Why did it take me so long to find you!? You actually explain it in plain English :-) Thank you so much!
AGREED!!! ....and she's hot!!
Ikr! Lol so good!
Aiden, I absolutely love your videos. I am not a great learner, but you make things super easy to understand, and your funny as heck.
Wish you were located in GA, or NY moooovveee ✈️ 😂
Stay down to earth, and keep the awesome info coming.
Thank You Much ☺️
You are naturally funny! And you are not even trying. Breath of fresh air!
If you get a P. O. box, get the largest one available, because if you go out of town and a large package arrives that doesn't fit inside, many places will only hold it for a limited time before they return it. After getting bombarded by Amazon packages, they just don't have the room anymore.
Would you recommend a virtual office or a p.o. box? Any one that you recommend more over the other? Pros and cons?
love your energy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very informative and straight to the point thanks
Four years later ….. thank you girl 🥰👑
Would you recommend getting a physical address mailbox at UPS for a home based ecommerce business to separate home from work for liability reasons?
Dylan Mills I would in case anyone sues. You don’t want your address associated with your LLC. Or at least accessible to your customers. An added layer of protection.
Hello. thank you for your video. What if my LLC is formed in Wyoming and have a physical address in Florida, however, the business is selling through Amazon and live abroad. Should I form a Foreign Florida LLC ?
Can you do a video on opening a business account for e-commerce businesses
YES PLEASE
If my business is just me, and it's COMPLETELY online (I simply manage a website, there is no physical product or service) does it matter what state I form my LLC in?
If you are roaming around and you don't really have a home state try paying for a virtual address. Google vocab word virtual address
Dope ! Thanks Aiden, I Appreciate the Insight / Knowledge.

i just love the way you talk! all up in yo lips!
Thank you! Love your videos. Very helpful!
What are the benefits of having a LLC in Delaware, Wyoming, Nevada, etc.
Great information here. I have an e-commerce business. I live in Florida. I have heard many say that I need to collect sales tax for the state of Florida only (Which I do). However, if a customer lives in NY or California or lives out of the country then no taxes is collected. Would like to hear your input. Thank you in advance.
yes you got that right. You only pay taxes for your state.
I work in accounting in Florida as my day job.. That is correct.
Can you discuss virtual address? Is it best to have a ups store or a regus virtual address?
Can you make a video on whether or not to form a business entity such as a llc for your UA-cam channel.
I love goofy smart women with a passion.
😍😍
Hi Aiden. Thanks so much for this. What do you mean by Registered Agent? Why do we need?
Hi! I’m filling out the paperwork for an LLC but I can’t seem to figure out the governing authority section! Is that me being that it’s my own LLC or is it my Registered Agent (not someone I know, a service I purchased offline)?
What if you have an LLC and have it listed under a registered agent for privacy, can you still claim part of your home as a business space for taxes even if that address isn't listed on LLC?
We actually do live in our Van most of the year but come back to California a lot. BUT That's like... the MOST expensive state. So I really want to register it in a cheaper state! But I heard that you can't use a PO box for LLC's?...
Hi Aiden, thanks for all the good videos.
I have a simple question; I have to ceate an LLC in New Jersey from abroad. The thing is I will be leaving in NJ for a year, but I already know I will be moving to NYC after that. Will it be possible to transfer somehow the LLC from a state to another to avoir dual taxation? Thank you very much, and keep up the good work!
In florida they won't accept P.O. boxes on the forms.
some registered agencies can make you use their physical address for a fee.
Great video..useful videoo..thank youuu........
Great video Aiden! I appreciate the good content you are so gracious to share. I did have a quick question that I was hoping you could answer. If you already have an established LLC in one state, but later you decide to switch to a different state in an effort to reap the better benefits of the other state (For ex. Delaware) if you do this would you need to obtain a whole new EIN or tax ID# for your business? And would it be easier for someone to obtain an LLC in one state if they are already have one established in another state or would it be the same as someone who initiates a new LLC in a state for the first time? Thank you in advance for the answer to these two questions?
@Keith Stewart, IANAL by any means, but as far as I recall, no, you would NOT have to get a whole new EIN for your business if you re-registered your LLC from one state to another. An EIN is to a business what an SSN is to an individual. If an individual moves from one state to another and gets a job in the new state, they don't have to change their SSN, do they? Same thing with EINs and moving the LLC registration from one state to another.
So if the payments are coming in from all over the country, you still only need to pay cooperate tax for the state that you are Incorporated in or do you need to set up a foreign llc and pay taxes in every state you collect payments in?
Get UPS box. in Mississippi you CAN NOT use PO boxes
what if you're homeless or a nomad... Would a virtual address suffice for both business address and or a registered agent address?
BlahBlah Blah get a p.o. box that's how they do
if you watch the video you wouldn't have asked that question.
If you do not file in your “home” state, is it illegal? It still sounds very gray area since the advent of these online businesses. Even the way you answer the question. How can they prove that I’m really a nomad or if I am doing admin work at a coffee shop in my supposed ‘home’ state? Just asking. Thx Aiden!
I have a LLC in Texas, I have moved to North Carolina . Will it be possible to transfer the LLC from a state to another to avoid dual taxation?whats the process ?
Hello, I'm in the Army and I am always moving. My business is online mostly online. My state of residence is Texas but I do not plan to move back or retire there. Do you have any recommendations?
Did you ever get clarification/take action on this? I'm in a similar situation.
of course, she would say that!
Thank u very much
Have u talked about registered agent when forming LLC? They dont allow PO. Box when getting a registered agent. Can you put yourself as the registered agent if you dont care about being served if there is a lawsuit on your business?
Thank you!! Trying to figure out if I need to apply for an LLC in Hawaii where I live and also FL where my online clients will be. I'm licensed to practice counseling in FL not Hawaii??
Hi, this video is so informative. My question is: if you were to use a home office but its a rental, is that advisable? Especially when it comes to the taxes?
Sure, that's a fine thing to do. You can typically deduct your home office expenses.
@@allupinyobiz Thank you for your reply. Good to know. Awesome channel by the way. Your expertise, personality and delivery are on point. I wish you continued success!
@@melaniacx Thank you so much!
I live in an apartment so there is no home office. In FL it's not an option to use a P.O. box or home you do not own. We basically have to use (aka rent) office space. Welp, guess I'm inc. at my mom's house in GA lol
So much great information. Thanks!
Hello, finally - very good, clear video! Thank you. Anyway, I have just a simple question... - How to form LLC for e-commerce (dropshipping) in Delaware/Nevada if I live in New York, Step by step? I mean especially where should I firstly register it? And what location should I put for Delaware then?
I'd really appreciate your help
what if you dont want your physical address posted for business? You said P.o. box is ok?
some registered agencies can make you use their address for a fee.
Thanks Aiden very important your information 👍🏻
I like your videos.
If you have a virtual business where you work with people online and have a home office but work from a coffee shop some days can you put in for mileage or no on the days you work from a location other than your home office?
if your meeting a client yes so when you go do something for the biz and its legit 100%for example
bring a flyer to hang up
Hello, so i need a lawyer to help me with city permits etc a 2 lawyer to help me start a llc or s-corp and a 3d lawyer to do my taxes ? If i want to open a online business to sell lets say phone cases ? thanks
Thank you for this video!
🚨WORD OF CAUTION🚨 Careful with the use of virtual offices. My Wells Fargo business checking account application was recently declined because of my Regus Virtual Office address. DESPITE the fact that the same address has been accepted by Every vendor, supplier, State and Federal dept, they still denied me😡😡
That's true! I had a similar issue with Chase not too long ago. Many banks won't accept a virtual office address. Giving them your home address as the physical address will usually do the trick, and you can still have the virtual office as the mailing address.
180 Law Co. LLC Unfortunately I gave my personal address and verified everything they requested but in the end they still denied me. On the other hand, Bank of America approved my application Instantly. So alls well that ends well. Love your videos 😍
I am an active duty service member stationed in California, however i am a texas resident. I am thinking of starting an APP/company , i live in california, and want to form an LLC. Is there an exceptions to the rules in this case? should i file in california or texas?. I'm pretty half and half with your final questions.
TEXAS:
I file my taxes in texas
My business partner lives in Texas
CALIFORNIA:
I have a property in california
my company will be located in California.
If you can, create a business in Texas. California is completely anti-business (unless of course you are a Democrat politician or attached to a Democrat politician).
Did you ever get clarification on this?
I'm currently in a similar position
New sub. Your videos should be the first to pull up
What if you're a foreigner?
Who is watching in 2020?
very "safe" answer, I've heard otherwise from other people.
Hello please make a video for Asian to start a dropshipping business in USA and what all it needs to start business.?
She's a lawyer. That's not a legal question. There are other dropshippers on UA-cam that can show you.
Take your scam elsewhere.
Smitten..Thank You 4 the advice..great channel!
I dont want people all up in my business. That's why when getting an virtual office you should get it in another country and paying their taxes and using their business address as your llc address
I would like to sell on amazon? Could you help me?
I believe you and I could take over the world together. Just kidding, but really I'm 29 and own two brick and mortar business. A smoke shop and pawn shop. It's two different locations, but I need them under one llc, with the pawn shop having a little extra protection in some way. Both are currently sole proprietor
Thank you so much for your content !!
