I have a question for a future video - what do you recommend for companies who have to pause every day? I am in the lead generation space with a focus on inbound phone calls, but call centers are only open at certain times (for instance, 9am - 6pm, M - F). I can definitely tell pausing every day interferes with optimization, but I'm not sure what else to do since day parting is only available on lifetime budgets and I don't want to do lifetime.

What we want the customer to give us in order to have access to their Facebook and Instagram pages. How we start, we need codes, to add us as partners, all that stuff that we need to have access to and be ready to apply our marketing ideas for the customer.
From A to Z as a Facebook-Instagram advertising agency the whole information to add them as customers to our Business manager and be ready to run ads for them!

I would like your opinion on the omni strategy for a multi services business.
We have about 10 groups of services. We also want to do regular ads.
Isn’t it too much to do 12x10 reels ? Isn’t it going to deter people from us?
Of note, we have a small warm audience of maybe 3k, we re a local business for medical aesthetics.

Hi Ben, I’ve been following you since a few week already and i can say that your content is pure gold. But i have a really important question. Does it have a big impact on the reports and analytics that i can get from the events admin if I don’t have a good event’s quality? Because i integrated the pixel with Wordpress and woocomerce so it already has the events from the integration itself with the woocomerce but doing some research it appears that to improve events quality we have to do some advanced parameters configuration regarding development. So to not configure this will affect really badly my analytics from the pixel?

Would you ever test the same as in different campaigns for the same audience for say ATC and Purchase so see if one performed better if you can't always get Purchase out of limited learning? Especially for a niche product that people likely wouldn't buy or ATC of they weren't open to the process of using such product?

Great Video, a bit to fast for my english skills ;-) --- but here is one question more for "Part 2":
My campaigns only convert on their first day - then not at all. When i deactivate and set them up as a new campaign (with exact the same material and settings) they convert again - for the first day. Did you ever realized that effect and do you have any kind of explaination?

I tried to target interests,but it only gives me broad targeting options(i.e.- automotive) how do I target more specific things within the automotive niche?
Hi Ben, thank you for your excellent videos. My question is - with the pixel, roughly what percentage of purchases does Facebook know about now after the iOS changes etc over the past 2 years? It seems that Facebook only shows about half the results that I actually have, while iOS accounts for much less than 50% of my audience
You are very welcome :)
I would suggest that you have an issue with your tracking. We usually see 90%+ accuracy these days.
Hi Ben, appreciate the help, I have one quick question: if I have a sales campaign with a couple ad sets, when it comes to retargeting do I add another ad set and then run say the best performing ads from the other sets inside the retargeting set?

Can you explain what's the difference between landing page and sales page ?

They are used interchangeably. Sales page would usually only refer to pages that are designed to generate a sale. Landing page could be designed to generate a sale or a lead.

Hello Ben. One of my ads has been running for two months, with a budget of $25 per day. The average ROAS in the previous three weeks was 2.63. Last week, the effect suddenly became very poor, and the ROAS was 1.15. The ROAS is not expected to be high this week. What is the reason? Is it because of a learning limited state? I have a new ad and it's not performing as well over the same period of time.

Hi, just to add another question….. so I have a client which I run ads for and we see very good and consistent results…. Now, I got a second client in the same niche, in the same area (basically a competitor) (the first client just got a pause) and with the second client I can’t see results…. I’ve been targeting the same audience and even using the same template for the creative…. Is simply not working! Why?? 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🙄

If we are selling homeware (glasses, storage & blankets), could I create one conversion campaign with 3 ad sets, with each ad set containing a different product category mentioned above? The audience for all 3 of these would be extremely similar. Would this have a negative effect on performance?

what if the audience is bigger (say 13 million)? What happens is that my target audience are travelers and they are large audiences in my country, between 8 and 13 million each, what to do in that case, narrow it down? 😔🙏
Bc i remember you said that the maximum audience per adset for national sales should be 5% of the country population and that is like 2 million in my case.
I’m less concerned with maximum audience sizes than minimum. I think it’s fine to go larger than that if you have a good reason to do so.
Hi Ben, with Facebook ads, some ads are getting more impression and some are not getting impression within the same ad sets & within the same campaign.
Those ads are placed in the same ads because they share the same audience and conversion goal.
How to solve this without increasing budget? Do you have any video referring this problem?
For a limited time, I think it's fine to break out into a testing campaign. You just don't want to leave it there.
Hi ben im following your ad structure with having multiple ad sets with different audiences (like you have mentioned in this video) - with CBO where Meta splits the budgets themselves.
What i notice is that 80% of my budget goes into in one adset and the other adsets are getting next to none budgets to spend - so i cant actually know which adsets are preforming better or not due to this huge disparity

Hey ben can you please answer this question. Does the follower count on my brands instagram or facebook page matter when running ads? If yes how big of an impact does it have?
My clothing brand which I just launched only has 70 followers just my friends and family. Should I consider buying a 1000 followers will that boost my sales through my ads?
I think it matters if you have very few as you lose credibility. Otherwise I don’t think it matters.
I wouldn’t buy followers but you can run ads to generate a few hundred more.

Location targeting no longer allows to select people living in an area. How do you suggest we avoid targeting the wrong people for local businesses, specially on highly touristic areas.

Hey @BenHeart, I've just launched my new POD store and am trying to set up my first ad campaign. The store sells lgbt+ pride related apparel & accessories. However, I wasnt aware that Meta doesn't allow specific targeting of lgbt+ audiences anymore. I can't use detailed targeting options such as: gay, lgbt, gay pride, trans, queer etc.
I don't know what to use to target my niche? Any suggestions would be massively appreciated 😊

@Ben Heath - Please do not discredit the effort of Facebook reps most of the solution recommendations they give to advertisers WORKS! I have worked a couple of them and my sales have improved.

I think you don't know exactly what you are talking about
From my experience Ben is actually correct allot of them say they know how to help I ask for examples of work they've done doing followups with people they work with and realize they simply have no idea what they are doing. Been doing quite a bit better doing it myself because I know what and know what kind of advertising works for my business. It's because most of these reps don't understand your business each business is unique. I can't come from a construction background and say to the clothing industry I can help without doing proper research.

TTime stamp: 5:05 - This is not true.
BROAD targeting doesn't take Meta longer time to show your ads in front of your target audience comapred to INTEREST TARGETING
BROAD Targeting itself brings about liquidity, therby allowing the algorithm have large data set to learn from, and even cheaper. The reason you will rarely have occurence as "LEARNING LIMITED".
On the other aspect of 'using INTEREST TARGETING', it takes longer time for the algorithm to learn through a slected number for interest in such data set.
You should never use ads
