How long should the x and y axis drag chain be for the 1500x1500?

Your videos have been great. I just finished putting together the mechanical portion. Any chance we will see the wiring video soon?

Thank you very much for these videos. They make the installation very easy. I have a question. How long does the drag chain need to be for the 1500x1500 machine?

I just bought this, is there any suggestion where I can get a tutorial on how to program settings with xpro v5 controller
    or what software is needed

Currently their wiki is the best resource but I'm working on a video right now for the xpro v5!

@@IllDoItMyself Ok thanks, I think it will be easier and perfect if there is a tutorial from you. I have gone to the kw wiki but unfortunately I don't understand if it is only based on theoretical sources not visually. So I will be waiting for your video. Please and thank you

I looked at the Queenbee Pro complete kit and was impressed until I saw how much the shipping cost was. The kit was under $1,600 fully decked (in my opinion) but the shipping cost to get in a reasonable amount of time was between $700 and $800. Shipping is ridiculously outrageous to the point I'm not ordering it.

Yes sadly covid has really hurt the shipping prices. Originally it was round 200 in shipping

@@IllDoItMyself I don't buy the covid excuse for different reason but my main reason is it is just a convenient excuse to charge more for shipping. Boats, planes, trucks and such aren't subject to covid only the people loading, unloading and driving them. Anyway, the shipping brings the price about equal to other machines I have looked at and they are beyond my budget as well. I will say at this time, this one is at the top of my list and without shipping did fit my budget. By the time it fits my budget with shipping, there will be something else available that I probably won't be able to afford. I have a toy 3018 that I outgrew about 5 minutes before I turned it on. I'll keep researching and dreaming.

I just feel that machine is not as good as it shows. 2 notes 1- the mechanism of the movement is totally relying on 2 Plastic nuts on each axis. CAN you imagine if you use servo motor on this machine??? The plastic nuts controlling the movement will melt away. 2- The 8MM Acme lead screw on 1500mm machine is a VERY bad option!!! it whips and dances when you are in Half speed not even full speed. The worst is when it moves it causes the Y access to stall a tiny bit at certain times. They should upgrade those 2 issues then we have a good machine. also the electronics is not as good ..confusing. I USED BUILDBOTICS CONTROLLER. Check it out its so easy to set and operate.
