Great how to video. I started a Bible so I could follow along with each step. My first one, “LifeHacks Bible”. I chose Archival Ink “Forget-Me-Not” which is basically turquoise. It looks terrible! It made the green in the Bible look more green. So, now I am searching for another color to add on top to give it a greenish/turquoise color. I knew the Bible looked somewhat green, but I held it under my tru-color lamp and it showed as more turquoise. I did get ink on the first page along the top edge even though I had it firmly held down. Did you have that issue at all! Thank you for your step-by-step; I love these type of video’s that you produce! 💜

Hello Cat, I have a question with regards to the metallic pink. Does the Bible that you applied metallic pink, by default, does it have a gilding to it?
You can have it sent off to someone who can do it. But...but I haven't checked into it. I've only heard there it's someone that can add gilding to your Bibles
Not sure you'll see this comment on such an old video, but did you have any issues with getting the shimmer on your fingers after using this bible over time?
Delicate makes a nice shimmer gold and silver. You might have to order it. If you need help finding it please let me know and I will see about getting you some.

It comes with white pages I added the pink
Im lefthanded..it might be harder for me to do that..unless I flip my bibles upside down🤔🤷♀️
Yeah you can do that just try out first oh you can even test it out on a old book or journal if you want👍

No shimmer at all over time when it's nice & dry
Have you tried doing a bible with white edges? Would you do gold or silver first, let it dry overnight, then do the other color?
