Comedian Tony Rock joined VladTV for an exclusive interview about his life and career. He talked about growing up in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, which was heavily impacted by the crack epidemic of the 1980s. As the younger brother of comedic legend Chris Rock, Tony recalled the challenges his brother endured due to bullying and racial hostility. After describing his relationship with Chris and Chris' success in show business, Tony explained his delayed entry into comedy. Throughout the interview, Tony Rock highlighted his career milestones, which included being a part of the main cast on Will Smith and Jada Pinkett's sitcom, "All of Us," hosting Jamie Foxx's "Apollo Live," and appearing in "Think Like a Man." The comedian also talked about brief feuds with other figures like Bow Wow and the late Charlie Murphy. Tony Rock also offered his thoughts on the infamous Oscars incident between Will Smith and Chris Rock. To hear more, check out the full interview above. - Розваги

Jada and Will didn’t boycott just bc Will didn’t get nominated. They boycotted for the exact same reason Tony doesn’t watch the Oscar’s 😵💫😵💫😵💫

It's VLAD. It would've been TEN TIMES worse if Tony was good friends with Tupac.

ALRIGHT HERE WE GO, THE WHOLE INTERVIEW IS HERE, WELCOME TO VLADTV!!! This is your first time here, so I wanna start in the very beginning. So you were born and raised in ___ how was it like in the 70's. So how do you feel about Will smacking Chris. Tha's how we're gonna end it, Tony Rock, always a pleasure, until next time... PEACE!!!

Great interview!!!!
Will Smith is in his Hancock era right now
Vlad such a fed and he don’t stop😂
Vlad Loves telling that story about Monique and her husband. He can’t wait to get to it in interviews lol. I love this show and this interview though!👍🏽😁
I’ve heard a shit load of Vlad’s interviews. Top 3 right here.
Great Interview 💯
Dope interview
This is fun to watch. Only thing is, Vlad, can you ask questions that are not about other podcasts? If people aren't watching other podcasts, they don't have enough material to discuss, and then they say they did their research or that they are a journalist. Thank you for interviewing Tony Rock, but I think there is more that can be asked. More family, development questions.
I do love this dude
More full life stories
I love this interview. This is one of the few positive interviews of a black family. But VLAD has a way to make people (not just black people) feel comfortable enough to discuss the criminal things that they did or doing.. Which makes him a great journalist in my opinion. Quit calling him the FEDS. These people are voluntarily saying these things. I learned a lot about the Rock family through this interview. Thank you VLAD and Big thank you to Tony Rock…!!!!!
Jada Kelly ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I'm With You Tony, You Are So Right About All Of This Interview. Great Interview 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I always liked Tony Rock‼️ Excellent interview ‼️🔥🎉🎉🎉🎉❤️🙂
Vlas is telling everyone about those Jada and will stories

B.I.B.L.E-Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth
He right on the money about 23 and me. Its more trickery.
They from Brooklyn and went to a all white school Chris got smacked and said wow
1:02:21 Rock 👋 discussion😂
Came through in the clutch, thanks bro..
29:22 "Because someone does something first and you don't do it because of that, you will never live life"
I missed out on a lot of life because my big brother did some everything first. It took me a while to realize
I hate when Vlad interviews somebody via somebody else. Vlad interviews Chris Rock via Tony Rock.
Man I feel, and understand the anger Tony has when he's talking about Will slapping his brother BIG DOGGIE 💯👣 I wouldn't care how long whenever I saw him it would be what it is BIG DOGGIE 💯👣
Gerritsen Beach .. not Garretson Beach. This is not far from Kings Plaza mall which is in Canarsie, Brooklyn off Flatbush Avenue. It is a very working class white neighborhood… The nicer area nearby is Bergen Beach or Mill Basin
Yo you da grammar and diction police or something 😂! Relax😅
@@d.cpro3751 yes it’s disrespectful to the people that call it home
First time I heard someone mentioned Vlad kids or babies
The Chappelle show was funny because Dave Chappelle played Rick James yes Charlie gave the skits but people remember Dave being Rick James
1:04:43 the timing of the interruption.
1:05:31 vlad with the jokes
Drew!!!!!
Tony Rock a real ninja. That shit about not being a person to count how much money another person is making, that me too.
On all of us when he was the Dirk bot! That man was hilarious.
I wish vlad would have asked him about will smiths manager saying something about him and Duane Martin 😂. But much respect how will put it down when he the EP.
Now I know why he roasted lavell Crawford so hard when he said he was rich off his brothers fame. He from bed stuy you talk some shit you know they gotta say something back 😂
Tony Rock is a Cancer like me… do cancers be remembering shit like that 🤔?
upn 😭😂😂😂😭😂😂😂
Chris Rock's brother ran to tattletell on me when I was supposed to open for him once. He didn't like how I promoted the show so he told his manager on me and had me kicked off the show and took money out my pocket. He wasn't gonna do anything to Will Smith. He just tried to eat off an incident that happened to Chris Rock.
Damn telling like a child is crazy 😂
tattletale is crazy
One side of the story, and can't say his name, how small of you!
@@SKing-tz3im he cost me some funds by being a diva about a small show, so yeah, I'll do as I please and don't have to mention his name if I don't want to. Did he block your funds? No. Okay, then you go be his friend.
Dear Vlad TV,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to propose an intriguing interview opportunity for your podcast. My cousin, known as Ghost, has an extraordinary story that I believe would captivate your audience.
Ghost spent 20 years in prison, a testament to his resilience and the transformative journey he has undergone. What makes his story even more compelling is his unique background as a white Crip from Denver, Colorado. His experiences provide a rare perspective on gang culture, race dynamics, and the challenges of reentry into society after two decades behind bars.
An interview with Ghost would offer your listeners a raw and authentic insight into his life, the decisions that led him to prison, and his ongoing journey of redemption. His story is one of survival, transformation, and hope, aligning perfectly with the gritty, real-life narratives that Vlad TV is known for showcasing.
Thank you for considering this opportunity. I am confident that Ghost's story would make for a powerful and unforgettable episode.
wu tang. .
Can't justify getting smacked on live TV n not doing nothing back 😮
My dad went to an all black school..5 white kids ..they did auditorium in the projection booth so they didn't get killed in Cleveland Ohio..
So ???
@kelseylee412 so what ?
He can only speak on what u say. What u say. Don't say n then he just a regular right. They got gangsta wrong. The meaning of gangsta. u can b a ninja wit no felonies n b straight gangsta. Like me. I'll put them hands on u n nice wit em, but I'll also squeeze if u bring that energy to me. Work. A job. Smart. Treat people the way i want to b trested or the way I would want other people to treat my parents. Cherish my Queen. My wife. Definition of gangsta to me. 4 boys so that's what I taught them. FYM
CAP CAP CAP CAP 😂😂😂
I love Louie because he likes to L jack in front of women he knows
Ooop
Mind games workplace relationships attitudes

23 and me facts don't believe it
Glad you lying Monique wanted to own the footage
Vlad yr research was off on this one....
Isn’t it weird that Chuck rock Chucked rocks
Charlie Rock.
Great interview....but that Chris Rock /Will Smith slap shit is played out. Who cares. Let Pookie fight his own battles. Whatever Jada and Will Smith does in they personal life is their business.
🌸🪄🌸
Vlad stop with those fake laughs
Lmao Im Bored Already! 🤣
I would love to see you and Lamar Odom to stand face to face, because that was so unnecessary. You don't like that he cancelled stop inviting him and move on. Wack for that.
Let it go! The Rocks keep reminding us of the slap and they ate off of it. It would be "no comment" or "next question" if the offense was so harmful. It seems that they are more offended by Jada than Will, who actually slapped Chris, which is weird in itself.
Did he mention it or was he asked
Finally lmao
