I made some baby backs today on the pellet grill using your Sweet Red Dirt rub and they were a hit! I'm looking forward to trying this one on the Jr. I like the foil ball trick.
Ok. Those look amazing. I’ve saved this video and plan to give that a go. And here’s a request for u. The joe jr (or tiny joe as my son calls it) is the only KJ that still uses the felt gasket and hinge mechanism of the earlier KJ models. U can still find videos out there of how to replace the gasket, but what I can’t find are videos on how to adjust the dome (lid) after gasket replacement so it sits evenly on the new gasket. Would love it if u could tackle that. There are still some of us out there with OG KJs and could use some help. Thanks!
That sauce looks fantastic! Thanks for the recipe👍😊
Thank you, it's seriously so good!

That's awesome, so glad to hear it was a hit! Yeah, the foil ball definitely helped in the beginning.

Hello! It would be nice if we can see also in the videos how you have set the air flow in your kamado to achive that temperature.
Thanks for watching and suggestion. Check out my start here Kamado Joe playlist with videos on this exact topic.
