It's impossible to lose 1kg of fat that quickly, it'll be water weight for the first week but then the fat burning begins so well done and keep up the good work ❤
Have to say how much I enjoy these classes. I may not understand all the lyrics, but the exercise is great and I love when you smile and laugh with the others in the class.
