What a fantastic video detailing the technology challenges in a comprehensive and elequent manner. Dave Fabry - what a wonderful ambassador for Starkey and the hearing industry! Since experiencing hearing loss approx 12 months ago I have spent a lot of time researching and understanding the technology aspects and products given my interest in technology and trends. The interview highlighted so many key areas of the tech challenge - AI, computational advances, battery, dynamic range, software, apps. Brilliant - this video needs wider exposure and I will be sharing the links and certainly looking at Starkey products for my next hearing aids.
Thank you. As a two time customer using Starkey hearing aids this was much appreciated information. I'm upgrading to to Genesis AIs in May when they will be under contract with the VA where I get excellent care for my service-connected hearing loss that I have had since returning from Vietnam in 1969. Dr. Mabry, if I could ask you a question please. My two main complaints with the hearing aids I am using are wind noise (I live in the Boise area, very windy) and the incidental noise that results from glasses rubbing on the BTE aids. I'm considering going back to ITE custom fitted aids to eliminate the problem of picking my hearing aids up off the ground when I take a mask off. Do you think ITE models will be beneficial? Thanks, and thanks again for an interesting video.

Looks great! Can’t wait to get it here in the UK!
Is this better than the Phonak Audeo Lumity for musicians? and does the app have a built in music setting?
