It' so useful to know how they do warm-ups, I always wonder how to start in my free time trainings. The spider-crawl movement is interesting.
The video is from a seminar that Parkour Generations led in Colombus, Ohio, USA.
parkourhorizons and generations rule, i WISH i could have attended =(
Parkour Generations and some of the Yamakasi founders will be back in Columbus Ohio for the Memorial weekend, May28th-30th 2010. The Parkour Horizons and Parkour Generations websites have all of the relevant information.

I had been training rolls over the weekend...and I'm still hurting ^^;;; I probably should have started just training warm-ups like these, since I'm so far out of shape...
Thanks a lot! :)
Hey, where do you advertize before you do these events? I have missed the New York event, at least once, and I did not know about this one.
i notice they do alot of the same workouts, and I can't make it to one of these anytime soon, does anyone know where I can reference this routine in writing?
Damn, I have to come training with you again =D
Anyone know where can i research the kind of conditioning the guy with the bandana was demonstrating?
can someone give me the name of all the workouts done in this video??
Heading to Texas anytime soon?

@xps100x
Change ''..can parkour'' to ''can training'', and you'll see it's absolutely possible. Parkour isn't about imitating other people on the internet. It's about training.
they know about that !
@xps100x parkour isn't a verb, it's a noun
@a7xpk i dont know.. :|
i think not..
my PK team is called forrest xD

they don't worship them... they just go there to exchange Information and to learn new things... that trip costs money but practicing parkour is free! and what you just saw was just the worm up.
People are also free to shoot heroin.
That doesn't mean I can't feel sorry for them.
Is your choose but you have not respect, I can say this things are good things. Probably you not understand what this thing is? ask don't insult.
=D lol
I feel sorry for the people that spent money to fly up there.
I feel sorry for you
I feel sorry for you.
Yeah, go for the big jumps and advanced movements as fast as possible..!!!!!!
and then you can question yourself if it was worth it when you're 35-40 years old, when you got problems knees, joints, elbrows etc. then you're pretty worthless to the society since you cant even work and you'll have pains in your daily life.
Dude don't go on big jumps and stuff like that..
Every human people do what they want ;) But I think your message is a joke
Nice day
r u trying to be funny?
nice vid
