The library in Boston always creeped me out, especially as a kid. All those whispering voices with no one in sight, that void that filled the end of those book shelves.
Remember when Xbox 360/ ps3 kept getting better and better at first and thinking “Gaming in the future is going to be incredible” The sad thing is, the potential is there. We have the technology. But money hunger and selfishness has taken away from gaming now. It suuuuucks! Games were so much better back then!
Back when games weren't as complex and complicated to create and design, pal. Plenty of broken, buggy, unfinished games released back then, too, you know.
I love Project 8... I just don't like Tony Hawk's Proving Ground for the Wii, because you're forced to play with both the nunchuck & the controller at the same time.
@@TWIZZTHEWHIZKID That sounds like a terrible way to play. From an arcade style million point combo player that owns every title in the franchise, I just find those later entries, project 8 and proving grounds the weakest.
This brings me too much good memories. I remember when I was a kid and at vacations played Tony Hawk's games a lot with my cousin. Project 8, AW, all THPS, THUG, Downhill jam. We were really addicted in these games. Also after some hours of gameplay, we were used to skateboard irl. Real good times. These games influenced us to practice skate and we had a lot of fun in both ways!
As I sit here, at 2:35 am, bored among the youtube clutter, I find this gem on my feed. The utter nostalgia that this video has brought me. I remember the simple days when the hardest thing was nailing was those damn beaver blasts as Beaverhausen in the Australia missions. I remember getting my older brother so he could do them for me when I was a kid. Great times
For those who don’t know, there’s an additional destruction cutscene in Australia; iirc if you grind on the construction crane, it’ll drop the koala head and a car crashes into it sending it flying around and crushing the cop car.
This game has so many different activities and references and happenings that you can practically live inside it. As a child I spent hours unraveling every inch of the cities and to this day I don't know everything in it.
Most ridiculous and outrageous game ive ever played as a kid ever. Imagine being an "innocent" kid who didnt know about anything of this nasty world and then this culture shock of a game changed everything. Thank you Tony for this kind of experience.
Man, I used to play this game as a kid for hours and hours just skating around and I literally found all these just by accident lol crazy , I would never get lost & enjoy a video game to that degree now days
Dude this brought back so many memories, and all the different characters around u could use, like the guy on the bull and the wheelchair guy and all that 😩🤌
I was exploring this game on my own (there were no tutorials at those times))) So I'm really surprised I did't knew only 2 places in Boston + helicopter missiles trick at the end of the video) Thanks so much for that nostalgic feeling, I'm planning to replay it now))
Yoo I’ve been looking for this forever bro…grew up with this and for y’all real skate gamers who remembers Street Sesh on pc?? These games made my childhood
Very good video but most of these aren't really secrets are they? A lot of them have goals in them so you're required to find them to finish the game. Brings back so many memories. The Barcelona level made me visit the real life Parc Guell and Maremagnum bridge during my visit to Barcelona. Both stunning places❤
man imagine if police chase you by foot , then bycicle and then motorbikes depending on how much destruction you do and how well you perform during the runaway... This could be implemented for a future Skate or TH game
I just had my night made I remember all the years of memories this game brought me back I remember getting to the hell part and being beside myself even when I got the Mayan temple I was like WHAT THIS EXISTS after years of replays anyways thanks for this
star wars kid was an amazing reference for my ebaumsworld 4iq brain in 2005, ive never seen it online but there was a glitch (on the GameCube version) where u caveman onto the cannon wheel and superbounce, my brother and i would do for hours
That heaven and hell set of levels is wild. Never seen it before, and never would have. I despise that skate heaven level. so ugly and annoying, played it for like 2 mins then quit, Cool to see what happens if you follow through with it
The feeling of finding a secret interior inside a game when I was a kid was one of the best feelings ever
I'm your 100th like 🎉😎 this game is so amazing. I played it endlessly too.
@@spartanofevermore1
weirdo
This was a game I put so many hours in as a kid the nostalgia is real
The amount of time all THUG 1/2 players put in has to be phenomenal!!
I really hated the second one as a kid the first was just so gritty and dark imo
Me too man. I can say honestly I knew all of these places and things you can do lol.
Idem and now befor and now god game
Same bro
The memory of having a snow day and being so excited because I got to play THUG 2 all day is so vivid still. Absolutely loveeeee this game
Holy hell yeah dude
Holy shit yes!
oh yes
The library in Boston always creeped me out, especially as a kid. All those whispering voices with no one in sight, that void that filled the end of those book shelves.
Totally forgot about that and the guy dancing with the goat on his chair
Dude I felt some chill in my neck when I went there as a kid lmao
back when they made complete games

Exploring these secrets as a kid was sooo much fun a it just felt to mysterious!
too
I still feel the same excitement about this game all these years later, there was even one spot in Boston I never discovered
The best thing about the Tony Hawk series is that there is not one single best game. Its all about which one you grew up with. AW for me
There's terrible games though project 8 all the way to thps5 and the first 1+2 robomodo remake were completely terrible.
@@sp3cialed1 yea thats true though
Aw was the last top tier game they made aside from the newest 1+2 remake
I love Project 8... I just don't like Tony Hawk's Proving Ground for the Wii, because you're forced to play with both the nunchuck & the controller at the same time.

would love a remaster of both Undergrounds
Legendary
Bam and Tony reunion? Hmm
Big Dream
American Wasteland would be cool too. I'd love to see pro skater 1 and 2 remastered as well.
Until that day comes, we always have the next best thing: THUG Pro

This game was very well put together.
1:34 aight I knew about the room but didn't know you could break the TV, that's a level of detail I would've never thought to check
thought the same thing
For those who don’t know, there’s an additional destruction cutscene in Australia; iirc if you grind on the construction crane, it’ll drop the koala head and a car crashes into it sending it flying around and crushing the cop car.

This game has so many different activities and references and happenings that you can practically live inside it. As a child I spent hours unraveling every inch of the cities and to this day I don't know everything in it.
This game had more destruction and levelution than Battlefield 2042. Man life was good when this came out 😢
I gotta say I never knew about that hole in the fence in the Boston level
things like this used to make gaming so much better and fun
Always love old games for their secret we need more of this in modern games
Most ridiculous and outrageous game ive ever played as a kid ever. Imagine being an "innocent" kid who didnt know about anything of this nasty world and then this culture shock of a game changed everything. Thank you Tony for this kind of experience.
Ahhh my childhood
i miss this moment of my life.
I love the idea of a guy causing mass havoc and destroying things just so he can have more areas to skate it.
Loved this game so much. Unbelievable how vivid the memories are from watching this.
1:18 I think I found this on my own, it was amazing. My memory failed me and I thought you were meeting a person having a bath haha!

The memories of playing this on the psp 👏🏽

LMAO that Christ Air at 13:51 was perfect!
One of the best game of my childhood!
Yoo I’ve been looking for this forever bro…grew up with this and for y’all real skate gamers who remembers Street Sesh on pc?? These games made my childhood
My favorite Tony hawks game
Back when video games had creativity
Awesome vid dude, I've actually been uploading THUG2 gameplay recently! What a coincidence haha
Bro this is literally my favorite Tony hawk game to date 🤙🏾🤙🏾
Legit seen all of these so many times as a kid
Still sat n watched every bit
I regret trading this game to a friend back in the day in exchange for NFL Street 2. I need to play this again
I hope they will made a Tony Hawk game with a storyline again... It's seriously fun
I remember this game had the best graphics at the time. Loved the Tony Hawks series as a kid

Оо, THUG2 обкатал вдоль и поперек, крутая часть серии ТХ. А какой саундтрек - сказка!
I wish for a remake for this game :(

This game was one of the best games of my childhood. I remember spending so many hours and trying to discover and to do everything.
Ring of fire yuh I remember finding majority of these as a kid
This brings back so many memories of playing this game. Nice video
I watched this thinking I've put in hundreds of hours I won't find anything new only to realize the only one I missed was in the first level.
Was it the guy with the goat because that was the only one for me that I missed 😂
@@orionsbelt2962 the fence near the Tony hawk vert ramp, didn't know it teleported you.
Looks funner than most ps4 games
The first game I can say I explored and found almost all of these man
this is the only game that made me feel more closer to my happiest childhood moments
1:44 found this area on my own and it had me dying of laughter! Didn't realize the Star Wars kid was right next door. LMFAO
This has to be my favorite game on the nostalgia side
This is where time has stopped for the THPS games.
I think American wasteland was the last best one
man imagine if police chase you by foot , then bycicle and then motorbikes depending on how much destruction you do and how well you perform during the runaway... This could be implemented for a future Skate or TH game
I have NEVER seen any of these areas before legit, gotta find a copy of this game sometime again

Glad I didn't miss anything
This game had more free roaming than GTA, what a game as a kid
This game has been rinsed anyone around when it came out has smashed it and know 100%. Cor dear i can't believe what im seeing lol hahaha
I never actually thought about the fact that I've been to that train station dozens of times, if it's South station.
Need more games like this
Gotta love it. Skateboard games
Soundtrack was off the charts...Andre 3000 was dope
I never knew about a lot of these! I should see if I can't find this game again anywhere.
I may sound weird but i loved searching for the highest place just to fall and break my neck trying to mimic the Jackass movies

Amazing secret and hidden areas.
the generation we will never get remastered 💔💔💔😭
Man I missed playing this game in the game cube 😒 😑

13:37 - I would always choose "End of the World" or "Ring of Fire" to play on the soundtrack at this part. I miss this game so much.
I loved smacking a sticker on the wall
First Tony hawk was pretty good. And it was new. And one day Skate arrives on the market. I never come back on a Tony Hawk and will never come back
One of my greatest moments was when I was grinding into the library wit the shhhhhh..... was so epic
I remember finding some of these on the psp version 😭
Oooh, I remember this game. I remember playing the first one and punching that one dude in the face after he betrayed me.
Let me ask to you, how do i unlock the last part ( triangle )??? I've been already in hell part, but the fire portal doesnt work to triangle
Because what other game lets you skateboard in Hell?
It's been like 15+ years and still every time I see a Tony hawk game all I can think is "Fuck Eric Sparrow!"
People can talk trash about thug2 all the time, but this game just has peak level design
Love this game and thug 1
Never knew about that trapdoor on Triangle in the wall
can you do American wasteland next?
I still have the game and the GameCube
Miss all the cool peeps i befriended on this game.
I didn't know there was secret areas!
I hope they revamp this for ps4 and ps5 only so much to do on THPS1-2
i would give it all to have a remake for this like with THPS1&2
l remember playing this amazing game on one of the best consoles of all time. The Nintendo GameCube
This Video is childhood pure
I loved playing American waste land, one of my childhood friends gave it to me for my b day
