So are you saying that if a business does not have the designator LLC behind their business name then it is safe to say that they are definitely not registered as an LLC? I did not know that the LLC designator HAD to be in the business name. I thought as long as you're registered as an LLC, you don't necessarily have to have the designator LLC in the business name itself. This is a huge revelation for me. Thank you!

(1)My question is suppose " I love Mom" this phrase is trademarked and we have to check class 25 for clothes and in Goods and services section, there is Not mentioned about shirt or t shirt. It's safe to use. And what if this is trademarked in standard character mark. We can use that phrase if there is not mention about shirt in Good and services. (2) What if Same things apply to (Design -types of trademarks) Not mentioned shirt or t shirt in Good and services section. What is better for a single member llc, to member manage or manage management? I'm in Va and we aren't required to have a operating aggreement. When I went to the bank to open a account, the rep said I should be member manage. I'm confused 😕
