I have an Alembic Epic it was also picking RF frequencies in my studio, I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to solve the problem for the past year, I thought it was a shedding issue. I called Alembic and spoke with Mica. She is one of the most knowlageable people you can speak with. Turns out my Alembic is a 97, in those days there where not as many RF around as we have today. Mica suggested I replace my RF chip board, I took it to New York Guitars repairs. Evan G. replaced the chip board and I picked it up today and played it and not a peek of RF coming from the bass or speakers. My hats off to Mica & Evan for fixing my issue, doesn't mean it can't pick up RF but man I tell you compared to a week ago the bass is dead quiet!
Sounding great, as always. That is actually an Essence 4 (slightly different from the Epic). Essence has the more traditional body style has the low pass filter (the epics do not). The Epic has more tradition EQ, vol, blend, treble, bass. All this said, that bass ( and your playing) are still EPIC! :-)
Essence. Beautiful.

Seems fast and rich. I like it.
Hey Johnny! Nice video. I wonder if you have a Sandberg bass. I heard that they are good basses. Can you make a video of it?
Hi Johnny, that's a low pass filter that creates the wah-like sound. Similar to a Wal. You rock, man, I love your videos!
