We think you'll love it: ua-cam.com/video/k8BRGvSrpn8/v-deo.html
Ur videos was really good and informative, I was doing most of the wrong techniques and the right one feels way better.
Thanks so much, my physio recommended these 2 exercises for my stiff shoulders without the bit about the head support. When I tried to them at home my neck didn't feel right, so instinctively I started supporting my neck with my hands, but kept wondering if that reduces the benefits of the exercises. But seeing your video made feel confident of doing them the right way.
You are a legend😊.
Thank u so much Chloe🎉😊!!!!
I really needed this
I just got my first foam roller and have back pain 🙌

Your vedios are really very helpful plus your jolly nature is an add on to it. I would request you to make many more vedios on foam rolling.
Thanks girl
Thank you 😇🙏🏻❤️
Thanks 👍
I’ve had my roller for a while and never used it but today I just had to try something more for my back pain sure hope it helps
Good tips
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy👍
Love it ! Thanks feels great
Thank you. This is so useful. I struggle to maintain a work out routine but this is really helpful and easy to follow through. Just bought a foam roller.
I think I'm in ❤
damn,, got immediate relief using your method
Do you recommend this with people who had spinal surgery, such as people who needed surgery due to scoliosis?
I have an extremely stiff back and neck, I’ve had back pain since I was like 9 y/o and a foam roller feels like a literal rock beneath me. It HURTS but I just do it super slowly and take rests so I’m not having sharp pain or anything and gradually let my back open up. I just need to figure out how to loosen my neck. I’m a college student so I’m constantly looking down at notes and books so good posture is kinda thrown to the wind. I’d like to start doing daily neck/back stretches but I haven’t found any helpful neck ones yet. This vid was really helpful for my back tho
If you sit down for too long look into the UCS stretches and strength exercises. Might help
1:39 thank you
I have a question about ?
Patient takes his right shoulder at the back side by putting weight on left forearm and thus, weight is distributed on both upper limb
Hi Chloe, what brand is that blue foam roller you are using and where can I purchase from?
Amazon
Have you tried the Rollga foam roller? It works so much BETTER then the one in this video.
Except if you’ve had 5 back surgeries and can no longer get on the floor.
Can you make another video showing how to use the foam roller against the wall?
How long should you be rolling and how often?
I'm no expert but i think 24/7
Every thing reminds me of her
Not the correct way.
Thanks, great job . First Approach EA Worksite Wellness LLC COO.
I’m guilty of rolling all the wrong ways! No wonder my neck is so tight, I was rolling for upper back pain but straining my neck in the process. But this makes much more sense. 🫠
