15min boil kits are a really easy way to make extract beer that is miles ahead of kit and kilo and making beer from goo in a can. By simply boiling your own hops and adding some steeping grains you can make substantially better beer with not much actional effort.
This recipe is designed to emulate, beers like VB, Carlton Draught, Tooheys, or Coopers Sparkling Ale. It's basically made with very little hop aroma and some strong hop bitterness.
Very little equipment is required to make this beer on your stovetop. All you need is a large pot and the hop bags/grain sack is included with the kit.

I like it, very well explained and simple. But this definitely needs the Little John Twang test lol.

Any advice for using the Digiboil for extract recipes that involve steeping and boiling like the one in this video? Is there anything in particular to do that limits the risk of scorching the base of the boiler if the spraymalt isn't fully dissolved?
And is this suitable for BIAB? I'm looking to do more than just no boil tin kits and want to get equipment that'll last and also be versatile - so do these full extract as well as the odd BIAB.

With both of you wanting something in the middle, I just wanted you to mix the two together and try it 😂

Pride of Ringwood hops.... ugggh! only CUB uses them, having said that I did use them once in an all grain lager and I swear it tasted like VB it had that VB / Melbourne bitter pungent hop flavor, I really love these brewing videos too, perhaps do one for kit and kilo brewers getting into all grain and do a basic all grain brew in a Brewzillia for beginners because there is no info out there on it

You should have finished up the tasting by mixing the two and tell us your thoughts. 🍻

Why would anyone go to the effort of brewing only to make VB or Draught. That's like learning how to cook only to make toast
