    Thanks for the video it helped this far sighted fellow figure out why he could not get the SSID code entered properly. Did not "see" how to switch to lower case and symbols lol

    Very helpful video, however with Windows 11 the sequence was not what was depicted on the video and had to manually activate the drivers, the Scanning feature still indicated to install drivers. UGH!

    I have never seen something worse than this. That’s my first and last business with canon I was more like an HP guy and decided to try canon this time, It was a big mistake

      I agree , I was going to buy a $5k camera and canceled. If this is the best they can do….. I don’t want anything else with these geniuses.

      I have a MG6620 which is great, but slow. I decided to upgrade to a IMAGE CLASS MF269DW - for speed - but I am so frustrated with this overpriced piece of junk, I tried to register it with Cannon only to find the sticker that says serial number isn't the same as what the cannon site recognizes, it frequently goes to sleep so I have to turn off and on 3 times to wake it up to print next job - this is a nightmare because they put wifi in it - wifi doesn't work - worst mistake I ever made, and then these idiots say "having problems, just call us" yea, right, waste more time and less productivity - NO Thanks

    when i tried the to connect wireless on the printer no issue there but when i run the software and press look for printer it has nothing listed and when i try to put the ip address given by the printer on the software it tells me its invalid

    Does it support 5ghz WiFi networks or only 2.4ghz?

    I got as far as network settings, I have no option for wireless/Land settings. This thing is getting ready to be taken back to the store!

    Does Canon still support scanning over the network (SMB or any other method) to a Windows computer with the latest Windows 10 updates?

    can someone please do a video on how to setup scan to email on the canon mf237w specifically, there are editable setting for scanning in the menu

    I get stuck at "Select your printer from the list" at 4:15. The printer is not showing up on the list. Its connected to the network and everything.

      @@Time_Sound Hi, Suren! The power requirements vary by model which is why we recommended checking each one individually. The imageCLASS MF247dw and the imageCLASS MF249dw require electrical power between 110 and 127 V at 50 or 60 Hz. The imageCLASS MF267dw and the imageCLASS MF269dw require power between 120 and 127 V at 60 Hz only.
      Also, please keep in mind that printers sold through Canon USA include power cords for use on the "Type B" electrical sockets found in North America. You'll need to use an adapter or an alternate power cord for use with electrical sockets other than Type B.

      @@CanonUSA Hello. Thank you. I know about different of power cord etc. I've ordered many different devices very often from USA. Most of all equipment have a universal connection standard - from 110 to 230 volts. These MFPs from Canon are more likely an exception to the rule. And as I know Canon iSensys MF...dw made spesially or Euronean, and imageCLASS MF...dw made for USA. But only few days ago I've bought Canon imageCLASS MF249dw in Kyrgyzstan. And this units work in 220v. (Only power cord made for USA). Now I do not understand anything. if I bought this printer in the USA, it would cost me $ 100 cheaper. But I could not buy, because everyone says that there are only 110!

    Man I wished this would have worked, would have been way too easy. Tried the customer support number waited and hour and finally got pissed. I am connected to my wifi successfully but still can't print, I get a document error. Come on, it's 2022, this should work without all this......

    How do you DELETE the WIFI connection to this piece of crap? The WIFI is consistently offline - I want this hard wired to my desktop - WAY to many problems with WIFI

      Hi! Your imageCLASS printer is designed to use only one connection method at a time. If you would rather use a wired connection, your printer will disable the wireless features as soon as a wired connection is established. You'll need a standard A-to-B USB cable, and if you don't already have one, you can find them wherever electronics are sold.

      @@CanonUSA I bought one, it's directly connected but it still won't print, I have to turn this on 3 times in order to get it to work between jobs. Very frustrating.

    This is a piece of crap printer. I must had installed the printer drivers 24x by now. Every time I get it running, something happens and it won't work. I resorted to direct USB connection. It worked for 3 weeks and stopped. Removed drivers and software and reinstalled. Worked for another week and stopped. Returning it to costco. DON"T buy this crap!
