Beg to differ on this one Dave. I think it's from a German TV show called Disco with presenter Ilja Richter. I also think this is Paul singing - Dave Martin sang on the Butterscotch original (with the same backing track - they are very similar) - Andy verified this on his 'Belinda' post. Stay cool.
