One early game trick I like to make use of is a toolbox as a filter with an andesite funnel by filling the slots with the allowed items to filter upto 8 at once without using any brass. perfect for automatically dumping waste products and storing useful materials!
For anyone who sees this, my method for starting world is: 1. Mechanical press 2. Mixer (for more efficient alloy) 3. Drill, fan, millstone and toolbox for infinite iron and flint
@@jensenadams8072 item filter, if you set it to only take flint and iron nuggets and connect an andesite funnel to it with a fan washing gravel into it, it doesn’t accept the gravel but will accept the flint and nuggets when they get washed and blown into it
Thank you for this! I’ve just started my first survival world with create after tinkering with it for a week in creative. I really lacked a sense of what to do first- thanks!
This video is actually really helpful… most of the create “beginner tips” are wayyy to advanced and my friends aren’t really helpful in getting me started with the mod, so thank you!!!
Well thank you very much, because I've been watching other create tutorials that've thought me that this is an interesting mod I have absolutely no use for since they're industrial production oriented. And then, you appear in my feed and show me extremely useful and comprehensive contraptions to suddenly care and want to learn more about a mod that could actually be fun and useful for my exploring/apocalypse plays. And now, if you excuse me, I'm gonna watch more of your videos.
Started playing a create mod pack couple days ago and your tutorials help way better than all the other ones I’ve seen , would you be able todo a tutorial for the drill miner just a basic one , I built one but it stops within 3 blocks so need a better one
Many modpack makers change recipes around. That's why most people recommend using a mod that gives you access to _all_ the recipes right from the start. Something like JEI (Just Enough Items) or their equivalents that shows all available items plus a search bar whenever you open your inventory.
Just want everyone to know that it took me nearly an hour to figure out that i can't make andesite alloy. which is needed to make the shaft. which is needed to make the water wheel. why? because i don't have minecraft create mod. in order to get the mod, i will need to download either Forge or Fabric or ATLauncher, or the numerous other mod launchers out there, apparently and needlessly, there appears to be hundreds to choose from, but i know of Forge because it is from curseforge and supports one of the map mods i already had been looking at. I hope it supports this mod, even though i haven't yet installed it. I will say that just getting a map viewer to work forced me to cycle through 3 different ones because the first one only loaded up java maps, of which i only had an old demo map, and the other didn't work at all, and since minecraft for some strange reason installs some things to the "%localuser%\appdata\local\packages\" and other into the "%localuser%\appdata oaming\.minecraft" folder it's just a huge confusing mess ANYWAY. so, thanks but no thanks. i just want to make some iron.
just wanted to say that, as a newbie to create, this extremely helpful.

Wow that’s a great idea, I’m going to try it.

THANK YOU FOR THIS i cant wrap my head around create and these really helped ;-;
For those who find this video helpful, the in-game create function of holding down W while hovering over a block in the JEI menu is even more helpful.
Love how you start off every video in a different room, and it always looks so cute!
I have to admit, that tutorial was very beginner friendly and u got some smooth voice! You thought about doing some audio-books? Thx for the video

why were you watching a tutorial for a mod that you don't have installed?
It's wild how stupid a person can be and then decide to tell everyone about it
