    Part of my issues is my picky palate. I don't like SO many things. I can still get some snacks fom here. I love sweeter, savory items more, But this helps. good luck.

    Thankyou for this. I always want to make healthy snacks for my mum as she's diabetic but am unsure where to start lol. I am interested in making her healthy pumkpin spice latte but it may taste bitter without the usual sugar/honey.

    I learned that low fat means higher sugar So why is the the recommendation low fat if these people are diabetic

      2. unsaturated fats: these types of fats, such as those from olive oil, nuts, and fish, are good for heart health and should be consumed.
      3. Weight control: managing fat intake can help control weight, which is important for effective diabetes management.
      People with diabetes should focus on consuming healthy fats and controlling total fat intake, rather than completely eliminating fat from the diet.
