@fantastictalesofproaudio2391 I can't remember what it was, but I saw Nate on some show on I think it was the History Channel speaking about how haunted Stone Creek Studio was and that was one of the main reasons why they sold it.
First off - they did not own the building so they could not sell it. They were leasing the building so they could sell the contents inside the building like all the audio gear and furniture. Last time I was in the building Wanya was joking about nothing working in the studio. At that point I had not been working with the Boyz for a couple of years and my wife was not the studio manager anymore so the was no reason for me to check up on them. Stone Creek was a gun factory a long time ago and that is where those rumors started about being haunted. Nate is not afraid of anything. It probably was a business decision to sell off the contents and get out of there. The irony is that building and property is now worth over one hundred million dollars and they should have purchased it for the two million when it was offered to them.
Excellent George thank you!
You are very welcome
Great story, love it 👍🏼
Thanks!
The 90's were the years.
Yes they were.
Is it true that that place is haunted
No and I spent a lot of time in the building even sleeping over night there.
