Yeah he’s a lot smarter than I would have thought. Never thought he was dumb but he really took advantage of some situations that came his way. Glad he’s doing well
I love seeing ice happy again, and embracing his past and enjoying life, i was born in 1980 i seen his incredible rise to the top and sadly all the bs that brought him down, i remember early 2000s how he was bitter and hated ice ice baby didnt want to even be attributed to it, was embarrassed of his past, and now he sees how important that song and himself was to millions of ppl worldwide, and actually shares in the feeling of most his fans from that era that we wish we could go back to them days, he reminds me of mike tyson witb all the quotes and wisdom hes learned over the years, ice is the man, word to ya motha

No offense to the interviewer at all, but what I love so much about this interview is that the camera stays on Rob the entire time. I love seeing his facial reactions while the questions are asked. Great interview with a very intelligent and talented Vanilla Ice

Loved this interview & his perspective. I love ppl that think outside of the box & he has a different perspective of life. I definitely needed to hear the story of the 100 yr old teaching him not to take life so serious & just enjoy it. I need to be better at that. Thanks V Ice & Vlad!
Watching this interview makes me wanna go buy a Vanilla Ice record even though I have heard it a thousand times, just because he’s so real and laid back. Props to him, glad he’s doing well.
Ahhhhh, he dodged a few questions , literally saying he knows too much and didn’t want to comment further, never answered how many homes he owns. Over all it was a vague interview. Longest interview that didn’t answer specifics.
I grew up in Dallas as a bboy, hip hopper, break dancer and mobile dj with Vanilla Ice - same age - same city. I had mad respect for Ice as a rapper and dancer. Before he was world famous. I banged his songs and made dance floors hop every damn weekend. D.O.C., Ron C and Vanilla Ice were all famous rappers and all from my town. We were the very first school of hip hop - 1978 to 1989. Mad respect to the entire hip hop culture still today. Word!
Rob is a great and talented person. Great interview to show the many layers that a successful person has to go through. And yet can smile and look at the positive to lift instead of the negative that will drag you down. Thank you for being you and inspiring us on looking for sucess within us.

Much love and mad respect for taking the time to help correct some of these crazy misconceptions ❤️❤️
Great interview, rob is awesome. The way he was able to pivot his life from hip-hop to construction, home remodeling was pretty awesome. And still doing tours.
I used to listen to TO THE EXTREME multiple times a day. I think I still know every word to that whole album. HAVIN A RONI was probably my favorite back then.
Now, i had no idea he's still putting out music. Good for you Ice.
💪🏻🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
He said "I'm friends with 2pac!"
2pac lives!!!
Honestly though this was an amazing interview full of wisdom and Ice is clearly a very smart man.
After watching this full interview, I know that I will be returning to watch it often. Excellent!
This guy seems like a good dude. By his nature he exposes the hatred in many people's heart.
No one can hate on Vanilla, to own his publishing and buying off his samples...
DAMN!
MUCH RESPECT, and thank you for making a classic wedding song!
Yeah he’s a lot smarter than I would have thought. Never thought he was dumb but he really took advantage of some situations that came his way.
Glad he’s doing well
I think there’s some things to “hate” on him for, but overall it wasn’t his fault he was dumb kid in a big world he didn’t understand
@@vlogily8043 not a legitimate reason to hate him though. We all make mistakes and we all will continue to make mistakes.
Dope interview 💯. I remember bumping Vanilla Ice as a kid back in 1990.
Highly successful businessman who respects everyone who has helped him. Respect
Top 5 BEST interview here on VLAD TV
What a great guy...well spoken. Very impressed ❤
He even remembers events from 30 years ago very clearly and chronologically. Smart dude
A great liar..

Love his perspective on life. Get you a team, get what you can get of it and don't stress too much ( easier said than done ) but it can be done. Blessings to everyone and happy holidays 🙏🏿
Couldn’t stop watching this interview. Thank you Vlad!
This is one of the best interviews I’ve ever watched. Before this Ice was corny and dumb too me but now I see he was just someone playing his role in entertainment and beginning the snowball effect to amazing life no one could even fathom to recreate. Love!
an interview I didn't know I wanted to hear so badly
He's a deep Guy his energy is real this interview was needed for the people to understand him Respect
Definitely one of my favorite interviews. Hell, I'm going to watch it again and write down the name of those books.
To this day I still quote Ice Ice Baby in various situations, I remember the video cycling on MTV! I was 19 ... Love it! Damn, still feels like yesterday all this came about. So happy to see that Vanilla Ice is still doing great and has such a beautiful soul and family. What an inspirational interview thanks to both of you!
One of the best, most fascinating interviews ever on Vlad. I was a young girl when Vanilla Ice came out. This interview did him so much justice - very intelligent, amazing human being🙌
So very cool. Vanilla was one of the first LIVE acts on Top of the pops here in the U.K. What a legend. Looks as good now as he did back then. Kindest regards, Richard U.K
Great interview. Glad to see the evolution of Vanilla Ice. Interesting and inspiring
Loved vanilla ice as a kid love vanilla ice as an adult. Give this man his flowers 💐
If you can't listen to this man talk and learn something about life, then you need to figure it out. So much respect for this guy. Thank you Vlad for giving this man the platform.
What a good dude, first cassette single I bought at 10 years old, my love for rap started with Vanilla Ice, would love to meet this guy some day.
This man’s the realist, most honest, humble artist and human of our time.
I'm looking forward to his next interview. Some amazing stories to tell
Great interview . Ice is legend ,a very wise man indeed . His experience is fascinating. Big respect to Ice and Vlad ,thank you ...
This is the best interview This year. Thanks Vlad. Vanilla Ice kept it as real as possible. I watched this interview from beginning to end.
ROBERT IF YOU'RE READING THIS THANKS FOR THE GREAT CHILDHOOD I'M NOW 46 AND STILL RIDING STRONG WITH YOU AND YOUR GREAT MUSIC NOW ONLY IF I COULD AFFORD A HOUSE BUILT BYE YOU THAT WOULD BE AMAZING AND AFTER HEARING YOUR LIFE STORY ANYTHING IS STILL POSSIBLE. WISHING YOU THE ABSOLUTE BEST FOR 2024 AND THE FUTURE TO COME MY MAN. APPRECIATE YOU BRO.
Keep on trucking outlaw life ...AND you forever in love with a dude who had ONE hit . A dude who embarrassed himself left and right during your childhood . Outlaw life ? ..Robbie renovates houses and spends half the year downplaying being hung out like mistletoe by Suge. I DARE YOU TO NAME VANILLA'S FOLLOW UP SINGLE TO ICE ICE BABY ? You probably suck nuts for trump too. These White boys are hilarious nowadays.
Watch out Ice ... you've got a Stan eyeing real estate near you.
ALRIGHT HERE WE GO, THE WHOLE INTERVIEW IS HERE, WELCOME TO VLADTV!!!! Vanilla ice, always a pleasure, until next time…. PEACE!!!!
I enjoyed this trip back to the ‘90’s. What an era! Ice ice baby is a classic!
THIS IS A WONDERFUL INTERVIEW. IT'S WONDERFUL THAT ALL THOSE FALSE RUMORS ARE CORRECTED BY SITTING DOWN AND TELLING HIS TRUTH. "VANILLA ICE" IS SUCH A INTELLIGENT MAN, I HAVE SUCH MAD RESPECT FOR HIM. GOD BLESS HIM AND HIS FAMILY1, ALL THE BEST TO HIM.❤
One of the most uplifting interviews from Vlad… lessons from Vanilla Ice for life
Truly amazing to actually hear REAL TRUTH of all of the misconstrued stories over the years.
Overall this is one of the BEST insightful interviews I have ever had the privilege of being able to watch!!!...Rob is surprisingly down to earth and humble...Vlad...WELL DONE!!!
I freakin loved this interview. 💜💜💜
VanIce and I go WAYYYYYYY back.
It's great to see him doing so well 💯
What an amazing interview! He's an amazing soul
Normally I would say the glazing from Vlad was crazy but Vanilla Ice kinda deserves the flowers
I perceive the same thing too
This is what we needed and glad I got to hear more on his career and what he has been doing since. More importantly his views and I much say he’s going down as a legend for sure. Got to love the humble and passionate ones
No offense to the interviewer at all, but what I love so much about this interview is that the camera stays on Rob the entire time. I love seeing his facial reactions while the questions are asked. Great interview with a very intelligent and talented Vanilla Ice
What an interview one of the best I’ve watched vanilla is one clever human being and tells everything straight
this man is so insanely wise and informative, thank you vlad!!!!
I loved his songs when I was a kid🔥🔥🔥🔥
what a legend! I sat next to Rob on a JetBlue flight, (NYC to Ft Lauderdale, around 2010) He was the nicest dude ever and had great stories. Took a photo with me after we landed. I just purchased the Platinum Rule. I have supported this dude since 1990!
Definitely need to do another interview. I love his attitude
Man this is the most humble guys vlad has ever interviewed
Absolutely phenomenal interview, Vlad. Thank you for reaching out to Ice and giving us this new perspective on the man, the rapper, the legend.
All the best for 2024.
Like it or not.. . He's a ICON.
Loved this interview & his perspective. I love ppl that think outside of the box & he has a different perspective of life. I definitely needed to hear the story of the 100 yr old teaching him not to take life so serious & just enjoy it. I need to be better at that. Thanks V Ice & Vlad!
I think this might be one Vlad’s best interviews.
Good for Vanilla Ice and his family!
Watching this interview makes me wanna go buy a Vanilla Ice record even though I have heard it a thousand times, just because he’s so real and laid back. Props to him, glad he’s doing well.
I'd buy ice ice baby single if it goes directly to Vanilla ice estate
Spotify bro
Mad respect for the man and the interview
Great interview. Ice has shared so many gems and moral of the story don’t take life so seriously.
Ahhhhh, he dodged a few questions , literally saying he knows too much and didn’t want to comment further, never answered how many homes he owns. Over all it was a vague interview. Longest interview that didn’t answer specifics.
I got a lot of new respect for Vanilla Ice. Dude is a really good dude and went through hell to get where he’s at.
What an amazing interview 🎉
And what an amazing guy.
I'll always have the most respect for vanilla ice
Robby, this interview was so Dope and Fresh Bro. I very much admire your drive-I love the house builds world you have developed-brilliant. Excellent to listen to your take on life.
Wishing you a continued, all the best!!
this is one the greatest interviews I have seen. Part stoic part business part poet!
I love this guy, he is right, no "White Rapper, Black rapper, Chinese, Latino rapper so forth" .... JUST RAPPER ...
Absolutely awesome interview, dowm to earth guy with a lengendary story that redefined history. The 90's were simple the best era to be a teenager in hands down.
I was in my ‘20s. It was a great decade.
@@hplifestylelessonsandfun9131 mid teens, to mid 20's for me & agree, a great decade.
Vlad we appreciate you. You're not a culture, you put out great content
Such an easy going humble man. Thank You for all the years of musical experience. we enjoyed the experiences.
