My favorite so far is an MMA champion that looks like Keanu Reeves in John Wick. He’s got a silenced pistol, ungodly melee, and he asked Bagley “How do I make friends?”
I found the best recruit is the Albion contractor (the ones that wear blue). They can pretty much go anywhere except clan kelly places with thier uniform, which doesn't look half bad (which you can toggle at any time btw, you don't even need to go back to a shop or safe house to change). They also can arrest people when performing a takedown (a pretty cool option), they have a gas mask so gas and smoke doesn't affect them, they also come with a shotgun, which can kill very easily. I also added a dedsec gun with all the upgrades which equips silencer, so I have a stealth option, and the gadget ability can pretty much be changed at any point outside combat. Albion contractor is the way to go bro.
@@Thefess no, they don't. They're pretty much the same, except for the gun, and that the contractor has a gas mask. I've been profiling many captains, never found one with any extra traits.

Death note in watch dogs legion, imagine if light had a profiler he could just check for a name write it in his death note wait 40 seconds and then they're dead
One of my fav. Recruits is the "aging hitman" he has the glass cannon perk, silenced mp5, and a light machine gun (I think) he can also has access to another automatic long gun. I like him, I also like the protest leaders too. I like to rally temp. Allies then go into restricted areas and fight the AI. The temp. Allies I have usually get owned by The ai..but it's still fun and helps cause a distraction to do my objective. The stage magician is also fun..you can turn one enemy into your ally. If you have that and the drone/turret betray hacks you can go into a restricted area and do your objective without firing a single shot. (Since the ai ally and the turret/drone causes a big distraction)
I am sticking with my pretty construction worker and her huge drone. The construction drone was most useful so far, since I prefer to sneak around instead of fighting

The whole point is to amass a team that has the skills you want or need for missions. The traits aren't random in the sense that instead of leveling up, you recruit and seek out those with the skills you want. You can do A LOT with the skills of an operative if you use you imagination and creativity. I was able to take down a secure barracks simply by using my spider bot to hack the cars in the courtyard and methodically kill every Albion guard with them by slamming the cars into the as they searched for intruders. All while my main operative chilling on the rooftop out of the way.
@Tim Dev You can get A LOT of what were normally advanced skills early on by spending time recruiting and approaching missions with a bit more creativity than in the last two titles. I was able to do stuff in the first 5 hours that normally took far longer in the past titles. Particularly in regards to hacking. Recruit the right skilled operatives and you can hack your way pretty far and fast. A lot of older game skills are in the tech upgrades, so seek out ways to upgrade tech as fast as you can. You can do some hilariously fun stuff with the tech upgrades.
Can you delete operatives you don't want anymore? Not necessarily thinking alot of people would want so soon in the game but it feels like a waste recruiting someone who turns out to be quite ineffective and then just takes up space. I'm also talking about this with the permadeath mode OFF.
