You can turn that off in the options, or even set a time when it is off and a time when it is on. My wife has hers set to not light up between 10pm and 6am.

hi. the P22 should start tracking your sleep automatically, make sure you got it bluetooth connected with your phone. btw. I found out only recently, the P22 struggles to track the sleep when I was working night shift and sleeping during the day - it gives an incomplete stats or doesn't trigger sleep tracking at all when sleeping during the day.

The only issue I’ve had was the notification wasn’t coming through even though I had all the settings turned on and the only 3 that did come through are now on the watch and I don’t know how to dismiss them ☹️
Hi. The notifications are probably disabled in your phone (go to settings->notifications->herobandiii and mąkę sure “Allow notifications” feature is turned ON. As for the messages, unfortunately there’s no option to delete the messages (it’ll always show you the last 3 messages). This is something I have discovered some time after we done the video. Hi. You cannot pick up the phone call on p22 (it hasn’t got a mic and speaker). You can only drop the incoming call. As for the showing messages and notifications, you’ll have to make sure that in the phone->settings->notifications she has the notifications enabled for HeroBandIII app (it may be called “allow notifications”), If the above won’t work, you’ll have to reset the watch and then set the connection again (as you did for the 1st time), but make sure, once the pairing request is confirmed, you also confirm “allow notifications”. This should solve the issue.
Hi. I apologise I didn’t come back to you any sooner, If it comes to date format, I found out it’s determined by the dial (watch face) - e.g. some watch faces showing format: “Mon 07 Mar”, others showing 03 07. there’s not much we can do about it within the app; changing from “imperial” to “metric” didn’t help much, Pls Have a go in your watch, check the different dials and try the “unit format” if it would modify the way the date is being displayed,

Hi Joyce, You could try to do “factory reset” of your popglory, then just set it up as a new device. That should do the trick. Btw. Before you reset the watch, you may open the app and unpair the watch first (remove device) - and in your phone’s settings -> Bluetooth -> p22 - tap on “forget network”. Then reset the watch. hi. no worries, just go to Google Play / or Apple Store and look up for an app called "HeroBandIII" - or "DaFit". Turn on the bluetooth on your phone, then open the app and tap 'find device' - pick your p22 from the list. It will ask you to allow pairing and to allow notifications - obviously confirm this. This should work just fine, but let me know if any issues during the process. I'll help. Enjoy your watch 😉
No, this watch uses gps from your phone, which isnt ideal (you'll have to keep you phone with you and start the exercise via the app prior to any movement). You'd need to look up the watch with on-board gps.
Hi Ruby, in the HeroBandIII app, go to: device tab-> others-> time formats -> Here you can change the format of the displayed time. Re-sync after that. Let me know how did it go. Adam
unfortunately, its not an always-on display, and it cant be set to be lit all the time. You may consider some watch with always-on amoled display (i.e.Amazfit Bip U Pro),
I broke my Apple watch and did not need another one, but I did need a fitness tracker which is why I got this watch. My Amazon package arrived a few days ago and I must admit that this watch is beyond amazing.

It works the other way around, “find watch” from the app. I have tried to reset, restart, I tried different compatible versions of the app (HeroBand6, HeroBand2), but no success. Wondering, if that’s caused by the version/firmware upgrade. I’ll investigate it further and will post any news here.
Hi, a quick update: to have “find phone” feature working, you’ll need to have the HeroBandIII running on your smartphone (and obviously Bluetooth has to be ON). It works with a 3-4 second delay, but it’s working.
Hi. In this case the HeroBandIII app has to be running in the background on your iphone (pls open & minimise the app). My Mrs has the same issue on her iphone11.
I apologise for my late reply, you E probably sorted the time by now.. All you have to do is connect the watch with the app on your phone- the time will set up to the same as in your phone.
I just got my watch & am looking forward to wearing & using it. One reason I wanted this one was the keeping an eye on my oxygen. I’m finding that the reading isn’t correct. Is there anyway to reset it? If I could reset that to get the correct reading it would be perfect. Thanks

It shows messenger, fb, WhatsApp, Twitter, wechat, insta, Skype, standard txt messages and “others” -which means virtually anything that being pushed from the phone (if the phone been set up to allow and push the notification, of course). I haven’t got P22 at the moment, so can’t 100% confirm if it pushing Snapchat messages, I’m afraid.
hi. you can't copy music into the p22 watch. you can only control your mp3 player in your smartphone via p22 (obviously it has to be paired/connected via bluetooth).
I got this watch a week ago and I love it. The only problem I am having it doesn't find my phone when I push the find phone button. It found my phone one time but only that time and I don't remember what I did when I got it to work. Do you have any ideas? Thanks
hi. the 'find phone' would work only if the companion app is running on the phone i'm afraid (and the watch is connected via bluetooth with the phone). I have reviewed many wearables - and I can confirm, it's a major flaw in majority of them budget watches, the 'find phone' and 'music player' and often 'camera trigger' only works when the app is running on the phone..
It is pretty accurate as for the budget watch if it comes to step counts, heart rate, SPo2, - but I’m not convinced myself about the accuracy of sleep tracking, it’s a bit...random I would say. We are preparing a new video about the overall accuracy of P22 vs ID205 - and P22 vs Polar Vantage M2 (mid-range watch with pristine accuracy).
Hi. If you’d leave your phone connected with your watch overnight, it’ll certainly track the sleep pattern. I have discovered only recently, that p22 may struggle to record the sleep pattern if it’s on standalone mode (Bluetooth unconnected). Hope this helps

I assume you got all the notifications ticked within the app. It’s a pretty common issue; you may reset the Bluetooth connection in the phone, “forget the network” on p22, reset the watch, and then set up again from the scratch - turn Bluetooth on the phone, open app, add p22 device and confirm all the pairing requests and allow notifications. Or you may try to get in your phone settings, find the app options and turn “allow notifications”, however I would recommend reset and then set it up from the scratch. Hi. The BP has to be triggered manually from the watch’s menu (as in the video), If it’s not triggering or stops with an error, that would mean you may have tighten the strap a bit - or sit still, for the time the BP being measured. Btw. At the time we made the video, I wasn’t able to confirm the accuracy of the BP measurements.
I love this watch but I don’t know how it happened but the brightness setting has been turned down so much I can’t find the icon to change it!!!! Any help would be appreciated, I can change the home face settings on the app but nothing is mentioned for brightness
Hi. If you’d swipe from the main screen (from the top), this should get you to the screen brightness shortcut. I can’t confirm this 100% as I do not own this watch anymore, but I’m pretty sure it would work. Pls let me know

Hi. In the app you’ll have to find “set the watchface” feature, press “edit”. This allows to replace the background picture to any photo from your phone. In the video it’s shown (03:34).
No, you can't. This is very basic watch with closed architecture. You'd need to look up the wearOS watches (fossil, Garmin, ticwatch, Samsung, etc) or watchOS (Apple watch), to get the downloadable apps.
Hi. To change the time format (24h to 12h), you’ll have to go to the app -> device -> others -> time formats. If you got any struggle with syncing, I’d suggest full factory reset of the watch. If you’d decide to do so, first you’d need to go to the app -> device - here you’d have to “remove device” (or unpair). Then in your phone-> settings-> Bluetooth, tap on watch connection and press “forget network”. Now full reset of the watch. Once done, make sure the Bluetooth is turned on in iPhone. Open the app -> device -> add device - find p22 on the list, tap it and confirm all the pairing requests, allow notifications, etc - everything that will pop in on your iPhone. This should solve any sync/connectivity issues. It works for majority of smartwatches.
My grandma gave me this it was help ful it was in Spanish and reset it and got to put a hellokitty wallpaper and I’m tracking my health still stuck on how to get messeges
hi. you may check out the 'notifications' tab within the companion app, make sure you got all the relevant notifications turned on. If this won't work, please make sure your phone allows sending message notifications (during the initial setup of the watch, when you pair it for the first time, the app asks for permissions for pairing and then for the notifications). Trying to connect it to my daughters phone, but it's not finding it through the app... but it shows up on her Bluetooth. Is there any way to connect it to the app?
Hi. You’ll have to reset the Bluetooth connection. In the phone->settings->Bluetooth - you’ll have to find the smartwatch on the list and click “forget the network”. Eventually after that, turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth in your phone. Now, open the app and go to “device” (add device), click it, confirm the pairing requests, allow notifications, etc etc. that should do the trick, regardless the phone type. Hi. If the watch doesn’t turn on when you press and hold the button, - or when it’s plugged to the charger, it indicates its faulty. It could be faulty charging cable. In either case, I’d suggest to get the refund.
I bought one about 1 month ago. I like your explanation, the only thing it is hard to change anything on it. I have to press real hard to change programs. I can't get it to go back to the usual style when you can see time and all the other things. I am only getting the the one with weather which is very small for me to see.Lena
Hi Lena, do you mean, you can’t go back to the original watch face? - in the app (HeroBandIII), in the device tab, you got the original watch face which shows time, date, bpm, steps and kcal (I think it’s called “dial 2” there). As for screen responsiveness, not sure what may help with it, I’ll check on my Mrs’s watch if there’s any possible solution to it and will come back to you, Thanks Adam

Hi Susana, the EXERCISE screen suppose to show the total time, calories and HR for the exercises done. Same as STEP screen shows the total steps for a casual steps count and for exercises steps combined. This screens (or features) are just a summarisation of all daily activities. If it doesn’t show the weather, I would suggest to reset the watch, reset the Bluetooth connection- and then set it up “from scratch” as a new p22 device - but make sure you’ll confirm all the pairing requests and “allow notifications”. This way everything from your phone will be pushed into the watch.
Apologise I didn’t reply sooner, Once you got the app installed on your phone, turn the Bluetooth on , open the app and go to “add device”, then pair it from the app level.

You can read the text messages but can’t reply I’m afraid. Also you can’t pick up the phone call - you can only drop it. Smartwatches with text & phonecalls features are way more expensive than P22

Hi. I think, you'll have to set up the watch with the phone & app again, from the scratch. First, in the companion app, get to 'device' tab at the bottom and click 'remove device'. Then, in your iPhone go to the -> settings -> bluetooth - then find your P22 and click 'forget the network'. Then make sure you got Bluetooth turned ON in your iphone, open the HeroBandII app and click on 'add device' (connection and pairing have to be done only via the app). Once added, just confirm all the requests, e.g pairing request, allow all notifications, basically you'll have to confirm everything that pops up. then, In the app, go to 'Me' tab at the bottom, then pick 'health' - here you got sharing the data from the watch with your Apple Health app. All should work like a charm now. Let me know how did it go, if you'd struggle, we'll find out how to sort it out. So no worries. best, Adam
Hi. Unfortunately, there are only 3 alarms and can’t add any extra ones. I tried DaFit app (compatible with p22 too), but looks like the amount of alarms is being determined by the p22’s OS. Again, there are only 3 alarms..
What I want to know is do I have to use the app in order to track BP, HR, Exercises etc? Reason being, I am getting conflicting data when I use the watch alone. But when i measure my BP, HR Oxygen etc with the app when the Bluetooth is turned on on my phone it's totally different. So which data is more accurate? New subscriber!

Hi. Have your leaflet and your mobile phone handy. If you got the iPhone: 1. Open the Camera app from the Home screen, Control Center, or Lock screen. 2. Select the rear facing camera. Hold your device so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder in the Camera app. Notification should popu up on the screen. 3. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code. If you got Android phone: 1. Check to see if your Android phone supports QR code scanning. Not all Android phones come with this ability. 2. Open your scanning app (Bixby, QR Code Reader, Samsung Optical Reader, etc), 3. Position the QR code. Remember, the code’s corners should be fully visible in the scanning window. 4. Choose the correct option. The app should then provide a pop-up option to take an action based on the QR code. Hope it helps. Adam

Hi. The total steps count resets daily at midnight. You may use the walking sports mode, as an indicator of steps, however it will be added to the total daily step counts - and will reset automatically at midnight. There’s no way to reset the step count manually though. Unless you’ll do the full reset of the watch.
Hi. You may try the alternative app called “Da Fit” - it works exactly the same as HeroBandIII. There are HeroBandII, VeryFitPro and HeroBand6 apps but I can’t confirm if these would be compatible with your P22 Since I haven’t got any iPad handy, just two android tablets (where the app works), I can’t really find any other alternatives for iPads. Btw. Thanks for pointing this out, I will have to start to include the compatibility or cross compatibility notes to my videos, as I was unable to find answers for these on the net.. Let me know if any success.
I just got mine, band is too short for my thick wrists. I have a twist tie to hold it on and everything works well, It was easy to bind vial the Hero III app. Unfortunately I am having a hard time finding a watch strap that goes to 9.75". Non Rubber preferred, any ideas?
Hi, no worries, someone asked me before about slightly longer straps recommendations - I found some leather straps which is around 10” in circumference, pls check this one: amzn.to/3hhsaEh (Amazon UK) or amzn.to/362wJ08 (Amazon US). There are nylon straps up to 10.5”: amzn.to/3jtOqxw (amazon US) or amzn.to/3jwtIwX (amazon UK), hope this will give you a starting point. Hi Lisa. Thanks. As for the stride length, I’m afraid, it’s not customisable neither via the app or in the watch. I’ll have to check the other compatible app called “DaFit”, and I’ll let you know. The stride is being calculated basing on your entered height (you entering that information in the app / profile), basically it multiplies your height by 0.41 to find an approximation. You may eventually change your height value in the profile, this will affect the stride length. Adam
Stride length is customizable in the app. Click on the person icon in the lower right corner of the app. This takes you to your profile. From there click on the profile tab. Once in the profile tab you will see the last option is "step length". You can set your personal stride length right there.
Hi. Unfortunately no. Even linking the device won’t let you use your phone contactless payment feature. For payments (feature called NFC) you would need a smartwatch with OS ecosystem, for example fossil gen 5/gen 6, ticwatch pro, Apple Watch, Fitbit Versa3, possibly garmin vivoactive, and a few more. Hi. Usually when any smartwatch is t charging when plugged, I would suggest to check the charging port (pins) at the back of the watch. But in this case, when it says it’s charging - please try to turn it off and the back on and try to plug it to the charger again. Another possible reason, the usb hasn’t got sufficient power e.g 5V 0.5A, try to plug the charging cable into smartphone charger, see if it solves the issue. If all these hacks won’t work, there’s only one thing to do - contact customer service and ask for replacement/refund. Hope it would help. Adam
best way, order the cable from ebay. you'd need to measure the distance from the pins to make sure it's the right one - or simply type P22 charging cable on ebay/amazon/aliexpress

This is a fantastic watch, only downside is, if you wear it sleeping it lights up when you move, I move a lot so I can't use it sleeping.

Great video but just got my watch. Set up fine but won’t swipe up for functions or to even power off after a couple of weeks

You could try to do “factory reset” of your popglory, then just set it up as a new device. That should do the trick.
Btw. Before you reset the watch, you may open the app and unpair the watch first (remove device) - and in your phone’s settings -> Bluetooth -> p22 - tap on “forget network”. Then reset the watch.

hi. no worries, just go to Google Play / or Apple Store and look up for an app called "HeroBandIII" - or "DaFit". Turn on the bluetooth on your phone, then open the app and tap 'find device' - pick your p22 from the list.
It will ask you to allow pairing and to allow notifications - obviously confirm this. This should work just fine, but let me know if any issues during the process. I'll help.

No, this watch uses gps from your phone, which isnt ideal (you'll have to keep you phone with you and start the exercise via the app prior to any movement). You'd need to look up the watch with on-board gps.

Hi, a quick update: to have “find phone” feature working, you’ll need to have the HeroBandIII running on your smartphone (and obviously Bluetooth has to be ON).
It works with a 3-4 second delay, but it’s working.

All you have to do is connect the watch with the app on your phone- the time will set up to the same as in your phone.

Hi. It shows messenger, fb, WhatsApp, Twitter, wechat, insta, Skype, standard txt messages and “others” -which means virtually anything that being pushed from the phone (if the phone been set up to allow and push the notification, of course).
I haven’t got P22 at the moment, so can’t 100% confirm if it pushing Snapchat messages, I’m afraid.

hi. the 'find phone' would work only if the companion app is running on the phone i'm afraid (and the watch is connected via bluetooth with the phone).
I have reviewed many wearables - and I can confirm, it's a major flaw in majority of them budget watches, the 'find phone' and 'music player' and often 'camera trigger' only works when the app is running on the phone..
Is its information and how long u sleep accurate?
It is pretty accurate as for the budget watch if it comes to step counts, heart rate, SPo2, - but I’m not convinced myself about the accuracy of sleep tracking, it’s a bit...random I would say.

Hi. If you’d leave your phone connected with your watch overnight, it’ll certainly track the sleep pattern.
I have discovered only recently, that p22 may struggle to record the sleep pattern if it’s on standalone mode (Bluetooth unconnected).

Hi. I assume you got all the notifications ticked within the app.
It’s a pretty common issue; you may reset the Bluetooth connection in the phone, “forget the network” on p22, reset the watch, and then set up again from the scratch - turn Bluetooth on the phone, open app, add p22 device and confirm all the pairing requests and allow notifications.
Or you may try to get in your phone settings, find the app options and turn “allow notifications”, however I would recommend reset and then set it up from the scratch.
Let me know how you get on with it, and if you had any success setting that up. If you’d struggle, let me know too, we’ll figure it out.

Normalerweise würde ich empfehlen, die Uhr und die Bluetooth-Verbindung zurückzusetzen und dann alles einzurichten (wie bei der Ersteinrichtung), was normalerweise das Problem behebt.

How do you use the blood pressure
Hi. The BP has to be triggered manually from the watch’s menu (as in the video),
If it’s not triggering or stops with an error, that would mean you may have tighten the strap a bit - or sit still, for the time the BP being measured.
Btw. At the time we made the video, I wasn’t able to confirm the accuracy of the BP measurements.
I love this watch but I don’t know how it happened but the brightness setting has been turned down so much I can’t find the icon to change it!!!! Any help would be appreciated, I can change the home face settings on the app but nothing is mentioned for brightness
Hi. If you’d swipe from the main screen (from the top), this should get you to the screen brightness shortcut.

Unfortunately there’s no calibration option (BP, SpO2 or HR) in these watches. Hope it helps.

No, you can't. This is very basic watch with closed architecture.
You'd need to look up the wearOS watches (fossil, Garmin, ticwatch, Samsung, etc) or watchOS (Apple watch), to get the downloadable apps.
How do I switch from military time to regular time. I having trouble syncing my watch to my iPhone.
Hi. To change the time format (24h to 12h), you’ll have to go to the app -> device -> others -> time formats.
If you got any struggle with syncing, I’d suggest full factory reset of the watch.
If you’d decide to do so, first you’d need to go to the app -> device - here you’d have to “remove device” (or unpair). Then in your phone-> settings-> Bluetooth, tap on watch connection and press “forget network”.
Now full reset of the watch. Once done, make sure the Bluetooth is turned on in iPhone.
Open the app -> device -> add device - find p22 on the list, tap it and confirm all the pairing requests, allow notifications, etc - everything that will pop in on your iPhone.
This should solve any sync/connectivity issues. It works for majority of smartwatches.

hi. you may check out the 'notifications' tab within the companion app, make sure you got all the relevant notifications turned on. If this won't work, please make sure your phone allows sending message notifications (during the initial setup of the watch, when you pair it for the first time, the app asks for permissions for pairing and then for the notifications). Trying to connect it to my daughters phone, but it's not finding it through the app... but it shows up on her Bluetooth. Is there any way to connect it to the app?
Hi. You’ll have to reset the Bluetooth connection. In the phone->settings->Bluetooth - you’ll have to find the smartwatch on the list and click “forget the network”. Eventually after that, turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth in your phone.
Now, open the app and go to “device” (add device), click it, confirm the pairing requests, allow notifications, etc etc. that should do the trick, regardless the phone type.

Hi. If the watch doesn’t turn on when you press and hold the button, - or when it’s plugged to the charger, it indicates its faulty.
It could be faulty charging cable.
In either case, I’d suggest to get the refund.
I bought one about 1 month ago. I like your explanation, the only thing it is hard to change anything on it. I have to press real hard to change programs. I can't get it to go back to the usual style when you can see time and all the other things. I am only getting the the one with weather which is very small for me to see.Lena

do you mean, you can’t go back to the original watch face? - in the app (HeroBandIII), in the device tab, you got the original watch face which shows time, date, bpm, steps and kcal (I think it’s called “dial 2” there).
As for screen responsiveness, not sure what may help with it, I’ll check on my Mrs’s watch if there’s any possible solution to it and will come back to you,

Hi Susana, the EXERCISE screen suppose to show the total time, calories and HR for the exercises done.
Same as STEP screen shows the total steps for a casual steps count and for exercises steps combined.
This screens (or features) are just a summarisation of all daily activities.

Hi. If it doesn’t show the weather, I would suggest to reset the watch, reset the Bluetooth connection- and then set it up “from scratch” as a new p22 device - but make sure you’ll confirm all the pairing requests and “allow notifications”.
This way everything from your phone will be pushed into the watch.

Hi. I think, you'll have to set up the watch with the phone & app again, from the scratch. First, in the companion app, get to 'device' tab at the bottom and click 'remove device'.
Then, in your iPhone go to the -> settings -> bluetooth - then find your P22 and click 'forget the network'.
Then make sure you got Bluetooth turned ON in your iphone, open the HeroBandII app and click on 'add device' (connection and pairing have to be done only via the app). Once added, just confirm all the requests, e.g pairing request, allow all notifications, basically you'll have to confirm everything that pops up.
then, In the app, go to 'Me' tab at the bottom, then pick 'health' - here you got sharing the data from the watch with your Apple Health app.
All should work like a charm now. Let me know how did it go, if you'd struggle, we'll find out how to sort it out. So no worries.

Hi. Unfortunately, there are only 3 alarms and can’t add any extra ones.
I tried DaFit app (compatible with p22 too), but looks like the amount of alarms is being determined by the p22’s OS. Again, there are only 3 alarms..

What I want to know is do I have to use the app in order to track BP, HR, Exercises etc? Reason being, I am getting conflicting data when I use the watch alone. Hi. Have your leaflet and your mobile phone handy. If you got the iPhone:
1. Open the Camera app from the Home screen, Control Center, or Lock screen.
2. Select the rear facing camera. Hold your device so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder in the Camera app. Notification should popu up on the screen.
3. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.
If you got Android phone:
1. Check to see if your Android phone supports QR code scanning. Not all Android phones come with this ability.
2. Open your scanning app (Bixby, QR Code Reader, Samsung Optical Reader, etc),
3. Position the QR code. Remember, the code’s corners should be fully visible in the scanning window.
4. Choose the correct option. The app should then provide a pop-up option to take an action based on the QR code.

How do I reset steps?
Hi. The total steps count resets daily at midnight.
You may use the walking sports mode, as an indicator of steps, however it will be added to the total daily step counts - and will reset automatically at midnight.
There’s no way to reset the step count manually though. Unless you’ll do the full reset of the watch.

Hi. You may try the alternative app called “Da Fit” - it works exactly the same as HeroBandIII. There are HeroBandII, VeryFitPro and HeroBand6 apps but I can’t confirm if these would be compatible with your P22
Since I haven’t got any iPad handy, just two android tablets (where the app works), I can’t really find any other alternatives for iPads.

I just got mine, band is too short for my thick wrists. I have a twist tie to hold it on and everything works well, It was easy to bind vial the Hero III app. Unfortunately I am having a hard time finding a watch strap that goes to 9.75".

Hi, no worries, someone asked me before about slightly longer straps recommendations - I found some leather straps which is around 10” in circumference, pls check this one: amzn.to/3hhsaEh (Amazon UK) or amzn.to/362wJ08 (Amazon US).
There are nylon straps up to 10.5”: amzn.to/3jtOqxw (amazon US) or amzn.to/3jwtIwX (amazon UK), hope this will give you a starting point. When you’ll browse, pls keep in mind that your P22 lug’s size is 20mm, and it’ll be fine.

As for the stride length, I’m afraid, it’s not customisable neither via the app or in the watch. I’ll have to check the other compatible app called “DaFit”, and I’ll let you know.
The stride is being calculated basing on your entered height (you entering that information in the app / profile), basically it multiplies your height by 0.41 to find an approximation.
You may eventually change your height value in the profile, this will affect the stride length.

Stride length is customizable in the app. Click on the person icon in the lower right corner of the app. This takes you to your profile. From there click on the profile tab. Once in the profile tab you will see the last option is "step length". You can set your personal stride length right there.

Hi. Unfortunately no. Even linking the device won’t let you use your phone contactless payment feature.
For payments (feature called NFC) you would need a smartwatch with OS ecosystem, for example fossil gen 5/gen 6, ticwatch pro, Apple Watch, Fitbit Versa3, possibly garmin vivoactive, and a few more. Hope this helps,

How do you set the sleep tracker? Mine doesn’t start tracking my sleep until between 2 and 3 am...
I am having a problem with charging, I am getting it to connect it is saying charging but that is all, but it is not charging.
Hi. Usually when any smartwatch is t charging when plugged, I would suggest to check the charging port (pins) at the back of the watch.
But in this case, when it says it’s charging - please try to turn it off and the back on and try to plug it to the charger again.
Another possible reason, the usb hasn’t got sufficient power e.g 5V 0.5A, try to plug the charging cable into smartphone charger, see if it solves the issue.
If all these hacks won’t work, there’s only one thing to do - contact customer service and ask for replacement/refund.
