yup! learning to break fall properly n to roll is so important. this is one of the main reasons why i feel judo is a must 4 all children n pple in general to learn. i remember when i was small riding a bike with my cousin in the bar n we were going down a wet road, slight hill, the tiers started to slip n slide. i was in amazement to watch how he broke the fall with his face n all i did was a roll n got up perfect but his lips n face n arms were bleeding n beat up.
really nice, to see how these guys train. I'vet had training of a few of them, and really respect for these guys.
And I think best part is 3:10 when he is going through the bars its like a walk in the park for him. Pretty awesome
This is amazing, this is heaven i want to go there to train with the master!!!
i love forest. he and dan went to UF to coach, they left, and look at where they are now! and always smiling. that guy has the best job in the world

man, danny il is a crazy mother Fer. him and his whole crew lol. its cool to see them still interested in learning from the vets
Same for me! He's awesome!
Wicked session, I'm liking Owen's accidental FXW at 4.53 haha.
inspirational, very well done
Ever since Ubisoft made the AC series, I fell in love with parkour. Although my body is not physically fit for any intense training like this, it's still awesome in every way! =D
It also makes me think of a story I have been working on after I finish my first, original story... Of making a anti-heroin parkour . . . I want to say "assassin," but then I would be copying Ubisoft's AC idea, and I don't want to do that. However, she's something like that... This video helped me in every way!!
Parkour is so impressive! I wish it would had made "the jump" to germany when I was totally in sports .. 10years ago ;)
But when I find some time, I'll start doin it!
Respect!
AWESOME!!!
Amazing!
I'd love to see something as wonderful as this operating in Brazil some day...
nice practice and nice training.
congratulations.

Wow! How many amazing athletes can you cram into one gymnasium??!?!?!
To slamcamspam, Thanks for all your vids I can add the moves {some of them I'm not that crazy yet!} into my own training you've taught me and I'm sure others alot about a sport that is still underground in the U.S. I'm off to free run.
