ovulating today?
Hi there! While this can be concerning, it's often not a sign of something serious. However, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation. They can provide you with personalized advice and peace of mind. Take care!
