Hi. It’s a good entry-level watch, Personally for me the hardest thing to overcome was the transreflective display, but after a while I’m totally fine with it. At least the watch is pretty accurate. 👍🏻
Hi. I don’t know LS02, but looks like it has more features and you’ll be able to customise the watch faces. Soundpeats has limited customisation, however it’s pretty accurate. I would suggest, get both on Amazon, try them both, keep the better one and return the other (if it wouldn’t meet your expectations).

However, if the watch is used independently, it obviously won’t record the health/sports stats, as the watch hasn’t got enough ram to store stats data for longer than 24hrs. Please note- the watch has to be initially paired with the phone, (to set up date, time & profile preferences).
My watch just started to vibrate continuously for 25 minutes all of a sudden. Then it just stopped and doesnt charge. I am not sure what is wrong with it. Could anyone help me?
Hi. most likely this is a software glitch. Here are a few things you can try: 1. Restart your watch. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the watch turns off. Then, press and hold the power button again to turn it back on (i doubt it would help but its worth a try) 2. Reset your watch to factory settings. To do this, go to Settings > System > Reset > Factory reset. Then you'll need to install it as a new device. (I'm almost sure it will fix it) 3. If the problem persists after restarting or resetting your watch, it's possible that there is a hardware problem with your watch, it would be best to contact Soundpeats customer support for help, i'm afraid. However, within the app, there are settings related to HR, did you check these out?- “heart rate settings” and “more settings” I haven’t got the watch, but still got the app installed on my iPhone , and it says on home page “automatic heart rate detection turned off”, so I believe I had it turned off to prolong the battery life.

hi. Yes, the watch works independently, no need to have it constantly connected with the phone. HOWEVER: - you won't get real time weather, message notifications and the music control - these features requires constant connection with the phone, - all the daily stats (health and sports) won't be recorded in the watch as there's no enough storage. All the stats going to be reset daily at midnight. Everything else will work as normal and the battery will last 2-3 times longer than normal. I usually have my watches disconnected from the phone all the time.
Hi. The sleep detection should activate automatically between around 9pm-6am. I found out, it often doesn’t detect my sleep when going to bed late , around midnight.
Hi. If it doesn’t light up but still can see the screen - I would suggest to go to the watch-settings and reset the watch, - if it light up - then set it up from scratch (as a new device). However if this won’t work, I would suggest to contact the seller and ask either for replacement or money back, as this would indicate the watch is faulty.
I heard that tattoos may affect the readings of the heart rate sensors - BUT I got tattoo sleeve and never experienced any issues with it. So all good.
Duly noted. btw. Sorry to hear that mate. My teenage son gets his watch1 for swim regularly, never had any issues. I should take into account variations in manufacturing quality of individual watches before stated its 'safe for swim'.

How do I get the find my phone to work? I select it and it says ringing but my phone does not ring. And yes the device is connected to my phone.
How do you change the time? Daylight savings happened and the watch didn't update nor could I find a date/time setting
Hi. Once you’d turn on Bluetooth in your phone and connect the watch, the time will set up to the time in your phone.

hi. this watch can't play music (as it hasn't got a speaker built in), it just controls the music player in your phone, once its connected via BT.

How to connect media in smartwatch
I have it and I kinda hate it, barely any customization options. LCD display wih big bezels,etc.
Upgrade to Amazfit gts3 or gts2. It has an amoled display with significantly smaller bezels and loads of customisation options.
