When I started drinking 80-100 ounces of water a day I was peeing very frequently and it was quite irritating. Haha I still drink the same amount but what I’ve found is if I drink more water in the first half of my day and taper off throughout the day I pee less and don’t wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom either. I drink at least 20oz to start my day since that’s when I’m most dehydrated. I have much more tolerable peeing habits now. Haha

CONGRATULATIONS! I have been losing more weight because of drinking water with lemon and apple cider vinegar. Also, I consume 4-5 liters of water while working out aside from my regular intake when I am not in the gym. This is a great, yet ignored information by some!
I am going to drink as much water as a can, the last time I drank water was a few weeks ago, I am hooked on artificial juice and sodas. I don't like the taste of water and I don't know why. But hopefully I'll get better with that. Edit: I just got a notification for this video, and totally forgot about my comment. Anyways, it's been around a year and a half now that I've only been drinking water and cut all other beverages out of my diet. It worked really well for me. I do a lot of sports, Soccer, Rock climbing, and Crossfit, so I kinda needed to be drinking more water. I'm glad I stopped drinking all that other stuff, and now I honestly cannot go back, it tastes so toxic when I drink anything other than water now.
Nandi Muchira try drinking bubbly water, or add zero calorie flavour drops into water, it really helps, i hate drinking plain water but started with that then switched to cold water... now i drink about 5-6litres a day(in summer, in India since it gets really hot, but otherwise it's like 3-4)
I have always struggled with drinking enough water for two reasons: 1. Frequent water intake causes frequent restroom breaks and my jobs rarely allowed that option. 2. I find that without some type of flavor I crave other sources of flavor which lead me back to sodas. My solution was to use various amino acid products which have fantastic flavor and often add few if any calories or carbohydrates. Plus the body can definitely utilize the Amino's which are the building blocks of muscle. Also I try to ramp up water intake before the end of my shift or about 30-40 minutes before a meal break so I can remedy the bathroom breaks. I love your videos-well presented keep up the good work!

i made lemon water once a week and drink them everyday, I was having problem involving bloated tummy so I decided to add ginger into my lemon drink. I start boiling my lemon water with ginger (thumb size, peeled and sliced) for 10 to 15 minutes, add manuka honey last and let them boil for another minute. drank them while its not so hot (or warm) before sleep, and after waking up. You will experience feeling like going to the toilet the moment you wake

In the moment I'm living in America (normally in Germany) and after 2 weeks I gained like 3 kg. So I decided to get rid of these and take better care of my body. I drink 2-3 liters a day and it helps so much! I'm not as hungry anymore, have almost no cravings and feel alot better. Only negative thing is that I have to pee like 6-10 times a day
Jarisma Perez You may be incidentally upping your food intake because you are drinking less calories. Try drinking water before you eat. It could also be water retention. Some medications make it difficult to loose weight because they cause your body to retain water. Talk to your doc.
