I am from Poland and the traditions of Easter baking date back to the Middle Ages. Poland is famous for its cheesecakes, apple pies, gingerbreads, mazuki, pirniki and poppy seed cakes, and you can rarely find sękacz anymore - it is a specific cake baked on a rolling pin over a fire and glazed layer by layer, sweet with a smoky flavor. After the holidays, we make a poppy seed cake for the New Year. There are different versions, but we make them mainly from poppy seed mass and covered with dark chocolate. We eat it chilled and drink coffee while watching a New Year's concert from Vienna - we have had this ritual for years.

Just for some advice really I’ve recently quit my full time job to start my own biz but it’s not always an easy ride 😅so I wondered if you could share your experience / words of wisdom for your working life / career / making you passion your full time etc.
