With the jellies, apart from the amount of pectin, maybe they needed boiling to a higher temp so the sugar sets harder? I don’t know, just a guess, I’m not an expert 😅
Your recipe for the jellies needs to have exactly how much pectin without guessing. Also a candy thermometer would probably have helped. ❤ With the raspberry caramel thing....you crushed the biscuits too far. 🙂 Next time you slice Nougat or anything that sticky really, spray some cooking spray or seed oil on your knife first after each cut OR you can dip it in ice water. 🙂 Did you ever try the raspberry almond fruit jellies with the actual proper ingredients instead of the jam you used? I'm sorry that one didn't work out. Lol I love almond. I really enjoy this series and your channel.
