Tossing Out A Tenant

The plaintiff says the defendant is her landlady, who she loaned a large sum of money. The plaintiff is suing her because she’s refusing to pay it back and even kicked her out. The defendant claims her former tenant got so violent with her that she had to evict her and file a restraining order. She is countersuing for assault, emotional distress, and defamation.
