In this video, I talk about common early pregnancy symptoms before missed period that many women experience and some early signs of pregnancy that I experience myself.
Obviously, the best way to answer “How do I know if I’m pregnant?” is by taking a pregnancy test, there are some early pregnancy symptoms that give you clues before your missed period. However, it can be tough to distinguish pms vs pregnancy symptoms. Let’s chat about it all!

Just received a positive pregnancy test! I have had fatigue, body aches, and sinus pressure for the last two weeks, so it made me wonder. I also had implantation bleeding. This is a huge answer to our prayers. Praying for all the mamas who are waiting and trying.

5 weeks today! Took a test @ 3 weeks 4 ish days. The first sign for me was insomnia and some slight PMS like symptoms. We conceived from Letrozole 2.5mg after trying for 5-6 months. I really hope this sticks ❤️ prayers to all the mamas, soon to be, & mamas who want to conceive 🙏🏻

I’ve always gotten my BFPs between 8-10DPO. My first symptoms before BFP were implantation cramping, lightheadedness, and a “full” feeling in my uterus. Soon after BFP I’ve experienced headaches, dry mouth, tiredness, and nausea. Currently 4+1 with a rainbow baby, baby no. 2 🤞🏻 crossing our fingers!

I am approximately 8 dpo and fingers crossed 🤞 I looked this video up because I do experience some symptoms. I might be imagining them though. @@amysbees6686 I’m 6+1 weeks today 😊 I had a scare yesterday and went to the emergency room do to spotting and pain. The doctor did an ultrasound and they couldn’t see the embryo but everything else looked good! I’ll do another ultrasound in two weeks just to make sure that there is an embryo but the doctor was not worried. He said that it’s common not to see the embryo this early on😊

Freshly pregnant here, still 12dpo. My first symptoms before missed period are vivid dreams, swollen gums, and light cramps from 9dpo-11dpo. Hope this helps!

My first sign was being EXTREMELY tired. I never take naps and the week before I tested I accidentally took a 2 hour nap several days lol. I also had heartburn which I've never had in my life so I knew something was up 😊

@Wizardsatheart same with my second pregnancy. I was 22 on my first and didn't experience the fatigue. Had my second at 34/35 and never felt so tired. Now on my third at 36 and I'm only 6wk...absolutely exhausted already x
My super early symptoms just days after conception was also pins and needles in the lower abdomen. But my stomach was flat and I didn't feel hormonal at all so I was sure I wasn't pregnant. I thought something was wrong with my ovaries or colon. I also felt faint suddenly at times like I had to sit down and when I worked out I got exhausted in a way that felt weird so I really thought something was wrong with my health.
When my period didn't show up and the days went by I took a test just to prove to my partner that I wasn't pregnant, which I was. We were chocked but happy and the baby is due in august 💗
FTM here! My first signs were vivid dreams, consistent cervical mucus between ovulation and missed period (usually it gets so dry down there!), and some twitching I felt in my uterus / fallopian tube area!

One of my first symptoms besides implantation cramping was that my knees ached. Specifically when entering a pool. Pretty sure it was the relaxin hormone already taking effect.
The first signs of pregnancy before the date of my missed period was my sense of smell. Especially with my first it was soooo heightened I could smell my husband's natural sent. I also had a intense craving for a burger and I never ate burgers, I didn't like them. I ate the whole things and then my husband knew I was pregnant. These 2 signs were before my missed period day.
Tender chest, slight nausea or food aversions, exhaustion, intense emotions. I have had six pregnancies and knew every time, even though I would often not test positive for about 10 days after I began to feel pregnant. I have never thought I was pregnant and been wrong

With my 5 pregnancies here are the TOP symptoms that were a giveaway for me that I might be pregnant.
-Peeing a lot and in the middle of the night (every 1/2-1 hr)
- Tingling, Stinging nipples
-middle of the night nausea
-insomnia
-more “sure” than uncertain feelings about it
Some other signs:
-bloating with aching/gas (feeling fullness in my womb)
-anger/mood swings
-increase sense of smell

I had this slight uncomfortable sting when I lifted my knees to my tummy when sitting. That was my early pregnancy sign that differed from the rest.
My breasts were SO sore… some tenderness was typical for me pre-period, but this was extreme! I also was getting up at night to pee, which I never did before! Those, combined with bloating and intuition, made me quite confident I was pregnant before even testing!
My first signs were frequent urinating and fatigue. I have always had bad cramps and pms since I was 12 so I don’t notice the cramping etc as pregnancy.

For my first pregnancy, I remember my breasts were suuuper tender, way worse than usual for a period. I think that was the case also for my second but I don’t remember for sure. This third pregnancy, I didn’t have breast tenderness, but I had what I thought was super PMS irritation, which I don’t usually get. In all three cases I also felt cold much of the time, in the first trimester especially. I told my husband I should have known sooner I was pregnant when I was sleeping with a sweatshirt on in the summer! 😂 lots of ❤ and prayers to everyone ttc
I tested the other day because I felt like I could fall asleep sitting in my car in the parking lot. Just exhausted. I thought to myself "Wow I haven't felt this tired since the first trimester" and then it hit me 😅
My most common symptoms was frequent peeing. I had to pee like every 10 min when usually I didn’t. Also some cramping daily for like a week.
I missed my period but I just graduated and have not been on a regular sleep schedule. I pulled all nighters and have been getting near to no sleep every night. I got incredibly irritable two days before graduation, and generally felt achey and gross and slightly nauseated on some days.
Edit: the kind of feelings I only get when I have been on my period. By that I’m referring to is the hormonal irritation you get the day before but then I had experienced no bleeding. I can’t tell if my bodies reacting to the lack of sleep or if I’m pregnant.
Kind of fatigued and having a sick ish feeling. I have undergone a lot of stress this year with the grief of my mother, loosing and gaining friends repeatedly from moving, and nearly loosing my mind as well. I have a plethora of other family, dating, and relationship issues to think about. It says missing your period can be stress induced and I have never had sex with my boyfriend but we virtually have done everything else you can do. Soooo there’s that. I can’t tell if it’s pregnancy somehow and we just didn’t know or if I’m just stressed and sleep deprived. But it’s saying I have a lot of the early symptoms. Any advice on what to focus on? I’m only 18 and my relationship with my dad is aggravating. If my mom were still here I’d tell her all this right away but there’s no one else I actually trust like that. Mostly asking for advice on what to do with myself if I’m pregnant. I at least know I want kids and I want to marry my boyfriend just not right now…
First time mom here at 27 weeks and I didn’t take a pregnancy test until 13 days post ovulation (so 5 days after my missed period) and as a first time mom I didn’t get any signs, at least nothing I was super aware of. The tender breasts were always something I’d experience in the past at least 3 days before my period would come but this time I didn’t get tender breasts until a week after my missed period. And they were the most tender they had ever felt. Very very heavy and sore. But I used to have irregular periods so I was used to having late periods. Which is why it took me so long to care to even test for it. I did have vivid dreams, frequent urination, and insomnia. Those are the 3 symptoms that stood out from the usual PMS symptoms. And to add, I did get some bleeding but it was never red or pink, it was brown spotting. Had it for 3 days and it finally cleared up.
When did you spot?
@@jenniferstone2725 I think I was brown spotting between 3-5 weeks of pregnancy. It’s been a while so I can’t exactly remember the details, sorry. It certainly wasn’t early or when I was taking a pregnancy test. This spotting came well after I already knew I was pregnant. Not entirely sure what it’s from but most likely it was the remaining old blood from implantation coming out late
Im 19weeks and i found out because one my nipples were tingling all the time and two period cramps that would last weeks with no period as well as being exhausted.
Just found out I was pregnant with baby #2 yesterday!! I’ve been having round ligament pain for a week and yesterday morning I just had a gut feeling to take a test and they came back positive ❤️

I first noticed I was pregnant the second time around, when my left ear just would pull vacuum and release randomly, at what turned out to be the third day after conceiving. I had only experienced that while being pregnant with my first child, so it was the first sign and kept me alert on other symptoms as well. I never found it as a symptom online, but several sisters-in-law and friends have experienced it during their pregnancy as well, and always only their left ear. I suppose it has something to do with a higher blood pressure and the left ear being closer to the heart?
On day 27 of a 30 day cycle. In addition to the usual PMS symptoms there are now vivid dreams, no dryness (as it usually is) sore nipples. Severe back pain may lead to menstruation. There is still hope.

I get menstrual pmdd bad, migraine last time had me vomiting(unusually bad)and tired and sore and moody, worse dreams, etc. thought I was pregnant but wasn't.
What supplements can I take to help reduce those issues? I already take multivitamin with magnesium and extra vitamin b

This month, I got tummy/vag twinges, moodiness, headache, sore breast & frequent nausea!. Then tested negative on the day of my expected period, light brown spotting that evening. And the next morning more blood, more than spotting but less than typical period With lots of cramping pain. I have also been tired yet having trouble sleeping with lots of unpleasant dreams. so I don't know if it's implantation, or if that almost worked and then failed or if it's something else.

I had absolutely no symptoms until the end of the 1st trimester when I all of a sudden had no appetite unless it was some kind of asian style food LOL. I remember traveling with family around the time my period should have come and it didn't, but I couldn't take a test until I got back home from our trip lol. I felt perfectly normal though lol.

I’m no one special but I recommend choosing a vbac supportive midwifery group! I looked up the highest Vbac success rate provider in my area and went with them. I hope that helps! I also took a natural Bradley class. My scar felt achy too during pregnancy but interestingly after my vbac the sensation was gone. You can do it!

Hi im on day 12 i think and im still very soft in there and i have had tons of cm last 2 days i have done pregnacy tests but says no at present i have an achy pain on my left side an i know my womb is on my left an i have had periodike pains on an off an my boobs were really sore but they have calmed down. I had 2 or 3 times where i had a only way i can describe as a bubbly pulled muscle type pain in my groin once when i got a positive opk and then 10 days later i have felt sick the last 3 days im curious is this a good sign? On Tuesday i felt dizzy all day long too and had very vivid dreams a night back I can still remember them now like I woke up in the middle of the night an had another dream so had 2 that night. Also that night my partner dropped his arm on my lower belly in his sleep an i jumped out off my skin for some reason 😅
Last month I got the Depo injection after my period ended I have spent the week doing intercourse I have also been taking ovulation test which some of the test are darker than others. Yesterday was the end of ovulation for me but I still had sex, will I be able to become pregnant even if on the Depo shot and will I experience the same symptoms of pregnancy now?

during pregnancy (and a little after) my nose would be a little runny EVERY morning... (I never have nose issues)

I had implantation bleed for 3 days accompanied with cramps, fatigue, tiredness, increased hunger, and I took a test it was negative. I'm still in the 2 weeks waiting period though. Few days I ago I started having unpleasant taste in my mouth, gum pain for 3 fu days. I eat like I haven't see food. The test is still negative. I am left with 2 days to see my periods😮. Was I in a hurry to test?

Hi. M from India. I got a clear positive on 11 dpo june 24. Not dark as comtrol line.. light lune but clear positive.. next day i took txt with morning sample.. it was negativ.. then the other day i again took test with morning urine n it came back as faint line.. today with other cheap brand.. it ia again ngtv. My period is due on july 1, or june 30. Why it is so? Ttc 5 yers wd pcod. Had a miscarriage in may
I don't know if this is period or implantation bleeding. I haven't had it before. I started seeing blood when I woke up in the morning. it was very light and not too much. I took a shower and put on Pad, but I didn't see any blood again till the next morning, and I saw a little again, which was not full of panty liner. and in the evening, it starts coming again, so I put on Pad and did not remove the Pad till the next morning. this one was a lot. It changed from the light, which came for some minutes in 1 day 11 hours and started heavy from the 11 hours till the next morning, which is day 3. I have never experienced this type of period before and even started 3 before my period. I was having light cramps and started too much pain in two days. so far I've been pregnant 5 times.
the first time i had sore and tender breasts, extreme fatigue, nausea, and vomiting.
i didn't realize i was pregnant till 3 months because i was still having a menstrual cycle but it was just not as heavy but lasted 4 days instead of 7 with my 2nd. i had sore breasts, fatigue, nausea/ vomiting.
#3... no symptoms but took a pregnancy the day my period was due because I'm very consistent and found out i was pregnant.
#4 sore breasts, fatigue, and missed period.
#5 no symptoms. was wondering when my last cycle was and was like let me take a pregnancy test just to make sure I'm not pregnant and I was.
My last period was January 16th 2024
I got symptoms of pregnancy but I am seeing blood

so i had sex this morning and yesterday and my cervix feels like its shifted down as she said....ih feels really uncomfortable during sex
My wife had an operation earlier but now I want her to have a normal delivery, so please make a workout for her.

I disagree about birth control side effects. Most women can’t afford children these days and we deserve a healthy sex life.
Even though that is true do you know about the negative health effects of the birth control pill?
Since when has not being able to afford children stopped anybody 😂
BC “side effects” are just the beginning of the issues with it. Yes, everyone deserves a healthy sex life but it won’t hurt anyone to abstain during your fertile week. Get off BC, learn to track your cycle, and you will do just fine.
I have a gut feeling telling me to test, but i still have a few days until my period comes. I’m not planning for a kid, but if i am pregnant than i will be so thankful.
