Never found anyone who could recreate that awesome taste. All fried rice is not the same!
This actually looked very good, He put the correct amount of oil in, And he was pro with stirring and moving the wok. I would eat his food any day. Losing some rice I think is normal when your using a blast furnace to cook on :)
I bet this is the type of place that you are stood in line waiting watching him do his thing with one ladle. You get to the front of the line and ask for vegetarian fried rice and he just picks up the one ladle and gets on with it.
Guy didn't have the hand strength to control that wok and flip it all the way, lol. There's probably a pile of rice on the floor by the end of the day if that much keeps flying out.
