I'm on day 3 of running 1-2 miles a day and you make me so excited and motivated. I surprised myself running 2 miles today without stopping and if I get to 3 miles I'll literally kill myself from excitement lol
If you get to 3 miles sign up for a 5k! You'll feel so amazing after you complete your first one, I love them!

Seriously,how do ya’ll run that far? I’ve been trying to work up to running and I’m not kidding when I say that the longest stint was 2 minutes. I can’t even do 1/4 of s mile😩

Wow, theres a difference🙂 I run daily about 2 or 5 miles. It was hard at 1st during the first month (February 2020) then it got simple. Its March so I'm running 5 miles 🏃♀️ it got easy along the way and my pace is good 10 minutes per miles. Before it was 21 minutes per mile so huge improvement 🙂
Wow, the difference of your stomach was so huge! So proud of you! I'm doing a 30 day journaling challenge. Since I started working (at an American themed diner here in Sweden) I don't have much energy to be on my feet more than I have to, with twins and the house to take care of. It was really cool to do this. You could do some kind of artistic 30 day challenge!

thanks for sharing my girls and I started more of trying to lose weight and get healthy. I haven't done a lot of running but I have walked everyday since May and im feeling great. The best of all this is seeing results for my girls and I. We are going to continue on our journey to a better life style. Keep up the great work and just subbed to your channel.

I have been walking and running 3.5 miles a day and ran three 5ks the past month and I am with you - it makes me feel better afterwards and when I get done I feel like I accomplished something. I need to work on diet and that’s my next step and I am with you - thinking about cranking it up to 6 miles a day. I want to lose 10 lbs! I am soooooo proud of you and followed your work and you look great!!!

I'm really proud of you for sticking with it & accomplishing your goal! I'm so glad it has come with a ton of benefits too. I'm also starting to concentrate on eating better post-baby. I started tracking with the MyFitnessPal app, just to get a feel for how much i'm eating and what areas I need to focus on. I hate diet culture and am pro "all bodies are good bodies"...but I also hate that my clothes don't fit, so I see this as a necessary evil. I'll look forward to following along with you as you keep training & start focusing on improving your diet.

I’m starting to enjoy it I’m on week 3 now and I’m surprised I am doing it and loving it and yes my house is getting better too! I also have three kids. So I take the older one with me sometimes or go to the park and run around them lol. Whatever works. Thanks for your video!!!

I am now on day 21 (the supposed habit making number) of no longer vaping, cut out that strangling nicotine! Woohoo, go me! This is the last day I have written on my calendar about it, cuz it is now no longer a thing due to that 21 number, apparently. I still feel like I am missing something but it is a lot easier.
I also am still jogging for 7 minutes in my house cuz it's over 100 degrees outside. I am doing this 6 days a week. I want to do yoga 6 days also but it has been 1-3 times a week instead. Need to figure out a good habit with that.
Also I'm meditating! and I AM managing this habit every day, so far since the beginning of summer. So zen 😊.

You are so right about being organized both mentally and physically.. I’ve only made small changes to be more active and eating a little healthier and I am feeling these same changes. Other people have stated that they have noticed the difference on my appearance... although I haven’t seen a huge difference.. Lol. So I’ll keep going and I know you will too☺️♥️💛💙❤️💚💜

This has been so inspiring. I started doing the barre workout and trying to "eat better". If you start diet changes I'd love to hear about it! It's so hard to "eat better" when you're balancing kids. So many are picky eaters. Well done!

Anyways, I love your videos and you've really inspired me and this particular video I felt spoke directly to me. I've been overweight for a long time, I got 2 kids, my oldest has health issues, I started to get a lot of health issues, and my husband is in the military so he's never here. I'm stressed lol. I've been on a weightloss journey for a few months now, it started with the Whole 30 program (a strict food diet for 30 days). And I actually completed all 30 days and lost 20 pounds in one month doing it. Now that the 30 days is over my husband has no interest whatsoever ever to keep eating healthy lol. I still do breakfast and lunch and then cook what he wants for dinner when he's home.
But you've inspired me to keep going, even when things are hard. And I really just wanted to share that with you and to say thank you for your awesome videos.

Watching your running challenge has been a lot of fun. I've worked as a running coach and the dropout rate for clinics is depressingly high, so congratulations on sticking to your schedule and reaping the benefits of improved fitness in your day-to-day life. I look forward to seeing you take on a marathon (or any distance) in the future.

If you are interested in another challenge...I started yesterday drinking half my body weight in ounces of water or unsweet tea daily - also I can share my allowed and not allowed food chart. Basically NO processed sugar and NO starches. Let me know...I’m happy to share!

Your next challenge should be eating in a calorie deficit for a month. An easy way to calculate your deficit is multiplying goal weight times 12. The app I use to track calories is called lose it!!
You can eat what ever you want as long as you’re in your calories and you will lose weight guaranteed!
I'm a lot further along the baby game than you - I had my last one 16 years ago, but it took me until 3 years ago to try to improve my health. I started running using the Couch to 5k, but was half-hearted with keeping it up. Then last year I wastold I had high blood sugars and was almost obese, so I gave myself a kick up the butt and took responsibility for it. I am now training for a 10k, I really enjoy my running, am running regularly, walking lots more, and have seriously altered my diet in regard to sugar intake and snacking (I was a serial boredom snacker!). I feel so much better in myself, feel more able, and more in charge of my life, as well as several pounds lighter! I wish I'd thought more about my wellbeing 16 years ago, but having the children around was always an excuse, along with running the home and child minding from home too. I don't make excuses any more. Well done to you for completing your challenge, and good luck with the marathon training.i remember how it felt when the children were young, and although it's a magical time watching them grow and develop, it's exhausting as you cater to all their needs. It's so important to do something for yourself, to keep feeling like YOU and not just Mum. All the best x

Hi lady! New subscriber here! I’ve tried numerous times to pick up running, and it never sticks. I usually start with the couch to 5k app, but again...nada. What was your plan to run a mile? Were you able to hop (I mean run) right into a mile, or did you have to build up, or take breaks? Also, I know stretching is encouraged before/after, but I’m always so lazy about it. Do you stretch before/after? If so, for how long?

She’s gotten me to where I’m at now training for a marathon which is something I NEVER thought I could do when I was struggling to run one mile. I pushed through the whole mile right off the bat even though I should have probably walked first. I do active isolated stretches before running which I also got from Alysha at WhatRunsYou. What kicked off me running a mile a day was just being really frustrated with my health and fitness or lack thereof and I just had to start somewhere. Keep me posted on your progress. It’s super rewarding! Just make sure you do it in a safe way approved by your doctor of course 🤗

I'm so friggen proud of you!! For you!! When I was having my babies (5) my husband was gone alot (Army wife) so I couldn't do things by myself. I would incorporate them into workouts. Ex. Laying on my back and lifting them with my legs and feet (they were Superman basically) and that worked on my arms, legs, stomach etc.. And they loved "playing" with mommy and would nah me to get off my a$$ and do it.

I had a baby 1 year ago today. I am so ashamed of my body. I went from being 89 lbs to 138 and I am going to try running to get back to a healthier weight.
@R MAN I was 16 when I weighted 89 pounds. Im currently 20 and have already gained more weight than what I orginally commented. I'm only 5 foot tall so I feel like 140+ pounds is very unhealthy and overweight for me.

Hey Im on my weight loss journey also. I suggest using sun screen when running because if you don't aging can happen earlier. Also if you have 3 teaspoons of apple cider every day then it makes you have more energy and also it stop all the bloating. please use these tips and let me know if it helps, have a good day Miss.
