Remember how Cyberpunk was supposed to be this living world where npcs live out their daily lives? Well Watchdogs Legion actually pulled it off, not only can you recruit any npc but if you scan their profile it'll show ya their place of residence, occupation, know affiliates, hang outs, and even where their goin! It's pretty great, although I think they could have done even more, here's hoping the next Watchdogs will take things to the next level.
i love how im randomly walking the street then see 3 guys being handcuffed by albion soldiers, decides to save and free them not knowing that 1 of the guy is the husband of one of the female character im trying to recruit, she ended up joining us easy peasy hahahaha

This game wasn’t even on my radar but I decided to give it a shot since it came out on my bday. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I have about 23 hrs in and I have hardly done any of the main missions. The Deep Profiler aspect of this game is one of the most innovative mechanics in any game I’ve ever played. Granted, I use the deep profiler to stalk and kill rival gang members and their family members 😂...Not it’s intended use but extremely addictive. I kept putting this one married couple in the hospital and stalked them for like several days before killing them. The best games allow you to create your own fun 👌
The game is great I’ve ran into one of my female operatives boyfriends which was random and mind blowing. Then when playing as one of my male operatives, I ran into his uncle in a main story mission.
What people are not commending Ubisoft for is the “Nemesis” based system they made for the AI. I completely got caught off guard once I saw the “Revenge Mission” happened.

Good luck to ya mate! I am doing my first playthrough and since i tend to think 'fuck it i can take all of them at once' sometimes xD i chose to play it safe the first time and leave permadeath off. I would highly recommend that you take some time to build a big team. Right now i have 4 or 5 charachters, but i have over 20 saved as potential recruit, some of them still hate dedsec, but i have to say i've not been prioritizing recruiting missions at all. Next time i get on i'm gonna filter that recruit menu and add some new characters to my team.
This is one of those games where there's so many possibilities that these tips videos are gonna be SO helpful. I'm 18 hours in and haven't done a single mission the same way
This is actually the reason I love Ubisoft games. They give you tools beautiful world to explore, few pretty basic missions like go here, steal that, kill this etc and now its up to you how you gonna use those tools and items provided to your advantage. I remember in WD2 where you had to steal the Siska's car I didnt even went into the compound I just hacked everything remotely and at the end I hacked forklift and just push the van with the car out off the compound. Completely different experience from Rockstar where they always pulls these garbage on rails boring missions and get 10/10 while treating you like a fucking toddler who cant hold piss until they get to the toilet.
I actually thought it was really cool when I came across a person who I apparently beat up previously. They hated me. Knowing that all these characters have family kinda made me feel bad when I terrorized the city and blew up like 30+ cars in some wonderful chain reaction explosions.

Lol I tried the cargo drone bomber and I was spotted before I dropped the tanks Albion shot the tanks on my cargo drone and I started to crash but at the last second I jumped up the burning cargo drone and landed on a roof before it exploded, hats off to Ubisoft

There are a couple of things i notice as well, you don't really need to clear a district to get a spesific recruit. You can find them in the world if you lucky like me. I almost got 3 person specialised in drone on my team, 2 spy and 2 hacker on my team. And i got the beekeeper without clearing the boroughs or whatever its name is.
Love this game, wish online had better servers and more stuff to do, its so fun working as a team or failing like idiots lol And single player is cool and fast travel feels so nice snd cargo drones just yess, so many ways so many players so much. Only thing i dislike is cars arent like the other two games and i cant 3d print guns like watch dogs 2, but hey games still cool and unique just needs updating like it is doing
One of the many reasons I prefer the first Watch Dogs over the second one is because of how raw the gameplay is when it comes to infiltration and stealth. I'm not a fan of using gadgets in any stealth game; I prefer to use a suppressed weapon and good old movement. Am I able to play the entirety of Watch Dogs: Legion without having to use the Spiderbot and flying drones?
the best people i found to use where the one's wearing those internet classes they have a Shock drone in there arsenal that you can use any time u need to take out lot of guards think i used them mostly through the whole game made it a lot easier

I kinda like when the operatives get kidnapped the mission is fun and dont just get an Albion employee get an Albion and a Clan Kelley and make sure to get the combat spiderbot not just the normal one

The associate thing is not how u said really. If you deep profile recruit, just complete one of the investigations, I typ do first one, mark on map and alot easier and quicker then recruitment missions.

So I was playing for the 1st time and it was hilarious when I went up to a person to talk to recruit them but the yellow button wasn't popping up and I also didn't know what button to press yet so I accidentally hit her so I had to abandon her for now but I didn't know that a couple moments later I come across her that needs help.
I have the Ps4 version can anyone please tell me were the Autosave Icon is at is it when Bagley talks? or somewhere else. I know it is saving but I really want to know where it is so I do not accidentally turn the game off when it is saving Thanks!

Abilities only work with the operative you recruit. So your hitman would not get to dress up like an Albion employee. I think the unstated assumption is they come with IDs and the knowledge on how to act and not just a pretty uniform. The only things you can change are the two weapon slots and the one equipment slot. You can change them at any time except when in combat, chase, or stealth.
So from what we understand is when one character is in the hospital you can go break him out by using the paramedic or using another character I don't know if you'll be able to like in a hospital bed or whatever but I guess we'll figure out
I am an avid gamer yet never played a Watch Dog’s game before this (tried ‘em for 20 min and wasn’t interested) I am very glad I gave this game a 2nd chance after my 15 minute un-interested initial try out. I’ve been playing this game for a week straight and still haven’t even finished the 1st construction recruit mission lol….Gettin that tech for my spider bot and drones upgrades, Goin for $$$ so I can buy all the clothes possible (BIGGEST PUNK ROCK CLOTHING SELECTION I’VE EVER SEEN IN A GAME!🤘☠️🤘. Then trimming the fat from my ANONYMOUS CREW and delegating tasks to the right people….one thing I haven’t heard and been looking, how does “smart investor work? Is it just always on and when you pick up it’s more $? Or do they go and invest and collect profit some time during the campaign? Also, can you stack traits? If I have 4 smart investor am I making more $? If I have a couple lawyers or barristers will my crew never stay incarcerated for more than a few min? I don’t feel like going through trial and error to find out I just wanna play!! Someone enlighten me please
Honestly not too fond of the whole rerouting concept. It was a interesting idea, but the single character concept just feels much better for me. Watch Dogs 2, perfect example
Ok guys hear me out, what im about to say may sound crazy Dont drive, walk to things ,the city is alive driving only if its on the other side of the city, the immersion is actually pretty top notch
Bro I found out something new in watch dogs legion they added in secret doors that you can bash open which are covered with thin plywood and can be broken with melee attacks but create a lot of noise and they're marked with a red X which I think is a reference to rainbow six siege and is a good way to go around locked areas if you're in a rundown area of London which I found the sealed door in the Camden area when I took down Clan Kelly gang members but there could be more around London
For starters, there are barely any around the map, they are usually there just for getting into a puzzle room. And secondly, it could be a easter egg type thing for rainbow six siege, but it is very coincidental. I could be extremely wrong but oh well 😂
Anyone know what the background music playing is? Around 3 mins or so, sounds similar to the old school stuff John Carpenter did for stuff like Escape from New York or Big Trouble in Little China, only updated and with a little more orchestral feel, instead of pure 80s synth. my best tip is to recruit the albion guard who shows up in the big immigration thing near the start - he doesn't hate dedsec

Hell yeah, I would say that the most useful gadget is a invisibility gadget cause it allows you to insta takedown
when drone or spider is a must to compete a task they are conveniently available in the area

My tip for the best albion operator, is the captain! i managed to find one with the physically fit perk

I recruited a Contruction Worker before the mission to do it, and they just skipped the mission altogether, asking to me to use one I already had.
Damn associates and hitman-like disguise mechanism is really interesting. I want to play right away😭😭

Take out drones and turrets as fast as possible especially if playing on hard with permadeath on
Put the video on 1.25 speed and you’ll forget it was on 1.25 speed.
Or put it on 0.5 speed and I sound like I just chugged a six pack of beer.

So if you have a character in the hospital, can you take a different character and go find them in that hospital?

Is it just always on and when you pick up it’s more $? Or do they go and invest and collect profit some time during the campaign? Also, can you stack traits? If I have 4 smart investor am I making more $? If I have a couple lawyers or barristers will my crew never stay incarcerated for more than a few min? I don’t feel like going through trial and error to find out I just wanna play!! Someone enlighten me please

Honestly not too fond of the whole rerouting concept. It was a interesting idea, but the single character concept just feels much better for me. Watch Dogs 2, perfect example

Bro I found out something new in watch dogs legion they added in secret doors that you can bash open which are covered with thin plywood and can be broken with melee attacks but create a lot of noise and they're marked with a red X which I think is a reference to rainbow six siege and is a good way to go around locked areas if you're in a rundown area of London which I found the sealed door in the Camden area when I took down Clan Kelly gang members but there could be more around London
For starters, there are barely any around the map, they are usually there just for getting into a puzzle room.
And secondly, it could be a easter egg type thing for rainbow six siege, but it is very coincidental.

Anyone know what the background music playing is? Around 3 mins or so, sounds similar to the old school stuff John Carpenter did for stuff like Escape from New York or Big Trouble in Little China, only updated and with a little more orchestral feel, instead of pure 80s synth. Thought maybe it was on the game soundtrack, but i dont think it is.
