SMASH BURGERS on a Charcoal Griddle / Fresh Ground Brisket

In this video we take a full brisket and grind it twice through a coarse die to make some fresh 70/30 ground beef and Smash it into delicious burger patties on the PK Go Charcoal grill cast iron griddle insert. We top them with cheese and make a double burger on a fresh bun with a delicious burger sauce we make. These turned out fantastic! You gotta try these!!
